Cream of the Crop Seeds

Yumbolt x Banana grew like a heavy indica, very short in stature and incredibly bushy. She needed a proper defoliation, however me easing myself back into growing made me think to let her bush out a little with a light defoliation - this, I am convinced, lowered the yield potential. Lesson learnt to go with my gut next time. Very nice strain, however very prone to foxtailing. Out of all four, she perhaps foxtailed the worst, however the end result is still rather nice. There is a sweet hazy banana taste on the inhale, with a spicy banana/fruit taste on the exhale. It's rather relaxing, however not sleepy. I think the best way I can describe it, is rather than relaxed it makes me 'calm'. Anxiety is removed almost immediately, and negative thoughts find incredible difficulty in even approaching my mindstate. It's a great smoke, both tasty and perfect for a weekend or winding down in the evening. She grew VERY short though, with an absolutely minimal stretch. This is something that should be taken into account when growing, as I had to place something under the pot just to raise her a bit.

One bud starting to get mold but I checked them 3 times a day so not much but could be a problem

Hello. Purple Paralysis is a very good Sativa dom. strain. The plants grow well with large branches to hold up the crystal covered large buds. Both plants were topped and still reached almost to the roof of my 7 foot grow room so expect big plants. The plants smelled wonderful while growing something like Rose/Lavender/Hash---Delicious! Plant #1 grow large indica like dense buds, while plant #2 grow more sativa like dense buds. I can imagine these plant being huge outdoors. Plant #1 Wet trim- 584g - Dry weight - 87g Has a wonderful smell when loading it into my pipe. It reminded me of a Hawaiian I grow years ago. A sweet and sour floral smell. The taste is a very sweet floral hash flavor. The buds were large and medium dense. I would guess the THC at around 19-20% It has a pleasant up head buzz. Its effect is energetic and smiley. Plant #2 Wet Trim - 849 - Dry weight - 150g Has a delicious smell when I broke the bud up for my pipe. It reminded me of a Jamaican I grow once. The strain was called Blue Mtn. and had a sweet rose/hash smell. I can really taste the lavender in this one, with a floral, spicy, sweet taste too! The growth pattern and buds were definitely sativa. With golf sized medium dense buds all along the branches. The THC in this plant is around 21-22% A strong up sativa head buzz. It feels like someone is barely touching you at your third eye area. The effect is a sativa blasted feeling. You can get up and do things but are enjoying yourself. Over all a very good strain. It produced lots of floral/lavender/hash tasting buds with a good amount of weight. You can't ask for more than that. Chuck.

They should change the name of this strain to Purple Paranoia 😂 I swear after a smoke of this I'm always finding myself looking out thru the curtains at strange noises outside man it makes me paranoid But it also blows my mind and Tastes bloody brilliant !! Smells like Lavender and tastes awesome!! 💪💪💪👌

Feel i failed her this time round. Will do another in 2021 and i will give a fairer opinion then. Given my mistakes she grew very well.

Just as I remembered from the first time I grew this one It is Potent stuff!! 👌👌 Totally not the sort of weed you wanna smoke if you have anything that involves maximum concentration as this one will have your mind drifting off with the fairies 😁 The Taste is Fucking incredible as is the smell which permeates thru anyting other than the glass mason jars I now have the buds in All in all this Purple Paralysis from Cream of the crop seeds is Absolutely reccommendable and you can bet I'll have it growing again real soon.

Been smoking this for a week now while it's all been curing and the taste is improving but still not as nice as I'd of liked. Nice high though, relaxing, sleepy, head high. Grew quite slowly with some mild mutations, gave me a few ounces of dense bud so was a fair first time grow experience. Don't know the wet weight that was a guess btw.

A slight accident and had to harvest slightly early

For my first, I found it a pleasure to grow. Sure, I made a few mistakes and harvest isn't very big, but learned valuable lessons ;) I've too little experience to give any grow advise about this one, but grow it again later and then we'll see ... Use it like in the afternoon :)
