En esta tercera semana( que yo creo q sería como la primera con estas alturas y x lo q son tan pequeñas, se pasarason a tierra más de lo previsto, espeigaron y doblaron tu tamaño y se pasaron a maceta grande) justamente hoy se le agregaron nutrientes, algunos nuevos y otros q ya había usado antes... Eh mantenido al margen las medidas NPK recomendables y eh agregado algo x ahí q seguro va bien 😉 la humedad es estable generalmente, la temperatura tanbm... De momento no hay ningún problema( si quitamos q tienen tiempo de sol limitado x la casa es verdad que eh tenido otras en exterior de este tipo y bueno, es lo q hay), están fuertes y van creciendo bien, no le podemos pedir mucho a estas alturas, eso para luego... The switch from last week to this week, veg into bloom, has gone super fast! I've done 2 waterings this week, 1st with just water and second I added bio bizz bloom 1 ml/l, root booster and cal mag. All at 1ml/l and this time i took the time to check ph and ppm. I had to lower pH (scary) for the second time from 7.1 to 6.1 and I'm seeing definate effect in the amount of white pistil growth! So much more vigorous the last grow, when I overfed.

The plants are growing pretty well and I did some trimming and LST to prepare them for flower next week. There is one phenotype that is really short and bushy compared to the other 2. i just fed the plants once nutrients because i did transplanted my plant like every 10 days. They are very resistent against LST, trimming and topping. 🌴🍪🔥

5/14 - Day 54/Day 14 Flower Water uptake is increasing significantly. Been watering about a half gallon to a gallon every 3 days. Stretch has started to begin so I've been starting to get more aggressive with the LST. Darker green color has started to return to the leaves. No signs of deficiencies and my girl looks happy and healthy.

So, first of all, I want to say that I´ll be doing the diaries in a weekly updates way, instead of day by day, not only because it is less heavy on me, but I think it´s a better and more attractive reading. So, tell me if you prefer day by day or weekly updates please! Thanks! So, this week was pretty good, thricomes are looking pretty close to harvest. About 90% cloudy, with a little amber and clear. Watered with regular water and didn´t feed her. Flushed it with regular water on day 74, looked like it had still lots of nutes/salts buildup. And about flushing: I saw a really good study (I can link if it´s of interest for someone) showing that flushing isn´t really required, specially if you´re doing organic grows. It was really well explained and had solid arguments and comparisons, even tho, I flushed her in order to see if it really makes a difference. On day 76 when i first opened the tent in the day, she was all the way to the floor, almost hitting 2 tiny girls on the tent. Since she doesn´t had any strenght to support herself, I used some ropes to mantain her up. In resume: The week´s been really nice, she´s beautiful as hell with some purples and I´ve learnt some really good stuff as well.

Saddest week by far! 😞 Feeling like a bad dad smh should’ve got her a new home sooner than later. Wasted a week waiting for it before merchant advised the item would not be shipped til September 17th and I would’ve had to wait 4-5 business days for delivery. SMH. Thank goodness for Amazon Prime! Today is day 23 of flower. So I've been chasing a minor P-K deficiency. The plants are happy and healthy and are just feeding heavy at the moment. Well over and above any recommended servings with respect to the dry amendments and water soluble P-K inputs. As with any grow regardless of what you're using for inputs (organic amendments/salt based bottle feeding/crop salts/etc....) the recommended feed rates are never anything more than a baseline. So to remedy the deficiency I added the Flower 2 at 1.5 times the reccomended dosage (3 grams per liter of water) and a little over twice the dosage of Gaia Green 2-8-4 Power Bloom dry amendments (250ml per 7 gallon pot). I also fed a mung bean/barley seed sprout tea as well as a compost tea (2/3 of a cup of each seed). The feed rates will stay well above recommended servings for the Flower 2 but the 250ml addition of the 2-8-4 would be considered a large addition for a single serving so I will give the plants 5-7 days to see how they react to dry amendments before top amending again at any rate (you cant burn your plants with organic inputs but you can still suffer nutrient lockout so you need to be mindful and patient when feeding heavy.) On day 19 of flower I did a large pruning/defoliation/lollipopping of the plants. Both from the top of the pot to the bottom of the first layer of trellis removing everything. I also cleaned the plants out from above the first layer of trellis netting to the top of the plant. As I waited to clean up the bottom third of the plants until my typical strip day in flower (day 18-21 depending on strain and flowering times, these are 9 week strains which is why the strip falls in the day 18-21 range, if they were 8 week finishers the leaf strip would take place somewhere between days 14-16). When running multiple layers of trellis netting it's best to prune/lollipop everything below the first layer of netting about 7-10 days before the flip. Odds are your lights wont penetrate that far down the plant so these areas of the plant typically only produce what's commonly known as larf. I'm running new lights so I decided I'd wait until the big strip I always do in flower. This was grower error. I know better and wont make this mistake again. Its unnecessary stress added during flower that could've been prevented. As I decided to wait to clean out the bottoms I didnt prune the plants as aggressively as I normally would (I adopted Grand Master Levels leaf strip practices years ago, check him out on IG or YouTube if you want to see what that looks like). The week went smoothly with no major issues to report. The seasons are changing here so were getting rain, damp wet snow, and have very humid conditions outside. As a result this affects the atmosphere in my grow room but not enough to cause concern. A little less than 6 weeks until the chop!

The week starts Monday, Jan-13 in flowering stage. The plant is growing thick and fast, with very short node intervals creating a thick canopy. Carried out substantial defoliation of almost all the big fan leaves and a few little stems that were not likely to make it above the canopy. Avoided defoliating the major cola branches. This encourages the plant not to waste resources on a node which is only going to produce “popcorn” buds. The plants reacted well to the defoliation and were looking good by the end of the light cycle for the day. The net is completely full and this will be the last week of applying any LST as part of the ScrOG setup. Light is maintained at 30cm distance from canopy, with daily fertigation at lights on - watering almost 2.5L per day. Lowered the average RH in the space to 50%. ----prior 4 weeks updates ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The week starts Monday, Jan-06 in flowering stage. The net is filling up nicely with the ScrOG process being enjoyable - just tucking branches nicely under squares once stretched enough. The Indica dominant strain is really shining with incredible dense growth and thick branches that don't bend as easily as it's Sativa neighbour. Light is maintained at 30cm distance from canopy. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The week starts Monday, Dec-30 in vegetative stage - switching the light regime to flowering. Initiated flowering with an extended dark period prior to switching light regime - this practice is supposed to promote a faster initiation of flowering by the plant. Maintain lights off from Dec-31, 10:00 until Jan 1 - 18:45 allowing a 32hr darkness period prior to switching the light regime. Light regime is set for 12.5/11.5 on/off allowing me a better maintenance window for my living situation. Both plants are growing fast and strong, showing their genetic traits. Some shoots are going through the net already. Have started to tuck branches as they grow to fill up any gaps. Did minor defoliation on both plants near their stem base and centres. Some green algae on roots/coco medium on the surface of the pot. Have defoliated some more which hopefully helps with air circulation at the area. Will monitor over the week - may need to decrease watering frequency, although they seem to be keeping up drinking. Lowered the High Humidity setting of the extraction fan to 60% - which effectively keeps it running at least 75% of the time, and removed the humidifier. Will monitor and adjust as necessary lowering the setting to 50% in a few weeks whilst flowering. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The week starts Monday, Dec-23 in vegetative stage. Installed the ScrOG net - Set at 20cm from the base of the plants, being 55cm from ground. The plant is showing great growth, lots of branching and new growth sprouts. A few branches are beginning to come through the net and almost all main branches are now tied down horizontally after the two recent toppings. Applied more LST and will wait for the branches to reach the net and start tucking. The AC Infinity fan is currently only running intermittently with its current settings. This seems to impact the utilisation and effectiveness of the carbon filter in use. The desired outcome is for the fan to be running for longer periods whilst in Auto config. Lowered the High Level Humidity from 70% to 60%, and more importantly, lowered the Max Speed from 4 to 2 with the intent that a lower fan speed will result in longer periods where the extraction fan is operated to remain below threshold targets for the grow space. Plant growth continues to be strong at the end of the week. Big fan leaves near the top are beginning to look a little serrated and dark, similar to the start of this grow. This may be due to the extra CalMag being added which was the issue at the start of the grow. Will keep monitoring and half the CalMag dosage on next feed. Importantly, I have learnt nutrient mixing of the CalMag should be done prior to the Canna Coco A & B. To date I have done the opposite which may explain my earlier issues. Fertigating daily at the start of the light cycle. One more week of vegetative growth before switching to flowering although I may need to switch earlier due to the vigorous growth and considering the stretch yet to come. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My grow setup includes; - Secret Jardin DS120W tent (120cm x 60cm x 180cm) placed inside the bedroom. Passive intake of air is from a closed off section of the room where the central heating boiler sits - the intake is warm air (20 degC.) and fairly dry (40% RH) during the winter months. - Mars Hydro SP250 LED light - extraction fan - AC Infinity Cloudline T6 - ventilation fans - aquarium heater - small oil heater - small dehumidifier - 20L Airpots and 3.5L general pots for seedling stage - Canna Coco substrate and nutrients - pH and EC/TDS meters - Thermo/Hygro meter

The 8 BANANA KRUMBLE (=Banana Punch x OG-Kush) plants grown from GREENHOUSE SEEDS harvested a TOTAL OF 450 GRAM OF DRIED BUD. The buds are of CONNOISSEUR-QUALITY, they are IMMENSELY FULL OF TRICHOMES and have the MOST BEAUTIFUL RED and PURPLE coloration I HAVE EVER SEEN! The AROMA IS FANTASTIC! It is VERY SWEET and reminds me of ripe bananas with a hint of cinnamon, at the same time it has a gassy undertone to it from the OG-Kush parent. It is simply mouthwatering! 😍 The sweetness also can be tasted when you smoke those wonderful buds. They have a STRONG MEDICINAL effect and help PERFECTLY AGAINST MY CHRONIC BACK-PAIN! The SANlight-LEDs used an average of 332,25 Watts (=with dimm-levels included) and harvested 450 grams...THAT IS A FANTASTIC AVERAGE OF 1,35 GRAM PER WATT! This harvest was EXCELLENT and I loved this cycle from beginning to end!

Almost done here! What a journey. I’m gonna flush her tonight, even if the soil is still wet. I’m sorry I don’t have one extra week (2 weeks with Overdrive would be better), but the buds are big and fat now. Definitely time for a big flush. Week 14 - August 13 Back from holidays. One week without carrying plants. All is Ok ✅ the Blumat irrigation system worked perfectly, Aphids are totally eradicated: the Garlic mixture is a miracle. 🐛I found 5 caterpillars on 2 plants: it makes lot of damage on a Bubble Gum I didn’t mention in the diary, but the other are safely. caterpillars are the Enemy N°1 at this point: must check everyday. The stems are not that stable anymore, so buds are a little bit collapsing and i had to take care to bring her out i have put a few fishing pole pieces into the pot to keep her stable. After putting her back in the tent again, i had to support her a bit with a jojo last week and buds are now all collapsing on the weight. i don't mind 😂. i was allready began to flush , started this before the salt buildup ec runoff levels where rising so had to take care of that. Very sticky and smelling plant. very nice, I think Original Sensible Seeds has some real nice genetics and i'm greatfull they supplied their genetics for me, thanks for the confidence and see you next time when harvesting GG#4 auto by O.S.
