I raised a bit the amount of water this week, anyway as you can see at the end of the timelapse video the babies are drinking much more now, and I'm not using enough water. Starting from the next week i will water in shorter periods alternating nutrients and additives. I finally decided to switch to flowering the first day of the next week, i want to see what size of colas can they generate from this size of plant. I don't wan't to try to create monsters at time, and i think my pots are small for too big plants i think. With this growing i'm just introducing myself to growing techniques and to indoor photoperiod strains. A pesar de haber incrementado un pelín la cantidad de agua con respecto a la semana anterior, en el final del video timelapse se hace evidente como ya empiezan a beber bastante más agua y lo que les vengo echando ya no es suficiente, a partir de la semana que viene regaré cada menos días alternando nutrientes y aditivos. He decidido que esta va a ser la última semana de crecimiento, quiero ver que tal se forman la colas con este tamaño de planta, hay que tener en cuenta que las tengo en tiestos pequeños/medios y tampoco es mi intención crear monstruos por el momento. Con este cultivo simplemente me estoy introduciendo a las técnicas de cultivo y al cultivo de fotodependienes en interior. Even more so than her tent mate the Mimosa EVO. There are loads of bud site now so the fun has truly begun. I am excited for the weeks ahead. Décima semana de floración de estás tropicanna poison, décima y última semana, ya pueden despedirse, la semana q viene ya entran a poda, está semana un buen lavado de raíces un poco de defoliación y listo, la planta tiene cogollos compactos y pesados, buen aroma, bastante recina... 12/8/20 día 21 de vegetativo Hoy comienzo el seguimiento de estas nenas de 21 días de edad. Hoy las he trasplantado a maceta de 7l ( hasta hoy han estado en macetas de 1l) que posiblemente será el contenedor definitivo, ya que será un vegetativo largo y con una nutrición suave como me gustan a mi. Hasta la fecha, las nenas sólo han bebido agua base más el enrraizante de Cyco (ryzofuel) que será la línea de nutrición que utilizaremos durante toda la cosecha. En el próximo riego ya empezaremos a añadir nutrientes de forma suave. Por el momento estamos con temperaturas de 25 grados, una humedad del 62 y regamos con una ec de 0,4 y un ph de 6,1. Actualizaremos varias veces por semana para manteneros informados, no os lo perdais. 14/8/20 día 23 de vegetativo Nuestras nenas se adaptan bien a su nuevo contenedor, no se observan muchos cambios pero todo sigue avanzando bien. Hacemos un riego preventivo con propolix ya que la botrytis es una amenaza constante en mi zona. El riego será de 0,5l por planta. Las temperaturas y humedad continúan sin cambios por el momento aunque en los próximos días espero que bajen un poco. En cuanto el sustrato esté seco comenzaremos la nutrición con la gama completa de Cyco platinum series que siempre me da grandes resultados (podéis verlos en Instagram en @galiforniaweeds). He preparado un riego con los productos Cyco indicados más arriba. Es un riego con una nutrición suave de 0,65 de ec y un ph de 6,1. Las temperaturas rondan los 25 grados durante el día y 22 durante la noche, la humedad se mantiene entre un 60 y un 65%. La mayoría de las nenas han ganado un par de cms estos días, actualizare su altura cada semana En la tabla superior para poder comparar los avances. Dejad vuestros comentarios y likes compis. Buenos días compañeros growers.todo avanza con normalidad en nuestro cultivo, las plantas de fortalecen y crecen día a día hoy hemos echo otro riego con los productos arriba mencionados, con una ec de 0,75 y un ph de 6,2. Las temperaturas han bajado un poco y están donde a mi me gustan, en unos 22,5 durante el día y a unos 20 durante la noche. Giving Alien Vs Triangle a second try after my first started showing signs of herming (bananas). Planted the seed directly in soil and she sprouted in 5 days. I'm not going to do HST bending as I did with the first one. I know I accidentally went overboard with HST the first time and that most likely caused her to herm out. I want to get her to harvest as quickly as possible so just going to do some light defoliation and a FIM pinch on this girl. The first AVT smelled insanely good when I chopped her, I'm looking forward to bringing this one to a proper harvest. 👍 My Perpetual Harvest strategy…. Originally my plan was to start 2 seeds each month, but had some seeds from one breeder that did not germinate early in my rotation. Ultimately, this caused single seeds to pop and messed up my 2 at a time plans. But, that seemed to work out OK, because now I think starting one seed every 3 weeks is a better strategy. This should provide me with 4-5 plants at a time, instead of 6. However… Since I need to shut down over the summer because my tent is currently in the attic, I’m starting 2-3 seeds at at time for the last couple of rounds. Plants get fed once weekly on weekends. Seedlings get water only. Plants in vegetation get water and Recharge. Flowering plants get water, Recharge or Big Bloom (Fox Farm). Feeding is done using 2 gallon watering can. Any additional waterings during the week are given on an as needed basis per plant. I lift the plants to help determine which plants are more dry (lighter) and provide water any plants via water bottles and watering spikes. I give each pot a quarter turn every day in an effort to make sure the plants get equal lighting from all sides. I rotate the plant in place by turning the pot 90 degrees (I am not rearranging the layout of the plants in the tent on a daily basis). The soil is an ‘organic super soil’ I mixed myself using organic top soil, organic potting soil, organic compost, organic peat moss, organic perlite, organic vermiculite, lime, epsom salt, expanded clay pellets and Jobe’s organic fast start. I am also recycling my soil and water with Recharge when using recycled soil. For plant training I have tried a variety of things, but my plans now are to do LST bending only, no HST anymore. I may decide to go back to HST again in the future, but I’m curious to compare LST training only to see how that goes. Around week 3 I'll do a FIM pinch once there are 4-5 nodes established. And some defoliation around the 3rd week of flowering. I have been doing HST bending and having good results, but think the HST may be causing the plants to take longer to harvest. I hope FIM/defoliation only will help increase harvests while getting me to harvest sooner. Blue Cheese F1 automatic Week 8 2/23-3/1 Flower week 4 Week 8 flower week 4 The Blue Cheese gals are in full bloom, the buds are getting thicker and stacking. They are sticky and hard. Trichomes are increasing. From my phone they are a mix of clear and milky. They are 10 week strain so I and will have to get out my microscope. Since I have overfed my gals, this week I am trying to remove excess fertilizer from the planting medium by giving ph6.5 water only. Ph 6.5 Temp 65 Your likes and comments are appreciated. Hey guys! Here we are in Week 9, and honestly, nothing major to report. The plant’s doing fine — my main focus is still on pH stability. I feel like the coco is finally buffering around 5.9 – 6.0, which is exactly what I’ve been aiming for. I’m keeping a close eye on it. On the nutrient side, I’m sticking with the Athena base. I did add some Balance to the mix. Just to explain: I actually push the pH way higher than usual at first — up to about 7.4 — before adding the Athena nutrients. Once everything is mixed, it drops down to around 6.3, and then with just a drop or two of pH Down, I dial it back to 6.0–6.1. Right now, in the saucer I’m reading about 5.9–6.1, and the reservoir is showing about the same. So it looks like the buffer is finally kicking in. Structurally, I topped the plant and now I’ve got four nice apexes that I’ll train slowly over the next weeks. After the defoliation, I’m letting her recover and put some energy back into growth. Next week, I might start adding a little Rhino Skin (Advanced Nutrients) to help strengthen the stems and give her a more solid structure. But no rush — we’ll see how she goes. For now, EC is steady around 1.4–1.5, which is enough. I’ll bump it up later as needed. That’s it for this week — keeping the pH steady, letting her recover from topping, and just being patient.
