The beautiful mutant is turning out to be a very special one. The buds are the stickiest in the tent, and she is full of them! I can't wait to try these lovely fruits. She's dealing very well with the heat we have.

Week 13! We made it to harvest! The buds are looking gorgeous..bright green super crystally from that 48 hours of darkness prior..and oh so many hints of purple all thanks to my efforts of cooling down temps at night. Smelling absolutely dank right after drying which was a nice teaser for me when I get to finally smoke her! I have two plants chopped one is still drying and I’ll probably add one more photo because it had one fat cola that needs to be shared LOL! Unfortunately this plant was 6 grams short of giving me 2 full ounces but i’m still learning and they weren’t trained at all and I’m happy with the result! I think the plant still hanging will give me an ounce or less..it was my corner plant that didn’t get much tending. What a fun strain to grow will update on the smoke eventually!

Week 6 Started today transplanted them sat it’s Thursday now this Saturday March 9th is a week since looks like they are taking tk the new home okay so far hope this keeps up March 8th did a second topping today on both but on every top just two on each plant and I’m done topping March 9th is one week since transplant next Thursday I thinking I will flip then or that Saturday just want them to show stronger signs of growth by then March 9th some deflation everything still looking okay

01/05 - Updating this a day early as they won't be 3 weeks old until tomorrow - but tomorrow's pretty busy for me... Gave them both a bucket change... added the Rapid Start to GG's bucket as her roots looked like they could use some (although I STILL think they look like OG has one more week of life to her than GG!) Going to start some LST later on today, a bit of ponytailing perhaps.... I have the feeling these two are going to fill my small tent!! Update: I went back 2 hours after changing their buckets only to find GG screaming in agony (see the pics of her teaching me a lesson)... the pH had shot up to 6.7 and she was NOT a happy camper at all!! Quickly made the adjustment and will check on her every half hour and measure her pH ... she's one sensitive little gal, is GG... Meanwhile, the same thing had happened to OG but, in typical OG fashion, she just yawned and said "Huh?" but I adjusted HER pH as well... good god! Second update 01/05 ... GG's pH was going up slowly again BUT she looked 100% better - her leaves had perked back up, the terrible crisping of them had stopped.. I trimmed off the two really bad leaves as they wouldn't ever regain any ability to help the plant and I did another small adjustment of her pH down again. I've also "ponytailed" her as I've wanted to try this technique and she seemed a good candidate as her cola was definitely going to be dominant. This technique will hopefully allow the side buds to gain more height and the plant will take on more of a bowl shape as opposed to a Christmas tree shape... Should anyone reading this want to try this, you need to know you cannot allow the ponytail to be in place longer than 8 hours a day... Interesting day... very interesting day. 01/06 - Well, the two of them made it through their day yesterday ... OG doesn't show any signs of any stress and GG is doing well although a couple of her leaves still bear the marks of her aversion to high pH levels! She's going to be the one I'm really going to have to baby but that's ok... OG is just a bull - nothing bothers that one! Ponytailing both of them again today... then I'll stop for a week before doing it again. 01/07 - Decided to do a regular bit of LST on GG - she's not as bushy as OG and will take more readily to that kind of training. OG, though, is still going to be ponytailed because she's short, fat and really, really dense. Did a bit of defol on OG yesterday and it's been well received by her - she's doing extremely well! Update... I've just discovered why OG is so much further along than dear GG... I was going back through the logs I keep because I wanted to know when to expect my newest baby's roots might hit the water - and I realized that OG's roots hit the water when she was only 4 days old! FOUR DAYS OLD!!!! That's unheard of... at least in MY experience! GG's roots didn't hit until she was 10 days old (her roots were only peeking out of the netpot at 6 days old) ... so no wonder OG has seemed like she's been about a week older than GG this whole time! That one is a ROCKET!!! Wowsie! 01/08 - Continuing to ponytail OG and LST GG... and both are loving it... responding really well. OG's side bud sites are almost completely catching up to the main cola so I think I'm going to just let it ride for a while. GG is needing more LST every day, keep pulling her over, letting her small bud sites into the light and they're responding well - had I left them alone, they would have been candidates for defoliation at some point - this way, they'll probably develop into good sized buds. 01/10 - The girls are really going to town but I'm having to do some hard LST on OG to try to keep her at a similar height as GG or we're going to have problems with the light distance soon. I may also have to do some defol on her soon - she's just terribly bushy! They're both loving their nutes - GG's is slightly less than OG's - and I'm keeping GG's pH at 6.0 since she doesn't seem to like it any higher than that... 01/11 - So the ponytailing days are over... both are being "normally" LST'd and they're both pretty much the same height which is good. Did some defoliation on OG yesterday - just took the two top fan leaves off since they were so massive they were shading the entire plant... she looks awfully good this morning and I'm super pleased. Starting to look for signs of pre-flower - should be soon!

Weird week, Nitrogen toxicity. As of 3 days ago I started on nutes. My soil only has nitrogen in it, so it makes sense. She does look better today but eh. Leaves are dry as heck, humidity is about 50% ish she is feeding good, good runoff and PH. She is a chronie and thats all she is going to be. I'm mostly just seeing what she can do. I can smell weed when I go down in my basement but when I open the tent I have no smell/ or mine sucks cause I smoke too much upstairs lol. I notice a few amber hairs today but they look a bit bigger and fluffy. Not much to update. BIG shout out to @jinks101 for helping me out and answering all my questions!! Grow report week 8: The legalization and the Tent-X System Hello dear growers and groweresses, it’s time for an update on my grow. My plants have completed the eighth week and have continued to grow. But they have also experienced some exciting news, which I will tell you. The legalization This week something incredible happened: The Bundestag passed the partial legalization of cannabis. From April 1, cannabis consumption for adults is to become legal in Germany. This means that I and my brothers and sisters no longer have to hide and can freely pursue our hobby. I thank everyone who helped us achieve this goal. We will not stop until you also get your right. Legalize it everywhere! I am very happy about this decision and hope that it will contribute to a better health protection, more education and prevention and a stronger child and youth protection. I am curious how the new drug policy will affect the grow scene. The Tent-X system This week I also got a new system for my room: The Tent-X system from TrolMaster. The Tent-X system is a state-of-the-art, professional and modular environmental and irrigation control system designed for single-zone grow tents. It allows me to effectively control the environmental parameters and irrigation schedule of my tent with a single control system. I think the system is outstanding! It offers me many settings and functions to automate my system according to my wishes. For example, I can change the lamp height or power based on PPFD values, read the substrate moisture and EC value, simulate the sunrise or adjust the light spectrum. The system is also very easy and intuitive to use. I can control it via my smartphone and access my data at any time. I am happy to have this helper for the upcoming flowering weeks. I am sure that he will help me to a better yield. I am also very grateful to TrolMaster for providing me with this system. It is a great honor and a privilege to be able to test and use such a high-quality product. Thank you very much, TrolMaster! You are awesome! 🙏 The plants This week my plants have grown vigorously. The back four will all reach their net next week. I defoliated them heavily in the lower area two days ago, which they tolerated well. They look really healthy to me. Taking pictures is very complicated right now, you hardly know where one plant starts and the other ends. But that will get better in the next few weeks. I am happy that it is now going into the last vegetative week and we will reach the flowering on next Sunday with a light cycle on 12/12. The outlook I am very satisfied with the result of the eighth week. My plants have developed well and are ready for the flowering phase. Plants continued to stretch last week, I had to weave a couple branches through the top screen as well to keep them level with the canopy. Overall it’s going good, I did a defoliation again a few days ago to try and open up as many budding sites as possible to the light. I noticed some nutrient burn on my leaf tips at the end of last week so I diluted the reservoir water with 3 gal of fresh water. My HPS light is still turned down to 750w as the light output at the top of the canopy exceeds 75 000 lux directly under the light even turned down. I have a light mover moving my light though so it’s not always in one spot. This is only my second crop using this light mover though so I’m still adjusting its speed and pause time and doing some experimenting with it...lol smell is normal still, not strong but it’s noticeable when you open up the tent. I will be updating more pictures and videos throughout the week as well. Cheers 💨

Week 3 of Flower.

They’re getting close! I could probably chop the GSC and GC but the Gelato has at least 2 weeks to go. I was hoping to bring them all down at once and dry in the tent but I may have to figure something else out. I think this is the most aesthetically pleasing garden ive grown so far. I enjoy all manner of plants and in general the GC is the nicest looking mj plant I’ve ever produced. I’d love a porch full just for the look! Anyways, all these girls are a little stunted from all the cold nights. Dark temps under 60, a lot under 50-55 for most of their lives but they look good, and still very frosty. Never had gelato or GC before so im excited to try them out, thanks for dropping by!

Dec. 4 - Week 9 begins. Dec. 6 - I removed some dead and dying leaves. Dec. 7 - Photo update. Dec. 10 - Timelapse uploaded. This poor girl, the sometimes infrequent waterings may yet be her demise. In the video after the plant droops the leaves come back much more yellow since they're being sacrificed for the greater good. I've been aware that plants do this for many years, but I think it's still pretty neat to watch happen over just a few seconds.
