Afghan Kush is a stunning indica-dominant cross between the Afghan Kush genetics and LA. The strain has a characteristic hashish flavor and produces a large amount of resin. The plant is perfectly grown in warm climates. It easily copes with plant diseases and various pests. After 8-9 weeks, the indoor yield can reach 500 g / m2. You need to know that the strain grows really high, up to 2.5 m.
The taste of this variety is earthy, pine and menthol. You may also notice hints of lemon. The smell and taste are surprisingly strong. Afghan Kush gives typical indica effects-deep relaxation and narcotic high. This variety will definitely not disappoint a real lover of cannabis!

Amazing plant overall. This plant was germinated in August and ended in December, thats crazy ^^. Very good resilience, made it until December, having near 0 ºC at night durign last weeks. Buds are frosty, the purple colours appeared when temperatures were under 16ºC aprox, starting from the stems extending to leaves and flowers. Flavour and smell, started really fruity/musky, transitioning to a less fruity, more musky/hash smell and flavour, but when smoking, the sweet flavour appears at the end, leaving a nice sweet aftertaste, but it stays on the palate, not in the tongue. Nice calyxes/leaves ratio, she could have gained more weight, but its enought, having in mind temperatures, sun hours, and more importatn, quality. During vegetation/early flowering it branched a lot, and stretched more than 100% when flowering, developing central colas, which in this plant, the buds are not forming a single cluster like other plants, the buds have a separation between each other, so thats interesting for plants in cold or not so sunny latitudes. After curing the buds in jars, gotta say im really happy about how it tastes and how gets you high: It is psychoactive at the begginning, and let you focus sooo much on what you are doing, like you dont care what happens around hahaha, and it transition into a body relaxation that goes heavier and heavier until you can fall sleep.

Here we are! Actually had a chance to make it out to the girls and get a really good look at ‘em. Convenient that I was there and chopping regardless because all of em were just about done👍. the Afghan Kush put out about 14.5g dry. She was tiny and squat and probably the furthest along - looking a little over done. She’s got that classic kushy high though. A mix of euphoria along with a good bit of mental confusion👍.

It was a challenge since it was my first grow and I started her as a space bucket grow and switch to a tent halfway through which the start caused her to produce smaller then normal bud and me being a first time grower didn't help.
