Day 69 of flowering and still looking for the elusive Amber trichromes, they are 90% cloudy no amber 10% clear I will patiently wait I want to experience the more indica feel with these last few choice buds. Update Oct 19th 2017. Seen my first amber trich today, as I'm getting older I can't see through my loupe to view resin glands, so my wife showed me how too view them through pictures. All I can say is wow! She was able to zoom right in on them to get a good look. Week 11 Day 71, i suffer a little bit of heat stress, temperatures where a bit high the past week, so leaves are a bit clawing and cupping on the main cola’s. They are still maturing tho. Day 72 ,Buds are becoming heavy, i found my plant and one of the 4 big buds is broken off the stem and lying on the floor. She was attached just a little bit , so i helped her up, and tied her down. I hope she will survive . I didn't make pictures, a had a little bit stress 🤣, also because i was busy it looked like every branch was collapsing, and i had to tie a lot of them. Hope for the best. i did try to make some close ups of the buds, also i try to picture the whole plant. The big bud in the end stares me right in the eyes when i'm standing up 😃 also one funny thing to mention is when i did shoot the video on day 71, i didn't notice that the bud on the right was all ready on the floor and missing, You can see the difference with the pictures from day 72. it is the bud on the far right. Day 75 finally my pistols are turning inside and i see calyx little bit swell up. My other plant did mature a lot faster and have already swollen calyx, it seems to take a lot longer but the buds are also way bigger. so i don't mind if that means i got more weight in the end. tomorow i will give a other pk boost, i think she is a heavy feeder.

Feb 13th - last nite confirmed something that I had noticed over the last couple of weeks. There is a difference in how fast each of the 3 plants pics up its moisture. The blue God was very dry while the Colombian was at the other end of the scale; still moist. The A.G. is always between these two, never the same. - big feed tonight @ 16L / 3 plants - upon checking the Pots moisture levels, it was decided NOT to feed the Colombian Gold. The soils Moisture level was still too moist to go ahead and give it a big feeding. I can wait a day or two till it needs it. Pictures attached; identical conditions; solid schedule, the Colombian just stays wetter, longer. It now gets its 5.33 Litres a little behind the others. May 16th, - feeding day for the Colombian Gold and some trichome shots of the Blue God May 17th, - holding off on the Flush of B.G. till Wed. Still lots of clear trichomes, very few amber. May19th, -wow, talk about life getting in the way. And its all good. Its has just been very busy, And the plants need attention. As highlighted earlier, Blue God is at the end of week 6 now and tonite is its last meal; as per normal. Acapulco and Colombian are still too moist. - pictures and updates tonight May 20th - flush carried-out - tent empied washed; yikes - it is the end of week 7 for the Acapulco, and it get flushed at the end of week 8 with the Colombian. As busy as things have been, there will be lots of scrutiny in the next couple of weeks, as the Trichome watch begins.

The autos are doing better than they were I got a new bottle of calmag cuz the older one was old. I still could use some warmer temps. I've been turning the exhaust fan down to the lowest level but the RH goes way up. I might move them into the tent with the HPS soon which settles around 82°f but that light makes the RH go way down so this whole thing is just a pain in the nuts.

Taken fans off the lower portion of the plant 1-5 every few days or so, currently doing no defoliation and havnt passed 4/5 days. Terpes- pretty amazed by the fact i smell fresh oranges even now in early flower! (Seaweed drench once a week)

After trimming plant from bottom up like a lollipop. Buds have grown bigger, resin is coming in and so are the Crystal's. Plant seems to be loving the Nutrients and conditions. No burn, keeping feeding at 1 liter every other day with 1 teaspoon of Nutrients seems to be doing very well. Got a few more Weeks of budding we will see how it goes.

She is getting so big now - photos just do her justice. Been watering 2l per 24hr and limited nutrients to once a week - not sure if that's right 🤔 It seems to be taking quite a while to complete not sure if this is because of the lights or under watering- any advice is welcome

Did a little move around as the gorillas we're taking over the light so we get better light spread buds packing up nice and tight not much else to report....added the 3rd light not a hps though a mars hydro 960 thougt id better do it due to the gorillas taking over and just trying it out gonna try one for the last week in my gorilla and gsc diaries also see what there like thanks for reading happy growing guys

I have been using LST in the form of a fan on medium speed to try and strengthen the main stalk of the plant as well as planter rotation to strengthen the main stalk for tie down LST. So far I've been impressed with the rate of growth and the overall experiment. For what it's worth, the growth wth is very very similar to a hydroponics growth. I'm sure as the experiment continues I'll notice some big differences. It does appear to have either a minor potassium deficiency or a little too much nitrogen. Will monitor and update as needed. The above signs may have been trying to indicate the main stalk was weakening from too much weight from vertical grow rate. This would ultimately lead to a fractured stalk. Is this what happened or is it a fungus or disease problem? Plant C sprouted within 48hrs and will be 6 days behind Plant A. End goal of harvest is still 360g from the two plants combined. Both plants are looking very happy regardless of the toxicity or deficiency. Strong strain nonetheless.

purple punch is looking great and smells even better There are 2 purple punch plants in this grow and they are defenately producing different types of flowers they both smell the same tho but look completely different. one leaning more to the sativa and the other lookes indica all the way. im going to run them in ice water during the flush weeks to see if either one shows some purple just another three weeks or so then it will be harvest time i cant wait smoke some of each type to compare sisters from one another one is skinny and the other is big boned and both smell kick ass. having a hard time staying in the 70s its gotten quite warm the last fiew days and has reached 84 had to open the tent door to get it down to 78 when the lights are on hopefully it wont get any warmer before harvest time . in 3 more weeks

End of week 4 for GG4 Sherbet FF and it seems that this week was good for her. She is bouncing back little by little from her issues. She stretching slowly she is taking her time and that is ok with me. She just got fed some Goldleaf feterlizer and I did some defoliating on her to remove some of the bad leaves.. let's see how week 5 goes.
