2/21: heat stress is starting to show again and noticed less leaves on the fan side. Turn the light down to 75% and going to start rotating to even out when exposure. Not tall enough for LST yet. My top if she starts to look healthy again. 2/25: started LST. Leaves still slightly stressed looking.

Hello! Hello! This week has been another solid week in the books. I did quite a bit of defoliation this week as the ladies were in need of it. Wanted to open up some airflow for them as well as get some of those lower bud sites some light. I am currently feeding about 3 gallons a day as these girls are drinking quite a bit. First gallon I feed is from the extra I mixed on res change for the week, then I have typically been going with RO water and Cal-mag for my other two. I am still learning and figuring out feedings, but so far so good this run. I am thinking I should have done a second trellis net as well, they just keep stretching, but seem like they should be pretty close to done, but still more than I anticipated. Quite a bit different from my first run, those plants were super short and bushier, more of the typical Indica style. I think its definitely easier to defoliate and train these plants, but that could be my knowledge has grown a little as well. No plans to do anything else to them other than monitor the environment, keep up with my res and monitor that, and make sure these light penetration and airflow is good! 8/5/2023 - Day 32 Veg: This is officially the start to week 5. She has been in the earthbox for one week now and I can definitely tell the difference. She has finally started to pick up speed, and it looks like she has grown out of the minor deficiencies I started to notice last week. It was nothing too serious, but the leaf in between the veins was looking a bit light. The foiler feed and compost tea seems to have helped. I'm sure the larger bed of soil is helping too. So far she seems to be looking more indica leaning, with the fatter leaves and she's a little squatty, so I haven't had to do any training yet. I will still probably top her at least once, but I haven't decided yet. 8/9/2023 - Day 35 Veg: did a light watering today with plane water at a ph of 6. 8/10/2023 - Decided to top her today

The colours are popping! I’ve started to taper off the nutrients, I don’t typically “flush” the plants, but rather taper nutrients down until I have been able to give straight phd water for the last 3-4 feeds, making sure to water until I get about 5-10% runoff. I’ve tried both methods , the other being that I pour like 10 gallons of water through the plant, and I can’t tell the difference with my smoke, still clean and very tasty. I did a small defoliation at the end of the week, and added a support pole for the 1 lady in the far back, she was already starting to lean… just a couple of weeks to go !

This week was a little rocky. Two girls on the outer edges are good, but the middle one is drooping and foxtailing already. It's weird because my middle plant was larfy last run as well. I might push her to the corner and let her do her thing with less attention... because I just got a photoperiod runtz clone that's gonna need some space and perhaps its own light. LST seems to be going well for the other two though. Sometimes with autos, it's just a genetic thing. They can be temperamental girls sometimes.

Super Boof has a super name, super genetics and consequently we have super expectations. She has been in flowering for a few days until now she has taken the final card for the vegetative phase from next week we will declare the flowering open. Another week past by and we must say that these plants have a visable change almost every day in the last week they stretched to 90.4 cm we think by now the growing is over and the plants put all of their energy in to developing some pretty fine buds in the pictures a nice closeup shot of the developing bud as promised last week. She’s a fighter—determined, defiant, and constantly reaching for the moon. Despite intense training like super cropping, she’s still pushing upward, nearly outpacing the LED lights. Challenges like this remind us of a simple truth: gardening mirrors life. It’s about resilience, adaptation, and unwavering determination. 💪 This week, I added a second SCROG layer. While this net will support the flowering colas, it’s also there to strategically manage the Papaya Zoap. Why? Giorno 50 - la carenza di Fosforo e Potassio é sempre più evidente sulle foglie di “Caramel” che ha una crescita rallentata dei fiori; al contrario “Cream” sta crescendo bene e i fiori sono decisamente più grossi, non mostra carenze per il momento Giorno 51 - niente da segnalare, procede bene Giorno 52 - la resina inizia a vedersi bene sulle foglie, i fiori stanno gonfiando Giorno 53 - ho fertilizzato solo “CREAM” perché “CARAMEL” ha carenze ed é inutile mettere ancora fertilizzante, ho dato solo acqua. Invece a “CREAM” ho dato 1 litro di fert (1ml bio grow, 1,5 bio bloom e 1,5 top max mischiati in 1,5L d’acqua. L’altro mezzo litro rimasto l’ho buttato perché era troppa) Giorno 54 - sembra abbia reagito bene alla fertilizzazione “CREAM”, invece “CARAMEL” continua ad avere le foglie sempre più gialle, ma prosegue bene Giorno 55 - nulla da segnalare, l’odore é molto forte, si percepisce anche fuori dalla grow box Giorno 56 - i fiori si stanno gonfiando bene, ho dato circa 750ml di acqua a testa e defogliato la parte bassa dove c’erano tante foglie morte e secche.
