The seed could not suffocate because I added 10 drops of hydrogen peroxide to 50 ml of water - it gives the seed oxygen. This instruction was given to me by one of the seed stores, and its performance was tested on 10 different varieties from other seed banks. This method had a germination rate of about 96%.
