hi all, friends of the good weed we are proceeding with the drying and then dry cutting as we usually do these beauties have gone over and have not been able to contain the feedings well, but nothing to worry as they have popped out of the really beautiful and cold buds stay up to date for the smoke

woot woot we got flowers starting!! Been such a horrible week for weather again but we got some steady growth! shes starting to get a little stank on her as well, yum yum!!! with 5-6 weeks unitl harvest i'm optimistic that I will get enough herbs to watch pineapple express lol i wish our weather would be a little better but oh well lol

~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2206 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/29- Here we go into Week One of Flower! It's been a month since these pretty ladies popped out of the ground and they're both looking perfect and have pistils popping out everywhere! Their fabric pots were still heavy when lifted, and they looked happy, so I skipped watering today and will check them tomorrow morning after the lights come on. Since being topped roughly a week ago, they have two new shoots that are emerging and looking extremely healthy with excellent vigor and have a beautiful healthy green color! The #1 is now at 9" tall and the #2 a bit shorter at 7". 12/31- Today was a 'dry day and all I did was refill the humidifier and some canopy maintenance, tucking shade leaves and gently bending branches. It's been a little over four weeks since they were planted in their amended medium and it's time to give their microbes a good feed so they can continue to provide them with all the macro and micro nutrients they need so, yesterday they got a good watering with 0.5g of de-chlorinated water with GreenGro's Veg, Flower, Green Aminos, Natures Brix and Granular Myco added to it @ 1.5 tsp/g and then ph'd to 6.4 @ 73℉. 01/02- Today I watered them from the bottom with 0.5g of de-chlorinated water to which I added 3ml/g of Earth Juice OilyCann cal-mag to prevent any Cal-Mag issues they may encounter before they arrive. I also have the HLG 650R set 36" above canopy and it's set at 60% power which is being controlled by a Trolmaster HydroX controller. The tent environment is on point with temp's running 70 when the light's off and 74℉ with the light on. I'm keeping the RH at 55-60% right now but will drop it as flowering progresses. Finally, I've been keeping the VPD in the tent running 0.85 - 1.05 which I'm happy with! 01/04- They have both been doing really well getting watered every other day and yesterday they received 0.5g each of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of Fish Head Farms Fish Sh!t Soil Conditioner which was then ph'd to 6.3 @ 72℉. They're both doing fantastic but were really beginning to get choked up with growth so I went in and selectively removed a few shade leaves from both to get some light penetration down into their canopies to give that lower growth some much needed light. While I was doing that I also did a little more LST on both to also increase light penetration. Well, there goes another week in our journey and I'm looking forward to the coming weeks as flowering gets cranked up! 😍👍 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! not much has happened this week. there is still some sun per day. however, the temperatures drop to 4-8 degrees at night. these are not exactly the best conditions. maybe this late outdoor experiment was not a good idea after all. however, they have not died yet.

Hi all I hope you had a wonderful Christmas 👍 So I got curious a few days ago and decided to have a fiddle with one of the buds from the Girl scout cookies plant. I let it dry in a paper bag first and then had a sqizz at it. After I tore it apart I was pleased to find a nice fat healthy seed (see 1st pic) well after that I thought to myself Bloody hell mate there must be a heap more of those fellas in there then, so with that in mind I harvested the whole plant. After that lot was dried I tore into it looking for more seeds (see video) but unfortunately I only ended up with the three viable seeds the others I found were either green or already damaged. Not to worry as atleast I have those three to attempt germination with which is better than a poke in the eye with a burnt stick as my old man likes to say. Ive partaken in a few bonghits as I write this of the Girl scout cookies bud that I harvested and I can tell you its some nice shit man 😁 The Gelato Plant will be harvested tomorrow and Im hoping that may have some seed aswell. The whole purpose of this experiment was to cross the Barneys Farm Red Diesel Feminised Pollen I created with a good tasty strain in an attempt in creating seed. So as far as that part goes & even tho I only got the three seeds I feel it was mostly a Success. I will definatey need to refine both my Pollen collecting and Pollinating techniques to achieve better results. Thankyou to all who followed along I enjoyed doing this diary. Transplanted into final this week,both have started pistolling so I'd say from next week it will be 1 week flower.My dog chomped on one or 2 leaves which really pissed me off...OCD like that

Day 64 - Starting week 10 today and she’s definitely starting to fade out a bit and buds are fat and chunky. She is getting dry as well so tomorrow she’ll get 2 gallons of water with Magical and Sugardaddy to start the flush schedule from Technaflora. She’s got a real old school funky smell to her and reminding me of my younger days. Might end up doing a partial harvest and chop most of the big stuff in a week or two and let the lower stuff build up a bit before cutting the rest. Day 66 - Didn’t have time for an update yesterday but did give her 2 gallons of water with 5ML of Magical and 80ML of Sugardaddy and that was according to the feed chart. She’ll be getting straight water from here till the end. Tonight I went ahead and defoliated a little more and checked the trichs. There are a few ambers in there and mostly cloudy with a few clear still but hopefully she’ll finish up strong. Day 68 - She’s finishing up nicely and gonna be close to one of my quicker finishes. She’s all milky and starting to show a few amber trichs mixed up so almost thinking she’ll get the chop next weekend, gonna give her one more week. Soil is still a little wet so she shouldn’t need any for another day or two then it’ll probably be her last watering until she’s done. Day 69 - She’s got about 5 days left, at the most but will probably end up chopping her around Christmas time. If she’s ready for water tomorrow, I’ll give her one last drink and then she should be dried out completely but the weekend. Only catching a couple of clear trichs mixed in there and the rest are milky with about 10% amber.

This will be day one of flower ...gonna run 12/12 starting 7 am lights will turn off till 7 pm until time change then will be 6am to 6pm...also running my Moby dick under 400watt hps next to these ...got it as a freebie from greybeard..have changed res to flower nutrients... Will be fun watching these girls grow .a lot new gear running in this tent so hopefully everything goes good...only running 6inch exhaust fan atm need upgrade to 8 inch later but seems be doing ok in there.. .

I flipped the plants to flower and in a 12 hour light and dark routine. I have put up the trellis net to improve the canopy. I have dropped the nitrogen slowly a little bit and added bloom in its place.

Au#1 will recieve a little curing method for her dried look: ill let her dry out just a bit and then give her just water for once. Should solve the issue, besides that: bloom madness as always (my grow guru told me that blooming phase is always a hassle)

Stretch is coming to an end. And that's good because space was getting short. Plant was growing about 1/2in a day towards the end. Stretch was more than expected but soooo many bud sites. Defoliating every few days. Need to really get in there and do some work tomorrow. Very happy with things so far. Getting excellent development all the way down. Hopefully pics after defoliation will show this better. This is the 1st day of week 4.
