I started germination of 1 Gorilla Zkittlez bean on 29/12/2020. I pre moistened my rockwool cubes with ph balanced water to 6.4. Made sure the plug was just damp and not soaked. Using a small wooden dowel I increased the size of the plugs pre made hole. Than I sowed my bean into the hole. Ripped off a small piece of rockwool and mulched it up. Lightly filled the hole in with the mulched rockwool. Than stuck the plug into a misted humidity dome, to complete germination. Shouldn't take anymore than 4-5 days to see a sprout. Once I see some cotlydon leaves bursting to the surface. I will get the plug planted into some 1 gallon pots. Plus get this lady situated into her home. Cant wait! Some Background information on my experience with Gorilla Zkittlez. I've grown this variety out twice so far. Once in a 15 gallon container which became a super branchy beast. That yielded a large amount and filled up it's own 4x4 tent with a little training. The second and most recent time was in a 1 gallon SOG grow. She also flourished in a fast flip SOG grow banging off a fat head frosty main cola, with a few satellite buds. Very adaptive strain and seems to flourish in any environment and any size space. Looking forward too my 3rd adventure with Barneys farms masterpiece.

week 3 is a tough rn not gonna lie shes yellowing extremely fast and shes begging me for potassium. i was just giving her 2 tsps to 3 gallons of water. as of today (jan 8 2022) i gave her a feed of 1 and 1/4 bloom and 1/4 veg nutes to try to fight the yellowing. i honestly dont know if that was the right thing to do most threads i read just said to add some nitrogen but idk if dyna gros bloom and grow are meant to be mixed. especially this late in flower. either way its too late i already gave it to her i guess now all i can do is wait and see what happens. you can see how fast the yellowing is happening too.

Day 14-21 (May 14th - May 21st) (Day 14) Transplant went well. I’ll wait a few days for recovery then start to harden them off. They’ve been acclimated to the sun pretty well so far from the window but the cold night temps will be stressful. (Day 16) It’s going to be nice out tonight so I’m going to leave the girls outside. (Day 19) I’ve been leaving the plants out all day for the last 3 days and they’re looking great. Better than my tomatoes anyway. Stems look like they’re thickening up too. I’m going to start the autoflowers for this season. I’m soaking them in shot glasses this time. I’m sick of direct sowing and losing plants. I find the soak + paper towel method is by far the most efficient and quick too. I don’t think I’ve ever had a seed not germinate using that method. Direct sowing seems to kill about 1 in 8 of my seedlings. So I’m going to wait until the tap root is about an inch long and will bury them flat, a half inch deep directly into my raised beds/containers. I will keep them moist by hand once or twice a day until they’re looking established. (Day 20) Just had a big rain storm and I let them take it on the chin until it got worse. All seem fine and better for it. (Day 21) All auto flower seeds are just barely poking out. Tomorrow or the next day I’m going to sow all of the grapefruits and g33’s directly into the raised bed. I’m worried that the soil mix in the beds is too strong for such a young plant and I don’t want to risk killing all of them at once. Even promix alone can be hot for seedlings. Pests and cold weather are another two things to worry about outside too. The beds were amended with quarter strength feedings of 4-4-4 Gaia Green all purpose, 3-2-4 insect frass, 1-0-3 kelp meal, 3-0-3 alfalfa meal, glacial rock dust, rock dust blend and oyster shell flour. I mix the amendments into the compost and then mix the compost with the promix directly in the raised bed by hand. I’m just going to dig out a hole in the bed and fill it with pure promix so it doesn’t get any early nute burn. The dr seedsman and exodus cheese are being directly sowed into 3 gallon fabric pots with a pure promix divot in the middle. A friend of mine just gifted me some Thugpug genetics ‘Meatbreath’ bagseed from an amazing cut. This is definitely worth growing this summer so I’m gonna pop them and get them into solo cups ASAP.

Looking good Day 18, starting to flower

Microscopic week indeed since my microscope arrived. Dunno why I ordered something from the local store but that was definetly the last time. The thing came with a install cd. And that would not be so bad besides the fact that I had to manually configure the files to work on win10. O yeah it does not run on my mac since it doesnt have a cd reader. Old pc is pretty old so it just freezees from time to time and I have to restart it about 2-3 times for every photo session 🤪 Anyway the thing does the job. Photos came out pretty decent. Also cut on half the watering amount. And still havent PHed it. So far it works and plants seem to enjoy it. Now every 2 days is a photoshoot to not miss the perfect spot. With the first time its pretty hard though.

Flowers are starting. It looks like I got about 5 or six bud sites. My first serious attempt LST has worked this plant is slaaaanty. Started boom nutrients this week too. Hoping for some fat buds.

7/9/29 día 1 de floración Esto arranca amigos, por desgracia lo hace con unas temperaturas altísimas, con maximas de incluso 32 grados debido a la ola de calor que estamos sufriendo. Ya hemos montado el sistema de riego y lo hemos preogramado para regar durante 1min cada 4h durante el día. La solución la hemos preparado con los productos Cyco arriba descritos, con una ec de 1 y un ph de 6,1. Por otro lado nuestro jardín. Esta iluminado por 4 barras led 100w de solux, y un lec solux de 630w aunque por el momento está a 315w debido a las altas temperaturas. Para empezar la floración lo hacemos con una defoliación y una poda de ramas bajas. Estaremos atentos a cambios en las pequeñas para intentar mantener en cada momento la alimentación adecuada, sin carencia y sin excesos. No te lo pierdas!! 9/9/20 día 3 de floración Buenas, nuestras pequeñas se aclimatan bien a la nueva alimentación y a su nuevo medio. Aumentamos la ec del tanke a 1,1ec y seguimos manteniendo el ph a 6,1. Por otro lado las temperaturas parece que disminuyen por lo que pasamos el lec de 315w a 415w, manteniendo así unas temperaturas diurnas de entre 26 y 27 grados. Esperemos que continúen descendiendo hasta poder mantener las temperaturas a 23 grados durante todo el día. La humedad ronda el 40% y estaremos atentos para que no suba de ahí. Buenos humos!! 11/9/20 día 5 de floración Nuestro cultivo avanza sin demasiados cambios, durante estos días se aprecia que las nenas aumentan su altura más rápidamente y los brotes se multiplican.seguiremos atentos para que todo siga su curso. @FAST_BUDS, Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. VERY BIG VARIATION BETWEEN BEANS. ONE IS SUPER AHEAD THE OTHER IS SUPER BEHIND. BUT ATLEAST ALL 5 SPROUTED. THATS NOT BAD. I MIGHT JUST HAVE TO LST. SO FAR JUST BEEN SPRAYING WATER DAILY AT SUNRISE. NOTHING ELSE. IM A SOIL GROWER. THESE ARE ALL REUSED SOIL. ADDED DRY AMENDMENTS AND HOME-MADE WORM CASTINGS AND EGG SHELLS. 3-4 GAL POTS. NOTHING HUGE. BUT I KNOW THEY NEED MORE SUN. THATS FOR SURE. Looks like i'm the first one to grow this strain so i'm very honored. she will be my second CBD auto and i'm really excited about this one - Bought the full line of biobizz nutrients again! The Advanced Nutrients was just not working for me. she will be the first to get the full biobizz line! -she was transplanted into her 10 liter pot on day 4. i made a little video of my transpanting technique, check it out! - added the calmag powder from big plant sience and there root exploision powder that i won with the grow diaries prize. so the setup will be: – 120x120x200cm garden hypro tent – 1x Grow Northern Telos 0008 Led 240w – 1 x Phresh Hyper Fan Silent 150mm with controler – 1x Bull filter 150mm – 4x garden hypro clip fans ( silent as hell) – 1x 10 liter Air-Pot – Biobizz Light mix soil – biobizz: root juice, bio grow, bio bloom, acti-vera, bio heaven, alga mic, topmax

This was fun from beginning to end. I learned a lot and ended up with all Grade A buds that were nice and frosty. I think I'll be mainlining from here on out - the quality of the buds is just too good, even if it means sacrificing some yield with an autoflowering strain. I did switch to BuildASoil nutrients in flower which is basically coconut water + 2-10-5. This was one of 6 plants in my 4x4, so I'm pretty happy with the 81 gram yield, especially with it being my first time mainlining.

Site is broken, can barely upload anything and it's sad because I'm really proud, of what we've achived here and i tought this may be the place to sahre it but it seems this palce is more for self promotions for brands and so on. regardless, with all the effort that it took to select pictures heres some of a PARTIAL harvest, i did not harvest the whole plant as the cannopy did not allow lower bud sites to have light and i mean, theres at least 700 grams more waiting from those 2 plants (and thatsd a low ball estimate), currently "only" harvested 672 grams from the top colas, and not all of them were chopped, left some of the auxiliary bud sites that the MASSIVE colas had, im honestly shoked at one of them that weighted on its own 145.4 grams, and still had 4 auxiliary bud sites that i decided to leave for them to rippen, alltogether pretty sure this cola wouldve been 250 g's with all the other bud sites that it developed. yesterday i decided to chop based on the fact that i felt nugs were moist and was afraid of them developing botrytis. none did and while im suspisicious on some of the nugs no definite answer as of right no nug shows it, but they were moist and better be safe than sorry, still would've given them another week if it was possible, but also i need GMO to rippen, so thats why i decided to do a stage chop, in one week will be chopping everything or maybe more, perhaps 2 weeks more, who knows now. one thing I know is that my house smells DANK, that it was 700 g's a partial harvest and that I still have more than half to chop and harvest, this will be plenty, im really happy with how they're turning out, ocne they dry I'll write here how they smoke and add some nug photos. THERES STILL WORK TO DO, THIS IS NOT OVER YET. and I'm all for it :)

Mandarin XL auto just had a solution change today. She looks like she is starting to bulk. She was looking kinda pail and discolored. She was due for a solution change. So hopefully she takes to it well and puts on a lot of weight. Everything has been going well, and nothing more to report.
