Roots out of pot

So I'growing her in 5 Gallon pot and she looks a little sad. I thought I've overwatered but found out that the roots are coming out of the pot from the bottom. Will this be an issue? How do I help this?

I have made transplant one time only. After the seedling stage. And since then it's i this pot.

Hey buddy, it can definitely be a problem. Because there probably isn't any more space for them to grow. You need to put them in a bigger pot, at least 10 liters.
