Here we are again ready to start again, always under the sign of Zamnesia, we make our fantastic plants and we show you what we are capable of. We have 5 autoflowering strains and 5 photoperiodic ones and now we present them to you. The second autoflowering that we present to you is the Black Orchid Autoflowering. This was advised and recommended to us directly by the Zamnesia elves and we are sure that they are keen to send us refinements, we have seen some super beautiful photos of this strain. Guys, black is black as a style of beauty for me it is unbeatable. To explain my germination method which is a combination of experiences acquired in the field and readings of the right advisors, I have chosen to divide it into phases so that those who want can follow them and understand better step by step. - Preparatory Phase ---- Check the average temperature in the room, humidity status to understand if it is the case to start or wait, I decided for the end of August because the temperatures start to drop towards the 22-25 degrees recommended for germination. Then another thing more or less credible depending on the sensitivity is the control of the lunar phases. I believe in it a lot, it is a method that ancient farmers used to understand when it was best to plant depending on the attraction of the moon. To make my life easier I use a simple app that advises you on the right time to plant, harvest and put in the jar (depending on the lunar phases). - Phase 1 --- Soaking in water. There are many authoritative friends who advise against this method due to the risk of drowning, but I have always been fine and I follow the rule if it opens in water the seed is almost certainly healthy and will come out of the ground 90% normally. - Phase 2 --- Opening the seed in water. As soon as the seed opens and the root comes out a little, you have to be very very careful not to leave the seed in the water open for too long. This is why there is a risk of drowning. So as soon as the root comes out, it must be planted. Do not wait for it to stretch out a lot, you can wait a little longer in the absorbent paper, but not in water. - Phase 3 --- In the meantime, while I soaked the seeds, I prepared my pots: I use small biodegradable pots (choose the ones with holes underneath for drainage). A few hours before working with the opened seeds, I moistened the soil with water adjusted to the right pH (5.8 - 6.2) and Plagron Power Roots. The small root is now open and we can make a little hole with a toothpick, widen it and insert the seed. Not too deep with the root facing downwards. From Serious Seeds we learned the dome technique: if you put a small dome of soil on the seed the water will settle on the sides avoiding overwatering problems. - Phase 4 --- The plant emerges from the soil. So far I have not put the light, now I turn it on at minimum after half a day of soil to give direction to the seedlings. The first week the light will be gradually brought from 40% to 60% to go to 70% - 75% in the remaining weeks of veg. During the first week maximum, I keep the cycle of 24 hours to avoid stretching. Aug 29th - week 8 for Machupi’s Lady - week 6 for Russian Tzar Bomba - week 5 for LSD - week 4 for the rest (as mentioned, I prepped all plants a few days early for Flower; amendments n meals, week 4 is legit - sending a bug photo (above) to the question people - Plants fed nutrients as above; PurpsBerry fed OVERDRIVE instead of Rezin Sept 4th - last day of week 4 flower for most of the Plants. Except for Machupi’s Lady, LSD, Russian Tzar Bomba they are a few weeks ahead of schedule. - machupi gets inspected this aft, it might be time… - amending the soil of these remaining plants today - both Congo #3 x Bangi Haze and the Russian Tzar Bomba get a visit tomorrow. Some DeFol, some Food, (they were soil amended earlier this week) and some definite love and scrutiny are in store. It’ll end up on next weeks report, but thats whats scheduled. - Russian Tzar Bomba is down to the final few… She gets spoiled tomo !!!

I had to withdraw my culture at all, because I had problems with French customs (...) but I was able to save a skunk plant that was left, a week in a box, to hide.... the rest I had to throw it away unfortunately... I'm 11 weeks since the planting, I'm rinsing with only molasses the next planting is already on the way, I'm going to make a diary...

I think there’s been some sort of salt build up / nutrient lock. The lower leaves have been turning a lighter green and some even yellow on SL plants. Most stems are red. Seems like it’s a pH problem. I flushed them with 4-5 litres of water to reduce the nutrient concentration in the roots. Going to introduce molasses in next feeding! Organic Unsulphered And also stop the Micro (nitrogen)

****Week 16 growth – March 20 to 26, 2021 – Week 7 flower ****** We are in flush now until the end😃 Its nice to be past toxicity and deficiency issues and will just watch them finish and swell up. Flushing agent used this week to assist with getting all the nutrients out. This girl is still looking awesome and I am hopeful she will flush out more of the nutrients. She is pretty green overall so she was given the flushing agent. Still expecting her to be fire, just not a huge producer👍 Little more detail….. Mar 20/21, Day 43 - plain watering today - 4L given to each girl at 26ppm and 6.0pH - turned the light down more today to 410 watts Mar 21/21, Day 44 - dry out day Mar 22/21, Day 45 - finishing agent watering today - typhoon given today for flush at 2ml/l - 425ppm and 6.0pH - 4L for each girl. - a couple of the girls are a little dark so going to use a flushing agent. Mar 23/21, Day 46 - plain watering - watering again after the flushing agent - 4L for each girl and gave a good runoff Mar 24/21, Day 47 - dry out day - fade coming out now Mar 25/21, Day 48 - plain watering with tap water. - 280ppm and 6.1pH - 4L each girl again Mar 26/21, Day 49 - dry out day - will be drying out the pots more now before the next waterings. Through week 7 and heading into week 8. Not a lot of action in the final weeks as far as grower maintenance.......love the end when you can just enjoy😃 Very nice ETS💪🙏

This is the start of my second grow and also second Northern Light Auto from RQS, the goal is to hit #1 in g/plant for that Strain. I didn't take as many notes as in the last grow but there are timelapses, some photos and metrics from probes. Started with 3 Seeds and then picked the 2 strongest. The System is a NFT System but due to the size of the tube and root growths the solution with submerge the roots ~70% later on. To combat that I use 3 small 1.5w air pumps, these are super silent, if one dies I got 2 more running and to be honest air pumps used in DWC systems are often oversized and rely on Broscience. In my Salad/Herb NFT Systems I don't use any air pumps and the plants are just fine and grow great. This time I added sprinklers to humidify the air inside the tube, slightly moisturize the Rockwool and speed up root growths. Spoiler: Was a great success :) The ratios for the fertilizers are not accurate in the following weeks, I have a 120l Reservoir that is filled 90-110l I top it up once or twice a week to sustain PH and EC, if you want to copy it just go by the EC and use the B (Calcinit) and A (Kristalon Blue/Orange) 50/50. I mix the solution myself with dry salts that I bought in bulk 25kg bags. 4l Water(distilled/RO preferably, tap water is OK) + 1kg salts mixes just fine, keep the solution dark and cool and it will stay stable for months. Dry salts don't expire if kept cool and dry so only mix what you need and keep the rest stored as dry salts. 40ml A + 40ml B is about 2EC and 6PH with my tap water, very similar to Canna, Plagron etc. isn't it? just with the twist that I pay ~20% of the known brands. P2O5, K2O, MgO etc. are always the same as long as they are produced by a good manufacturer, Yara is a world leader in fertilizer production just not to be found in you general hydroponics or hardware store. Any other known manufacturer is fine as well, pick the cheapest. Check Hoocho on Youtube to see a guide on how to mix your own solutions, it ain't that difficult trust me. From week 5 onwards I also use Oxygen granulate (KMPS, CAS-70693-62-8, 2KHSO₅ * KHSO₄ * K₂SO₄) if you want to use this check pool supply stores and buy the cheapest. Keep this one dry, cool and dark. I used a old pill bottle to keep some ready to go because it came in a 1kg container and I only need 2-4g per serving + the bottle has a silica pack in the cap. From week 6 onwards I used Haifa Grow Clean for Details check week 6, I use this one as dry salts and add it directly to the tank, it does not interact in a bad way with the solution. For meassurements I use a generic 8in1 Meter "PH-W218" branded by many companies, as usual, check stores and buy the cheapest. (Check week 1 for an image of it) I got mine from Aliexpress for ~70€ it uses the Tuya app so you can always check your metrics and export them aswell. The PH and EC probe are accurate and are giving me stable results for almost 1 year now, I re calibrate the PH probe once in a while and it is tops 0.15 off after a month, always double check your results with PH drops/paper. Bluelab is... A LOT more expensive for less value. For the timelapses I use 2 Tappo C210 2k Cameras, these have the ability to make the stream available trough RTSP so that you can access it trough a link in a browser and that way I snap a Screenshot with a raspberry pi :) after that I just render it with blender to a timelapse. Hello my friends, ...June 24, 2022.. Day N°105... ...Flowering day N°49... My three Feminized Bubblegum are beautiful. The buds are awesome and smells very strong. I feed them with the Hybrid Powder and some Booster from Green House Feeding Nutrients, I also give them some CalGreen from Metrop, the best Cal-Mag of the market. Let’s Go day 29!! This week went real nice ! Girls are staying very healthy and building up nicely and even started showing signs of female sex which is super great ! We started doing a little bit of leaf tuck training method on em , nothing to big as like I said I want these girls just to do there thang an grow more on naturally side! My Air temp and Humidity have been on point all week, staying from 70-75 degrees throughout the day and humidity staying around 58-61% humidity , my girls are loving that summer an 75 feeling !! Can’t wait to see what we do this week ! Hopefully you all enjoy, and are ready for another great productive week ! Happy Holidays! Week 4 flower and not much to report. Didn’t do anything special, just water from drip, about 1 gallon over 24hrs. Drip turns on 4x during lights on. Light seems to be hitting everywhere fairly even. 2x TSW 2000’s are at about 75%, 18-20” from canopy. I might turn them up to 100% and see how they react for the final push and then turn them down again nearing the end. I will also top dress again soon for the last time. Fungus Gnats are around but I wouldn’t say it’s an infestation, just got to put in a few more traps and I think the “Grub Grenade” is taking care of the soil. There is a 2” layer of straw mulch to help keep them off the surface comfortably. Sour Diesel genetics from Blimburn are strong, thick branching, frosty, sweet & sour smell right NOW, nice internode spacing for light penetration required less defoliation. Thanks for the view!
