[2026 Feb 6 | Day 70] - She's now 6 weeks into flower and is maturing quickly. I defoliated her quite a bit this past week, removing all the fan leaves and any water leaves that were poking into nearby colas. I've gone ahead and added some basic structural support to all the branches in the event that the buds get too heavy. The branches aren't as strong as I would like them to be where they connect with the main stem, and it's better to take precautions. nutrients will be tapered off this week and part of the next. Lighting will remain in the 40-42 DLI range near the top leaves and be tapered off next week. Trichomes are still mostly clear, but there's the odd milky head which could be just a trick of the light. The density of the trichomes are impressive though, they are so thick in spots that the heads are smushing together. Her smell is getting pretty strong, and is now a mix of vanilla, berries and diesel.

It's still on the plant, layd on the ties I think next week will be last for her. I didn't change solution, so i decided to fed her with TA only this week, so as not to accidentally overdose her. Feeding that's not from TA is in gr/l

So I left them for 3 days and went for a trip. Came back and they were crazy. The 1 of the left and the broken girl are different phenos from the the other 2 which are in full flower now. I think those other 2 ladies will finish abit later. Also switched up the nutrients before leaving just to give the buds more of a organic taste. I'll be continuing the organic feeds with 50% of floracoco in this coming week. Decreases the ppm as the same left lady was being fussy, she showed me why though, she wanted to grow abit more. Week 16: *whewww* well technically this is the first full week of Flower... I followed the directions and went to 18/6 for "Early Flower".. but in the future I will refer to this as pre-flower and will start this about a month before going into Flower... I think this helps make the flip more pronounced and will help with a more consistent flower in my tent. Who knows tho? We do see pistils - so that's exciting... and tbh I was saying we vegged for too long.. but who knows, maybe we will have an extensive root system and will be able to support larger buds! Nothing is really a loss at this point, and I will say I'm even learning more about myself. I'm a thinker I like to process things, I like doing it with people.. and I don't mind making mistakes... but I rather them be calculated.. So I know what to do or not to do in the future... I'm realizing my partner is more of a tinkerer.. he always has big ideas and likes to use his energy to move toward them.... I think we complement each other because my thoughts would've led me toward stopping the growth of this project a long time ago.. but I'm happy it's still going!

Weekly update on these beautiful ladies. Did another defoliating this week as well as lollipopped them up another node. I feel it helps mature the lower flower sites and allows plenty of airflow though the leafs. I introduced bloom nutes as well as P&K. All in all Happy Growing

Day 22 - Plant is 6 inches tall. Tons of roots sticking down into the water. Checked PPM 215. PAR/PPFD ranges from 200 to 270 at the height of the plant. Day 25 - Plant is 9 inches tall and 12 inches wide. Water dropped a lot. PPM was 100. Added 2 gallons of RO. Added 10 mL of CalMag. Added 10 mL of the 3 base nutes Micro Grow and Bloom. Added 5 mL of each of the additives. PPM was 515. Day 26 - Plant is 11 inches tall. Fast growth! Short and bushy. Roots are thick as spaghetti noodles and formed a thick rootball. Nearly a dozen budsites. Stem is thicker then a pencil. Day 27 - PPM is 415 in am. Afternoon PPM is 370. Plant is 12 inches tall. PAR/PPFD is 400 to 450 near the top of the plant. DLI is 27 based on 20 hours on and 4 hours off. Late night checked PPM 375. Added 10 mL of Micro Grow and Bloom nutes. PPM is 810. Day 28 - PPM is 775. The plant is getting huge. The stock is about as thick as a Bic lighter. Plant is 13 inches tall.
