Green Gelato

Sorry for the long wait but I waited until the tops were clean and fairly dry. I hung the plants on a clothesline keeping an eye on the humidity, even now that they are in the jars I always keep a moisture bag on them. One of the tastiest varieties I've ever tried! I like it because it makes my day go away and it makes me laugh and relax at the same time, it's 50% indica and 50% sativa so after a stressful day it's really ideal. The taste of this genetic is really a delicacy, very sweet and tastes like freshly baked cookies with tones of orange and mint. This is an alternative to the other genetics I'm carrying in another diary, so I love smoking it in the evening too. The expression of the buds is spectacular and of course the photos never give an idea, I am really proud of the path I made with these two Gelato, there have been some problems along the way but overall and for the result I can not complain. The color is bright green with purplish tones, the pistils are amber/dark orange which makes the other colors stand out even more, the tops themselves are compact, rocky and give off a very tasty fruit scent.

Sorry for the long wait but I waited until the tops were clean and fairly dry. I hung the plants on a drying rack and kept an eye on the humidity, even now that they are in the jars I always keep an anti-humidity bag. I can say that I have tried many varieties and this one is one of the most powerful, it really is an alien journey! I like it because it makes you travel through your thoughts and at the same time you are relaxed like melted butter, being 50% indica and 50% sativa. The flavor is peculiar and very assertive since its earthy taste but it is contrasted by a sweet orange flavor like its scent. I love to smoke it towards evening, maybe after eating to stay nice and cheerful but starting a new TV series. The expression of the tops is spectacular and obviously the photos never give the idea, I am really proud of the path I made with these two M.A.C., there were some problems during the path but overall and for the result I can't certainly complain. The color is intense they look gray and the amount of pollen accentuates it even more, the pistils are amber/dark orange, the tops themselves are compact, rocky and give off a sweet orange scent that intoxicates the room.

The end for the gorilla has come. All in all it has developed in a good way seeing the final results. I really liked it as an experience as I used new techniques and learned a lot. Throughout the growth of this plant I used some new lights that I had bought and I noticed that they went much better in the vegetative phase than in the flowering phase. So I had more problems than I had with the previous crops, in terms of final yield and bud development. Surely now I will start the seeds that I have left with the new "real light" that I bought Spider Farmer and I hope to get better results. All in all, the plant did not develop at all badly, having sheared in the first weeks of the vegetative phase, it opened to bush and developed quite regular buds well exposed to light and covered with resin. The buds are hard and very compact. After cutting the plant I let it dry and then put it in glass jars and after all this time you start to feel much better the sweet smell of red fruits, hints of fresh wood and hints of menthol. In conclusion I am satisfied with everything I have achieved. Thank you very much WeedSeedExpress for giving me the opportunity to cultivate this wonderful genetics. I hope I have lived up to the situation and as I said I will start the remaining seeds to improve the results.

Thirteenth week and now the end has come. This legend has been expressed in a spectacular way with exorbitant bud formations, a wonderful smell and a monstrous yield for an autoflowering, all features that make it one of the best genetics I have ever cultivated so far. These days I kept the flowers drying in an environment where I controlled the humidity and temperature, and the buds dried very quickly. Now I put everything in jars with the dehumidifying bags and I will wait for the next few weeks to have the buds perfectly ready. I initially did a more superficial trimming by removing the thicker leaves and now that everything is dry I finished cleaning. The scraps including leaves and branches that usually remain I never throw them away but I use them to make BubbleHash. It was the first time I used a training technique like LST and I must say I am very satisfied with it. This may have also increased the yield. The flowers were formed homogeneous and compact with two very high central formations rich in buds. The production of trichomes is really exaggerated despite being a traditional plant and without a high THC content. I preferred to harvest when they were already quite mature. The smell is really pungent and intoxicating, characterized by hints of orange mixed with a menthol and woody smell. The total weight is 100g precise. The highest yield I have ever obtained from an autoflowering plant. After talking about how well this plant has developed, let's talk about how exceptionally well the nutrient that was provided to us by the competition and the tissue pot has worked. It was also the first time I used them. The fertilizer to put directly into the soil did not bring any problems and managed to keep the nutrient uptake stable throughout the growing period. It is very convenient both to administer and to use. All you have to do is add water. The pot was also an excellent discovery as mentioned above as it was able to develop the root system of the plant and improve the vigor of growth. I still have some seeds left over and I think I will try them again soon as I was really satisfied with this genetics. I thank Zamnesia for giving me the chance to discover so many things and to participate in this contest. I hope I was able to live up to the situation and to have all the best characteristics of the plant expressed so that I can show people how amazing this Legend really is!

We've reached the end, the branches are dry and it's time to put everything in pots. There'll be plenty to fill! It's been a long time since I started and I never imagined I would get these results with autoflowering plants. Really good production and quality from FastBud and I think I will try other genetics soon. I am very proud of how I have been able to get this variety to express itself and the new techniques that I have learned during cultivation. Compared to the time frame the grower reports for these seeds I preferred to wait a couple more weeks before harvesting and I didn't mind at all. This was positive on the buds which remained more compact and very resinous. The high concentration of trichomes brings out the characteristic purple colour and makes the buds look shiny. The very sweet smell is reminiscent of candy, with fruity notes of blackberries and rose flowers. When smoked all these smells can almost be discerned in the mouth. In this period I kept everything hanging on a clothesline and it was very effective, the buds dried quickly thanks to the favorable summer temperatures. In terms of quantity, it was not a bad harvest at all. The plant yielded more than 60g even though it did not put any stress on it except for some pruning of the lower branches and thicker leaves. By the time the work is done the only thing to do is wait for the buds to ripen perfectly inside the pots and then I can really enjoy all the flavors and all the qualities of this Queen. For now it's not bad at all but you can still feel that the buds are fresh. The high is very intense and very heavy on the body but you can travel to other planets with your brain. One of the first and best plants that I have ever grown, really all excellent and perfect.

Compared to the time frame the grower reports for these seeds I preferred to wait a couple more weeks before harvesting and I didn't mind at all. This was positive on the buds which remained more compact and very resinous. The high concentration of trichomes makes the buds appear similar in colour to white which is broken up by the orange pistils that stand out considerably on the buds. The smell is intensely citrusy with tones reminiscent of undergrowth and burnt caramel. When smoked all these smells can almost be discerned in the mouth. In this period I kept everything hanging on a clothesline and it was very effective, the buds dried quickly also thanks to the favorable summer temperatures. In terms of quantity, it was not a bad harvest at all. The plant yielded more than 80g even though it did not put any stress on it except for some pruning of the lower branches and thicker leaves. We've finally reached the end. The tops are nice and dry and ready to put in jars. I waited to pull them off the branches until they snapped clean off. Some buds I had left them still dirty with the leaves to see the difference while they were drying and I must say that the result was not bad at all. It takes a little more effort but the beauty of the summit is greater. For one of the first plants I grow I am very satisfied with both the yield and the quality of the product. The tops are full of pollen and the smell is really special. Even the washing of the roots doesn't look bad at all, the taste is very clean and the ash remains clear. A very nice genetics to grow. It respects the flowering terms dictated by the parent company and doesn't even need much care. I had some problems at mid-cycle but because I was still getting to know the fertilizers I was using and as soon as I understood it all worked out quickly. I'm very satisfied with my work and it will be the effort that took me but I get high more than other things I smoke ahahah. I think that later on I will try to cultivate other genetics of Mephisto because I don't mind it at all. I also tried for the first time to make some extract with ice using the branches and leaves and it was not bad at all, even if the method is very homemade because I used an electric whip to knead and a bucket. To filter the water I used 220-190-120-73-40-25 micron bags all in a row and was able to get about 5g from all the filtrates. But when the work was finished and seeing the final results I realized I had done a lot of work for nothing. Next time I will try 220 to clean the leaf and branch residues, 120 to remove all the thicker part in the water and finally 73 and 40 microns because they are the cleanest and best smoking hash. It was a good experience and also a good way not to throw away anything I have grown. I will do it again with the next plants I am growing, trying to do it much better. I hope you enjoy this diary and that it will help other people.

The end has come. Handy has made a really amazing journey and has been able to amaze me until the end. I am very satisfied with this variety and I think tomorrow I will try again with other seeds because I really liked the resistance he showed. The production is not at all discreet and also the quality of the flowers is very enviable. This is my first time growing Sweet Seeds and I guess I will try again with other genetics. In terms of nutrients the plant has adapted very well and has had very little suffering of this kind. What else to add? The satisfaction is incomparable and I hope you will be interested in the path this plant has taken.
