🌿 Frosted Guava Auto by Zamnesia | Pheno B | Week 11 🦄 The Dark Little Unicorn Is Picking Up Speed ❄️🔥 Welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! 🌿💚 Well... I think we can officially say that Frosted Guava Pheno B has found her rhythm. And now? She's moving. Fast. 😂🦄🔥 She's still the dark green girl. She's still compact compared with some of the giants in this room. She's still beautifully frosty. She's still carrying those gorgeous developing flowers. But something has changed. She's progressing. She's evolving. She's building. And every time I look at her, I see another little step forward. Honestly... I'm really, really liking this genetics. I've heard some great things about Frosted Guava, and I'm starting to understand why. But I'm also trying very hard not to put expectations on her. Because expectations can be dangerous. 😂 We can hear wonderful things about a genetic. We can imagine what it might become. We can start creating a picture in our heads before the plant has even finished telling us her own story. And I don't want to do that. I want to watch THIS girl. This phenotype. This plant. This expression. And let her tell me where she's going. So far? She's telling me something I really like. Let's give this beautiful girl the spotlight. 🌿❄️👑 ──────────────────────── 🦄 ANOTHER GIRL IN FULL AUTO MODE ──────────────────────── It's becoming almost funny now. 😂 We're surrounded by different cultivars. Autos. Photoperiods. Different genetic lines. Different phenotypes. And we're running them all under the same 12/12-from-seed environment. Yet somehow... they're all starting to look like they're speaking the same language. The photoperiods are behaving like autos. The autos are behaving like photoperiods. And some of them? They're just doing whatever the hell they want. 😂🌿 Frosted Guava Pheno B is definitely in that last category. She's an autoflower. She's in a 12/12 room. And she's perfectly happy doing her thing. She's growing. She's flowering. She's stacking. She's getting heavier. She's developing. And she's moving at a beautiful pace. At this point, I'm honestly less interested in the label... and much more interested in the expression. Because the plant is telling us what matters. ──────────────────────── 🌿 THE DARK GREEN GIRL IS MOVING ──────────────────────── That deep green remains one of her signatures. It's one of the first things I notice every time I look at her. She's got that rich, dark foliage that gives her so much visual character. And now, with the flowers developing further, that contrast is becoming even more beautiful. Dark green leaves. Bright pistils. Developing flowers. Increasing frost. And a structure that's becoming more and more defined. She's not standing still. She's not waiting. She's moving. And that's what makes this week so satisfying. We're starting to see the plant transition from: "Beautiful flowering plant" to: "Okay... this girl is really building now." 🔥🌸❄️ ──────────────────────── 🌸 THE FLOWERS ARE EVOLVING BEAUTIFULLY ──────────────────────── This is probably my favourite part of this week's update. The flowers. They're evolving beautifully. The structures are becoming more pronounced. The stacking is becoming more obvious. And the overall plant is starting to develop that heavier flowering appearance we've been waiting to see. She's not just creating little flowering points anymore. She's building actual structure. And she's doing it throughout the plant. That makes her particularly interesting to watch because she's still relatively compact... but she doesn't feel small. You look at the flowers... and there is presence. You look at the resin... and there is presence. You look at the structure... and there is presence. She's becoming one of those plants where the physical size doesn't tell the whole story. And I really like that. ──────────────────────── ❄️ FROSTED GUAVA IS LIVING UP TO HER NAME ──────────────────────── The frost continues to be one of the things that immediately catches my eye. ❄️💚 The flowers are developing more visual texture. The resin is becoming increasingly apparent. And when you get the camera close... well... there's another world. 😂📸 The little details start appearing. Trichomes. Pistils. Flower structures. Textures. Tiny areas of resin that you don't really appreciate from across the room. This is where photography becomes dangerous again. You start with one flower. Then another. Then you notice something else. Then you move closer. Then closer again. And suddenly you've been photographing one little section for twenty minutes. 😂 But that's what I love about this stage. The plant is giving us reasons to look closer. ──────────────────────── 🦄 THE UNICORN PERSONALITY REMAINS ──────────────────────── And yes... our little unicorn is still here. 😂🦄 The unusual floral character we've been watching hasn't disappeared. And because her sister has shown similar behaviour, that makes the comparison even more interesting. Two Frosted Guava phenotypes. Same room. Same overall environment. Same lighting philosophy. Same nutritional strategy. And both showing some similarities... while still being very different plants. That's exactly the kind of thing I love seeing in a phenotype project. Not identical. Not clones of each other. But enough shared characteristics to make you stop and wonder where genetics are influencing the expression. I'm not going to pretend we have all the answers. We don't. We're simply observing. And right now? What we're observing is beautiful. ──────────────────────── 🚀 SHE'S MOVING FAST ──────────────────────── This is the biggest change I feel this week. She's moving. And she's moving quickly. The flowers are developing. The structure is becoming more substantial. The plant is evolving. The overall flowering picture is becoming more advanced. And when I compare her with the previous photographs... the difference is there. She's progressing. She's not rushing toward some imaginary finish line. She's simply moving at her own rhythm. And apparently... her rhythm has picked up. 😂🔥 That's exciting. Because we're still not at the end. Not even close. There's still plenty of development ahead. And if she's already moving like this now... I'm very curious about what the next chapters will look like. ──────────────────────── I'M REALLY LIKING THIS GENETICS ──────────────────────── I'll admit it. I'm really liking Frosted Guava. 😂💚 I've heard some great things about this genetics, and watching these two phenotypes develop has definitely made me understand why people get excited about genetics like this. But... I'm still keeping my expectations in check. That's important. Because there's a big difference between: "I've heard great things." and: "This specific plant is going to do exactly what I've heard." Every plant is different. Every environment is different. Every phenotype is different. And that's exactly why I'm documenting this particular girl instead of trying to compare her to somebody else's description. I'm watching her. I'm learning her. I'm photographing her. And I'm letting her tell me what she is. So far... I like the story she's writing. 🌿❄️ ──────────────────────── 💡 SAME ROOM. SAME PHOTONS. DIFFERENT GIRL. ──────────────────────── The lighting environment remains the same for everyone. We've added the two additional Future of Grow Black Series 600W fixtures to the room. After seeing that the initial output was more than we wanted for our target, we brought the fixtures down to approximately: 💡 ~59% power from the plug giving us approximately: ☀️ ~1,500 PPFD across the upper canopy with intensity naturally varying according to plant height and position. And once again... Frosted Guava Pheno B is receiving the same upgraded lighting environment as everybody else. Same photons. Same room. Same general ecosystem. Different response. That's what I love. We don't need to create a completely different world for every plant. We give them the same opportunity... and then watch what they do with it. This girl is clearly making use of hers. ──────────────────────── ☀️ MORE LIGHT. MORE CAPABILITY. NOT MORE POWER FOR THE SAKE OF IT. ──────────────────────── One thing I'm particularly happy about with the lighting upgrade is that we're not simply adding fixtures and then running everything at maximum power. That's not the goal. The additional Future of Grow fixtures give us more capability. More spread. More photons available across the room. More flexibility. And because we're running them around 59% from the plug, we're not asking the fixtures to operate at full output just because they can. That's a big part of why I really appreciate this upgrade. And Frosted Guava is getting to experience that expanded lighting environment right alongside the rest of the girls. Some are more open. Some are extremely frosty. Some are focused on flower size. And then there are girls like this one... who somehow combine a little bit of everything. Compact. Dark. Frosty. Beautiful. The darker foliage creates a beautiful background for the developing flowers. The flowers themselves are becoming more defined. The frost catches the light. And the little peculiarities give each photograph something to discover. Wide shot? Beautiful plant. Closer shot? Beautiful flowers. Macro? Oh... there's the magic. 😂📸❄️ That's the fun of this project. The same plant can look completely different depending on how close you get. And Frosted Guava gives us plenty to explore. ──────────────────────── 🌸 STACKING, BULKING & BUILDING ──────────────────────── We're starting to see all three. 🌸 Stacking. The flower structures are becoming more developed throughout the plant. ⚖️ Bulking. The flowers are gaining more presence and weight. 🌿 Building. The overall structure is becoming increasingly defined. And that combination is exactly what I want to see at this stage. She's not finished. She's not supposed to be. But she's moving. And she's moving beautifully. That's enough. Actually... that's more than enough. ──────────────────────── 😂 SHE'S NOT WAITING FOR ANYBODY ──────────────────────── There's something really funny about watching her now. Earlier in the run, I could describe her as: "She's taking her time." Now? Not really. 😂 She's decided that she's ready to move. And she's doing it. The plant isn't asking for permission. She's not checking the calendar. She's not asking what her sister is doing. She's just growing. Building. Flowering. Stacking. And getting heavier. That's exactly how I want it. The plant knows what she's doing. Our job is to support the process. ──────────────────────── 🔍 WHAT AM I WATCHING NOW? ──────────────────────── My questions for this girl are becoming increasingly interesting. 🌸 How much more will the flowers build? ❄️ How much further will the frost develop? ⚖️ How much more weight will she put on? 🦄 Will those unusual floral characteristics continue to develop? 🌿 How will her dark green foliage evolve as flowering progresses? And perhaps the biggest one: Where does this particular Frosted Guava phenotype decide to finish? I don't know. I'm not going to guess. I'm not going to put expectations on her. I'm simply going to keep watching. And honestly... that's much more fun. ──────────────────────── 💚 DON'T COMPARE HER TO THE PROMISE — WATCH THE PLANT ──────────────────────── This is something I've learned over the years. You can read descriptions. You can hear what other growers say. You can hear people rave about a particular genetics. And that's all interesting. But when the seed hits your own environment... the plant gets to tell you the truth. Not somebody else's expectation. Not somebody else's photograph. Not somebody else's phenotype. Yours. And Frosted Guava Pheno B is giving us her own answer. She's beautiful. She's moving quickly. She's stacking. She's developing. She's frosty. She's dark. She's becoming heavy. And she's doing it in this particular room, under this particular environment. That's the story I care about. ──────────────────────── 👑 THE SPOTLIGHT BELONGS TO HER ──────────────────────── So... Week 8 begins! Grandaddy Bruce is doing great, nice buds super frosty, sticky, heavy and dense. I continue to be impressed by this light and how this plant has grown under it.

Buds are getting dense very strong smell from touch have to get another and separate the three unfortunate the buds are not turning purple on either plants but great grow otherwise

Day 63 - lookin good.... haha.... um, tanks stabilized, ph 5.8 - ppm 1200 .... she's feedin alot..... buds are fillin and lotsa white furries.... listed the nutes and amounts etc.., but i'm kinda feeding her as she needs.... so every few days she is drinking 2 lts +- and i'm just mixing up a neut solution in a 2 lt bottle every day or 2 ..... sometimes she just wants abit of water...... Day 64 +vid....shows her deep green and gloss... abit of crystalic :) Day 65 - vids pics.... trimmed her, and abit of bending.... Added blood and bone.... she's stretching alot, 60cm+ ........ Day 67 took all the early buds on all the stringy 0ff shoots.... Poor lighting vids, but don't want to mess with her flowering, :) 👍😎👊

What another great week it’s been!! The babies are looking super healthy! We will be letting them veg out hardcore through this next week or 2 an will give them that flip into flower , but let’s take one week at a time y’all! Keep them eyes peeled for next weeks update ! Day 69 since Germ

La ultima nena. Bajamos la temperatura para poder maximizar su color morado. Lamentablemente de la niña que mas esperábamos fue la que quedo mas pequeña y la que posiblemente de menos, pero como experiencia no esta mal, después de todo, automáticas con lo frio de este clima es algo 😥. De todas maneras, sus frutos se ven bastante firmes y resinosos asi que al menos en potencia, no tendremos nada que envidiar cuando cosechemos :)

***** Week 7 December 30/20 to Jan 5/21 - Days 43 to 49 from germination ***** Week 6 went well overall and she got her colour back for the most part the last week. She is pretty green now and is looking good for the next week. In fact, watch the ppm going in now and keep it below 1,000ppm so we don't have issues flushing her soon. She only has about two weeks of feed left and then we will be down to water only........likely stop in the high 50's, maybe day 60.......we should be okay though......the last feed day just seems to come so quickly with autos😀 I love autos as they allow you to add variety to your smoke because they finished quickly........10 or 11 weeks idea typically. You really have to keep on your game though for the first 4 weeks........keep them happy everyday otherwise you lose veg growth😞 This girl has had some early issues with getting enough nitrogen and I am seeing some of those effects now, later on in growth, and her main stem is not as thick as I think it should be for big thick buds but she has grown well and showing some beautiful legs on her😁 She is week 3 of flower and for an auto flower and this is the week I typically hit them hard with nutrients and ensure they have lots of light intensity. Since she has been doing very well the last days this means I will keep a closer eye on her ppm, I don't think that I should break 1,000ppm with her......or not by very much as we hit her with the last bloom additives..........she is looking a nice green at the start of the week. I think that I will keep with adding Rezin from Green Planet Nutrients to help with trichome production and Terpinator for the terpene production. Keep up the CalMag this week as well and then start tapering off, same for silica. She is feeding hard at the start of the week and she is being watered twice a day now........she is finishing the 2L to 2.5L that stays in her media within 24 hours now. Therefore, have to watch ppm with that much liquid going into her😲 Her colours are popping on her obviously and she is certainly living up to her name. The main stems are bright green but I am noticing some purple on some, so ensuring I keep the CalMag right now. Her fan leaf stems are quite purple as well. There is obviously going to be some genetics at play with the colour but there is still signs of some stress there. Will continue to remove some lower bud sites from her this week but will keep the fan leaves where possible. She has some long branches and because the node spacing is so large she appears to be lacking some leaves for photosynthesis so I don't want to remove any that she continues to need......just take the bud sites so she can focus on the upper buds. Trying to minimize stress this will happen over a few days and keep an eye on how she reacts to their removal. She is looking fabulous Fast Buds and growing with a crazy amount of vigor and shooting out some long branches!!! Impressive so far😍👍 Little more detail........ Dec 30/20, Day 43 - she is looking taller again this morning😀 - Pulled her out quickly to test the weight of the pot and she needs watering again today. - The leaf colour is quite green now when you pull her out and look at them under natural light.......back off ppm next two watering's and keep CalMag, Terpinator, and microbes for now only. - 11:00am she had 2L watering with Magnifical @ 1ml, Enzymes Komplete and Microbial Mass @ 2ml = 175ppm and 5.7pH Dec 31/20, Day 44 - pots are really light this morning. - 2.5L feeding with Terpinator @ 3ml, MagNifiCal and Rezin @ 2ml Natures Candy @ 1ml = 600ppm and 5.9pH - pulled her out and trimmed off a fair bit of lower branching. Did it now before she gets too far into flower. - she has some long branches and those lower sites are getting a lot less light intensity. Trimmed off some lower bud sites and left some of the fan leaves. - It was actually fairly aggressive stripping so will keep an eye on her and see how she reacts......should have added some kelp and vitamin B to the feed but didn't😶 Jan 1/21, Day 45 - watering in the morning. - 2.5L watering with CalMag, VeloKelp and Vitathrive @ 1.5ml = 400ppm and 6.0pH (Had to add Terpinator for 1ml/L to bring down the pH......missed it so added something, too much pH up was added.) - They have been given a lot of ppm this week so backing off a bit and just giving some basics as using RO water. - She has some huge potential to yield but with her only in a 3 gal pot.......I feel like I shot myself in the foot and she should have certainly had a 5gal pot!!!! - Toxicity signs popping up......water only for at least next three days!!!!!! Jan 2/21, Day 46 - pots are dry and time for moisture again. - plain water only!!!!! She is showing signs of some excess from pushing them harder this week. - backing off and let her use some of the nutes she already has in her. - 2.5L water with Enzymes @ 1ml = 15ppm and 5.7pH - droopy in the morning........see how they look in a couple of hours. - closed the door to the room last night and temps in the tent were 97 degrees this morning.......they will bounce back but it definitely impacted them last night. - temps shot up closer to 98 range, pots were dry so no moisture for them, they were already starting to battle toxicity, and then a light on a timer kicked that shouldn't and the girls were under too much light for 12 hours!!!! Yesterday, they looked worse and worse and as the day progressed. - Temps dropped in the tent to 72 degrees, humidity dropped to 52%, lights turned down to just one 135W in the 3 x 3.........just let them play out the day like that. Jan 3/21, Day 47 - well F!!!!!!! What happened the night of Jan1/Jan2 was not good. F.....F.....F.... - pots still had a little weight to them this morning. Not normal for the last week......they should have been almost bone dry this morning! - Have two of the lights on dim today. Temps at 77 degrees and humidity at 57%.......trying to keep them cool and dark. - watered each girl with 2L plain water only. PPM was 15 and pH was 5.4..........lowered the pH a bit. - So F.......not much you can do damn it. Lots of plain water for next couple of days and keep them darker....... Jan 4/20, Day 48 - So getting over it and stop being pissed off, the girls were put in to dark spots and rotated the pots to reduce the light and stop the hurt😀 - Cooled them off 68 degrees for yesterday and the evening. Humidity was dropped to 50% and give some plain water. - She is pulling out of it. She has lost at least 12 leaves to the stress and the toxicities took over those leaves and dried them out. - All you can do is accept it now and work on keeping the rest of her happy and out of harms way and she is coming. - looking better today in the sense that the leaf tip curl is backing off and they are straightening out. - It is the very top of 3 colas that the most impacted......those that were closest to the lights. - water day to help keep them getting some moisture and keep them not looking for moisture. - 2L plain water with VeloKelp and Rezin @ 1ml = 85ppm and 5.7pH - they have not had a base nutrient feed this week.......just Terpinator, CalMag, Kelp, Microbes, Enzyems, and Rezin........unfortunate but have lost three days now to this light/heat issue....F...!

Welcome to week 8 of my Sour Betty by Anesia Seeds diary Plant looks great, i love the colours. Flowers have started to grow, i like the way the buds are taking shape. Added some pk

1/8/2023: chop day! Using a little 2x2 AC Infinity tent to dry in. Have an AC unit in the lung room trying to keep temps as close 60° as I can. I live in AZ, so it is dry here, so I have a humidifier in the tent set to 60%. I will dry the whole plant for between 12 to 16 days.

I wish I could've taken more picture this week and previous week but I just could'nt remember to do it. Feeling nervous, but wierdly excited. Most promising strains for big yields are Super Silver and Tangie. Girl Scout Cookies being an autoflower already started to flower, wish it would have taken more time on veg to get bigger but it is what it is. Now starting flower. 12/12 cycle. 9 weeks

Die Mädels legen richtig los und machen endlich weiter mit Höhenwachstum. Die Töpfe sind seit ca 10 Tagen durchwurzelt. 2L Wasser reichen Max 5 Tage meist eher 3-4Tage. 1x wöchentlich 7ml/L düngen funktioniert meistens sehr gut. Die neue europäische Dünger Serie von Advanced Nutrients ist super!

Day 42 from sprout. I been torn on if I'm going to transplant again. I know that since i am doing an organic grow its all about that soil and its microbes. I feel I been doing pretty good with these 3 gallon pots so far and only got a 2x4x6 to grow in. That being said I did top dress today 2-11 with my gaia green fertilizers and did a bit of defoliation. They lookin like their 60 year old blind Auntie cut their hair and look mangled but I just defoliated an hr before I took these pics. I am considering on transplanting to 5 gal before i flip to flower in about a month but not sure yet.

Einen P+K Booster Compost Tea bekommen sie auch noch zum letzten mal so können die Mikroben nochmal pushen. Man sieht auch das die Pistills wieder sprießen und die Buds werden immer mehr frostig. Die Blueberry Cupcake wird sehr schön zart rot - lila ich liebe Farben aber ich bin bei der Hitze etwas überrascht aber positiv. Auch der Wasserverbrauch hat wieder etwas zugenommen und sie Trinken 1,5 liter und die in 12l Pots 1 Liter täglich

Very evenly spaced growth continues. It’s almost so spread out I don’t have to do any defoliation. I love it. Has responded well to topping. I top dressed the soil with 4-4-4, Kelp meal, Alfalfa meal, malted barley, Humic & Fulvic acid, aloe powder.
