This week the humidity and temperature are better now than last week. We flushed and the water at pH 6.6. The flowers have also gained weight and the trichomes are becoming cloudy and it is already possible to find some amber. In the mornings we are trying to let her receive sunlight every day.

Usual summer week here in the south, every day above 86 掳 F (max 100 掳 F). My pheno is a medium sized plant, is not a beast but is growing well, drinking 2 gallons per day of spring water showing only few signs of heat stress. She's in full stretch. I fed her half the recommended dose of Biobizz Grow 'cause is too hot and don't want to burn her. I think we are 10 days before flowering. I covered her with a PVC net in order to give her a little shield from the sun and give me more privacy ;-) P. S. She has an unbelievable smell, it remember to me Kashmir pollen hash

This lil lady is officially flowering. Half way through the week she started growing pistils all over. Switched the lights to 12:12 half way through the week. She recovered from the LST of tying down her top. Room has averaged 85掳 F / 40% RH with a high of 89掳 F Ordered larger oscilating fan hoping to get the heat down a bit. Been dealing with fungus gnats in some other plants in the house so I sprinkled ceylon cinnamon on top of the soil, to act as an organic fungicide, and sprayed her down with neem oil as a pest prevention. 馃挧 Watered: Tuesday May 5, 2020 with 4:1 Water to Hydrogen Peroxide. Installed 6in oscilating fan blowing at the light. Heat is still too high. ~85掳 average Raised light to 18in above canopy. Shes responding well to the LST and several nodes below the top have now started showing noticible growth.

Well week 19 and week 9 of flower did start Monday 10/11 but because of my delay in update last week I waited a bit to start the week. The smell is freaking AMAZING!!! Got to sample some more cured stuff and I absolutely love it!!! Still bummed the Black Widow never made it but hopefully next time. The mothers are all flushed, the temps are down, the humidity is down. I'm thinking about dimming the light a bit to see if it helps with ripening. In truth, this grow was all an experiment, lol. Mistakes were made but learned from. But the most important thing is I had alot of fun this time around. There was minimal stress/pressure which I believe is a major part in growing. I feel I really connected with the universe with this! My ultimate goal is quality first, then quantity. Quality will always be one of the pillars of life! I can't get a good pic of the trichomes but there's a decent amount of amber and will be ready for harvest on 10/20 馃寱 That's pretty much it, just a waiting, lol. Happy growing everyone 鉁岋笍馃崁鉁岋笍

03/01/22: All main colas and smaller colas have an abundance of white trichmomes - looking very well and are sticky. Defoliated for the final time and Lollipopped removing all of the bottom veg to promote bud growth. Pistils are still hairy - just waiting for them to flatten down. only a very few pistils throughout are turning brown - hopefully this will increase within the next few weeks. Overall I am happy with the way things are going - and should only be 2-3 weeks more til harvest.

This plant came from a random seed I found in a dispensary bag and since we have dozens and dozens of bags I don't know which one it came out of...so the strain is unknown. I鈥檓 not sure whether it鈥檚 a photoperiod or an autoflower, but I鈥檓 assuming it鈥檚 a photoperiod for now. I started it indoors in a tent, germinating the seed using the paper towel method before planting it in a small quart-sized pot. It鈥檚 been growing for a few weeks in Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil, but the leaves have just started to fade, so I鈥檓 preparing to transplant it into its final home鈥攁 50-gallon pot outdoors now that it鈥檚 spring. The 50-gallon pot is filled mostly with standard potting soil, mixed with Fox Farm Ocean Forest and perlite. A few weeks after transplanting, I鈥檒l begin feeding it a combination of liquid nutrients including Advanced Nutrients, Fox Farm, CalMag, and Mikrobs Microbial Superpack. I鈥檒l also top-dress with worm castings and other amendments as needed. If the plant turns out to be male, I鈥檒l harvest the pollen or any seeds it produces. If it鈥檚 female, I plan to grow it as large as possible鈥攚hich is why I鈥檝e chosen such a large pot and moved it outdoors.
