| Week 8 is in the books, as is week 9 and 10 to be honest - but I don't have to be, so just week 8. Yap. Climate management is now the main focus | Humidity has been out of control as I flip my AC from cooling to drying mode. Which, as you may know, like I do now, just causes a maximally cold jet stream and your dry air goes *poof* outside the building. So no help there. Ye old SF Dehumidifier is looking at this tent and sweating out what it can, which is not a lot. The result is a VPD that is way too low for my plants to uptake more nutrients with, and this for almost a week straight. Cultivars -- are doing just fine to be honest * Auto Cinderella Jack has been recovering from my super-late pruning interventions, so I gave it a last round. She grew out what feels like another smaller Autoflower as she realized what is possible with her new structure. I can't trim another bag of larfy buds for 16 hours straight, so I had to make a choice. The nutrient uptake being impaired by VPD alone (her DLI is a bit too high here as well) means no big buds as the clock is ticking. * Apollo Haze Auto is just trucking along. I am watching in awe on how big these bud bases are getting. She seems a little advanced for her age,. Stem rub is pure lemon bliss, buds otherwise reek a bit of a healthy musk I would not buy off the shelves for. I am not worried - her trichomes burst out with lemon and sours / bitters when ruptured. * Super Orange Haze Auto continues to dominate the tent with a sweet and subtle mandarine aura. Her rested state smell is starting to get a bit funky however, sesqueterpenes are accumulating as a dense protective layer. I do not hower fancy a tiny cheesy tingle in that mix :) Also looking pretty advanced for 8 weeks, I am starting to wonder what caused the racing. It likely is the same cause that spawned nanners (they seem to have stopped spawning). I attached vids, pics, stats. Hope you find something you enjoy. Happy growing everyone. - Pete

After germinating on a wet paper towel inside a hanging plastic baggie for 48 hours, all 6 seeds have opened up. The 3 ZHEETOS (=ZKITTLES X CHEESE) and the 3 BADAZZ-CHEESE (=BADAZZ-KUSH X CHEESE) seeds, which I received directly from Milo from BIG BUDDHA SEEDS have a 100% germination result, I love it. The seeds are then carefully (with gloves on and a tweezer) transplanted into small pots (0,25 liter) filled with PLAGRON Grow-Mix. You can see how its done in the video and pics above. I fill the pot with soil and water it a little bit. Then I make a small hole with a finger in the center of the soil. I take the seed off the wet paper towel with a tweezer and put it onto the side-wall of the small hole. I position it right at the edge with the white tap-root pointing down and the seed-shell laying on the edge of the hole. Then i push the soil from the other side-wall towards the seed, so it is enclosed with soil from all sides and the top of the seed shell still peaks out of the soil. This way the seedling does not have to fight its way to the surface, but can grow out right away. Within 24 hours I can see the small seedlings rise and push out of the soil. Some with the seed-shells still on them other without the seed-shell, depending if they were able to shed them in the soil already. The first ones to rise are ZHEETOS #1 and #2 together with BADAZZ-CHEESE #1 and #2, both #3-plants are one day later out of the soil. During week 1 I only gave them little water (0,1 liter per plant every 2nd day) and on day 7 I add BIONOVA ROOTS to the water (0,5 ml/l) to enhance the growth of the roots of the seedlings. After a few days all 6 seedlings have surfaced and then shed their seed shells and unfolded their Cotyledons (=first round leaf). They grow quick and healthy in the first week inside my GrowforLife-Coset and start to develop the first sets of real leaves. This closet is THE MOST BEAUTIFUL and MOST SILENT stealth-grow-cabinet EVER! (check them out: www.growforlife.com ) I loved my first round in it and cant wait for this one. The plants LOVE the spectrum and light-intensity of the two 50 watts SANlight-LED modules built into the closet. The 100 watts of light are plenty for the small grow-surface (45x45cm) of the closet. This round I will try the whole line of BIONOVA nutrients from the Netherlands, since I have only heard good things about them.

Week was good they are nice and flush still didn’t put up trellis but it will be done I am cleaning up the whole bottoms this week and Then will put up net once net is up it just going to make it harder for me cus I only have a small space to water and get to back of the plants but I can get back there that’s y I’m procrastinating on putting up net other then that plants are healthy and coming along nicely I’m trying to only focus on the fire og obviously u can see more plants in pictures but there’s only 3 fire ogs and they are all in front

Really stoked with the outcome of this grow, I was aiming for a good 60g, so i outdid myself some bit. On to the next one!

They are all showing sex and doing really well. Hoping with what we learned in our first grow that these three ladies end up with nice big firm buds. Based on their structure thus far I think these ladies have real promise.

Seven weeks of flower done and another three or four left. The plants are drinking lots and the buds are starting to fatten up. I see amber hairs and new white hairs continuing to grow out of the sides and top. Bud building is not over, more happy days. Did a bit of leaf trimming, just to get a bit more light in. Added molasses to the mix and everything seems to be going well. Thanks for looking. Cheers

Update: Day 1 of week 11 - Thursday 29th October I am soooooo fucking pissed! I don’t know whether watering the girls from the bottom has made the girls more thirsty or just that they are generally more thirsty due to needing more Nutes during flower but one of the ladies has wilted quite terribly. The other girls seem ok, slightly more thirsty and the leaves slightly droop a little more than usual at feeding time but one girl has defo been through the thirst wars.. She’s bounced back after a good water but the buds looks shrivelled and feeling very sorry for them selves. I’m not sure she will be as good a smoke now if she makes it at all.. Other than that moved the LED up slightly more to keep a good distance between the light and the girls.. I really haven’t got anymore space now so fingers crossed this all works! Super vex this has happened in the final weeks. UPDATE: Day 2 of week 11 - Friday 30th Oct The wilted lady has made a great recovery but the buds still seem a little dishevelled. But considering what’s happened to her I’m happy so far.. Let’s see how she goes🤞🏼 UPDATE: Day 3 of week 11 - Saturday 31st Oct All looking good and buds seem to be fattening up a little now ❤️ Nutes in as normal and happy the wilted lady has made a good recovery.. UPDATE: Day 5 of week 11 - Monday 2nd Nov Nutes in and all looking good.. They don’t seem to be stretching much now and I’m hoping that means the buds will fatten up nicely from here on in.. This one is turning into a monster quickly. Need to clone it to keep lineage. I seem to have a spider mite issue forming. I've ordered predatory mites to fight them off. Fingers crossed I get rid of them.

Day 10: They have been growing nicely. Beautifull green leafs, no deficiencies or stress. I did some Defoliation and I'm planning to top some plants but not all of them since they make nice main colas as well. Also nice roots so far, will let those grow for another 1-3 days before repotting them into 7L pots. While doing that I will add some new clay for beneeth the pots to have a good run-off. I will add some mycorizza as well to improve the roots and I will water them again with lots of Regulator(anti-stress) and Rhyzotonic( root stimilator). Some days after that, they are ready to get pushed into flowering. Sativas like to grow twice and sometimes even more in size. So the size which they are at the end of this week will be enough. So at the end of this week you will see them being in 7L pots and in a bigger grow space under lots of lamps. There are like 3-5 plants not growing nicely. Might have to kill them. I'm not going to waste time,energy,nutrients on those if they don't grow in size in a couple of days. So might end up with just 235 plants. Il update again at the end of this week. Day 14: I almost finished the rest of the grow room. I still need to adjust and replace the lamps some more and other things. Did many defoliation below the plants. Thoose branches are never going to preduce nice and thick buds anyways. Such a waste of energy and nutrients. Because of the removing of branches and leafs, They get a better airflow and better exposure of light as well. So for now they look a little bit ugly haha and not so bushy anymore, but they will grow into fine looking ladies. I kept 5 or 7 branches each plant and some bigger plants I even topped because I don't want them to stretch alot. Another reason is that I want bigger stems. If other plants that didnt get topped, not improving stems I can still top them until the end of week 1 of flowering. I'm putting them into flowering, by putting the lightschedule to 12hours of light and darkness. It will take a few days before they start preflowering. The first buds will be seen in like 10-14 days. Untill next week!

10.8 - Hard to believe we are in week 7 of flowering!? We've come so far! And I have no clue how far we have to go. Just watching closely for the leaves to start yellowing and the trichomes to cloud up. 10.10 - Going through a heat wave, flower tent crept up over 32C during the past two days. Probably not an issue for this lady. Let me know how close you think I am to harvest! I still see new whites coming in every day and the buds are still visibly plumping.

Some weeks ago I told that the smell went too strong at home, but it lowered to normal levels last week, now she's smelling more and more each day again ;). I can say about Alice.K, that I had 0 problems or weird things along the current 9 weeks, she suffered very high temperatures, some insects, and also i'm going hard with nutes, I'm cycling EC reaching 2 sometimes, and she didn't show any excess signs at time, I'm not telling that they're not going to exist on Alice, but not at time, if i see some, i will stop and re-adjust. A partir del cuarto día a empezado a crecer a gran velocidad, de momento más de 1 cm al día. De verdad que se ve maravillosa, está engordando bien las ramas y definiendo su partes muy bien. Hace algunas semanas comenté que ya estaba apestando toda mi casa y aún estaba en crecimiento. El olor fue disminuyendo hasta niveles normales y esta semana de nuevo está volviendo a incrementar su olor día a día. De momento debo remarcar que en 9 semanas de cultivo que van, la Alice.k me ha dado 0 problemas o cosas raras. Ha sufrido de altas temperaturas, algunos insectos y he empezado a ir fuerte con los nutrientes. Estoy ciclando la EC en los riegos, sobrepasando los 2 en algunos casos, de momento no ha mostrado ningún signo de exceso. Con esto no quiero decir que no los vaya a mostrar si sigo así, pero de momento no lo ha hecho, si en algún momento empiezo a ver signos, ya frenaré y reajustaré. También es un planta fuerte y con capacidad de recuperación rápida, eso se puede observar en los vídeos perfectamente. Day 64: It seems to go well. I am still keeping an eye on the "hanging" leaves. I think they tend to hang a little more when light on, and less with light off but its hard to say if it is normal. It might be as @GrowingGrannie mentioned, they might be under watered, as there is not much run-off at the last couple of watering's, maybe 1l each time and I will give them a 30% run-off next time to be sure UPDATE: I have noticed some more brown spots on the right plant caused by Calcium Deficiency. I think I should up the PH a bit more, going for 6.5 this time. I will also increase my CalMag supplement by 50%, and do 30% run-off today Day 66: Thank you all for the kind answers 🙏 You all have different opinions, and it is hard to pinpoint the exact problem. I am almost certain that I got some heat/light stress as mentioned by @GrowingGrannie and @Chow_13. I have therefore raised the lamp and are keeping the dimmer very low, using about 140W in total. I am still investigating if there might be other problems to it. @m0use, thank you for your answer. I do not think they are thirsty, at least not any more, as I am already on the subject for the last couple of days. About PH, It was difficult to get a good picture of the PH solution, but it was light-green to green (6.5-7.0) on the picture (And that was run-off PH) and what I put in was adjusted slowly from yellow to light-green aka 6.0-6.5 (I wrote 6.25 but it was auto adjusted) @gottagrowsometime, thank you for the answer. I do not think it is a nitrogen toxicity. My leaves aren't that dark green, although they are a bit to the dark side but not like what I see on other pictures with that problem. I also think the curling is caused by light/heat stress as I just got a new lamp and are experimenting with it. But I will keep your suggestion in the back of my head! @Chow_13, thank you very much for your answer. I think you are spot on, however I am not sure it is the only problem... It might be as you say, nutrients are not absorbed correctly due to the light-stress, but I will not put all my money on that @Nugsery and @GrowingGrannie, a big thank you for your answers. The deficiencies might not be the same, but the cure is very similar. I cannot make up who is right, but I do have a plan. I will follow your recommendation @GrowingGrannie and @Nugsery, and do a flush, but with a ph 5.8 as both nutrients should be able to be absorbed in that level. I will then give her a light nutrient mix and adding PK, also 5.8 ph. This is almost the same solution for both deficiencies. I will then slowly get the ph back to 6.2 @ernesttwwg, thank you for your answer. I have known for some time I have some Interveinal chlorosis, but I do not know what is causing it. There is multiple deficiencies giving those symptoms. The tacoing of leaves, and leaf tips curling down I think is caused by the light, and I have therefor raised the light. I will keep investigating the symptoms you mention OBS: I will not edit my nutrient schema as this is only temporarily, next watering will be as described UPDATE: After flushing with 15L~ ph 5.8~ and a small feed with 5.8~ ph I still get about 6.5~ ph in my run-off water. I am going to do another flush tomorrow to see I can bring it down to around 6.0~ ph Day 67: I think I see small improvements on the leaves. The new heat/light level seem to have done something. I did that second flush and are still getting about 6.5 ph in run-off.... I think I will let her dry for now, monitoring what happens, and do another flush in a couple of days
