Hello growers, Welcome back for vegetative week 14 of the Pineapple Upside Down from Humboldt. This week was clearly a difficult one. The plant is still growing, but something was off. The overall development slowed down, and the lack of vigor became more noticeable compared to previous weeks. After checking all the usual parameters, the issue finally became clear. The reservoir pH was perfectly stable, sitting in the correct range around 5.7–5.9. However, the real problem was happening in the tray. The nutrient solution was sitting there for too long, and the pH was drifting significantly, reaching around 6.8. This caused the coco substrate to buffer at the wrong pH level, leading to a partial nutrient lockout. Since the plant wasn’t drinking enough, the solution had time to degrade and shift, which is one of the limitations of the Autopot system when the plant is not actively feeding. To correct the situation, I decided to fully reset the system. A complete flush was performed using FlashClean from Terra Aquatica, with a very low EC and a pH adjusted to around 5.5. The goal was to clean the substrate and remove any accumulated imbalance. After the flush, the system was left to drain and stabilize over the weekend. I then restarted feeding manually with a much more controlled approach. Instead of letting the tray stay filled, I used small amounts of nutrient solution at pH 5.7 and EC 1.7, allowing the coco to absorb it before removing any remaining liquid to avoid stagnation. The objective is to progressively bring the substrate back into the correct pH range and restore proper nutrient uptake. This method will be maintained throughout the week to observe how the plant reacts. If the plant shows a strong recovery and regains vigor, the Autopot system will be reactivated. Otherwise, manual control will remain in place. I also performed a light defoliation and cleanup, removing lower growth and excess foliage to improve airflow and light penetration. At this stage, the situation is under control, but the outcome will depend on how the plant responds over the next few days. The next update will be important to confirm whether this recovery strategy was effective. Alright growers, take care and see you next week.

Apparte questo questa blue dream sta crescendo davvero molto imforma e vigorosamente! Ha già sfumature bluastre ed un odore speziato molto particolare! Ho tolto un po di rami inferiori che non prendevano abbastanza luce, ed ho provato a fare qualche clone, se questa ragazza si rileva come sembra un ottima genetica potente, in questo modo avrò delle sorelle identiche in forza e vigore che mi daranno un erba eccezionale nei prossimi cicli? Speriamo che attecchiscano! Per il resto tutto ok, sto seguendo la scheda di Terra Aquatica e si stanno rivelando degli ottimi nutrienti! S come potete vedere dalle foto è in corso una massiccia infestazione di tripidi, e nonostante le molteplici trappole che ho messo dappertutto, non riesco a liberarmene, anzi stanno sempre riproducendo di più e sinceramente sono un po' preoccupato, spero che il raccolto non ne risenta troppo.. Ho pensato di mettere qualche coccinella come predatore naturale ma per ora non è il periodo e ne ho trovata solo una che nn risolve di certo la situazione.. Reaching peak flower now so added PK into the mix for extra Potassium and Phosphorous over the next 10 days or so. Never had plants soak up this much nutrients without any burn (touch wood) so I'm really impressed with the Vitalink range. Theis plant is at the front right of the tent, and to the left of the screen in the timelapse. Defoliated for the last time at the beginning of this week.

Day 89!!!! I came back from vacation and started harvesting right away, so the girl grew really big, but I gave her too little light, and at the end of the growth I didn't remove the leaves :( because I was busy on vacation :( but basically I'm still incredibly happy, her flowers are not very firm, they have a lot of "AIR", but a lot of shiny sticky trichomes, the girl grew really well throughout her growth, next time I will definitely use LST, this growth was with very little LST, there will be an update when the harvest dries up :) good luck to everyone:).

Die Lemon Cherry Cookies entwickelt sich weiterhin sehr gut unter freiem Himmel. Die letzten sonnigen Tage haben für ordentlich Wachstum gesorgt und die Pflanzen zeigen eine gesunde grüne Farbe sowie kräftiges neues Wachstum. Besonders erfreulich ist die gute Vitalität aller drei Exemplare, obwohl sich bereits leichte Unterschiede im Wuchsbild zeigen. Während eine Pflanze etwas kompakter und buschiger wächst, zeigen die anderen beiden einen stärkeren Stretch. Das ist bei Autoflower-Genetik völlig normal und verleiht jeder Pflanze ihren eigenen Charakter. Die Stämme sind aktuell noch etwas schlank, werden aber mit zunehmendem Alter und etwas Wind deutlich an Stabilität gewinnen. Die kommende Woche dürfte entscheidend werden, da nun die Phase beginnt, in der sich die Seitentriebe stärker entwickeln und die Pflanzen langsam ihre spätere Struktur aufbauen. The recent sunny weather has encouraged strong growth, and all three plants are showing healthy green color and vigorous new development. It's great to see such strong vitality across all three individuals. Some phenotypic variation is already becoming visible. One plant is growing more compact and bushy, while the other two show a bit more stretch. This is completely normal with autoflower genetics and gives each plant its own unique character. The stems are still relatively slender at this stage but should strengthen significantly over the coming weeks thanks to outdoor conditions and natural airflow. The next week will be particularly exciting as side branching begins to accelerate and the plants start forming their overall structure. Well another week is upon us and so far I've still just been giving her pH water .. the mother earth performance soil has been working well she hasn't been growing as fast as the plant next to her but that's because that other plant is an auto and has already stretched.. as I stated last week I will be repotting this girl soon and putting her in the tent where my Lamb's bread is and she's going to have a very own home to rock out.. I didn't top this plant this time because I wanted to see her as she it naturally is.. next run of this train I will be topping.. I have a feeling I'm going to have to go back to my maxi Bloom and Cal mag silica mix because the performance soil isn't going to last especially for flower.. I want again thank seedsman for the opportunity to grow this 1 to 1 .. I also want to mention this is the strongest one to one that I have seen with the THC content of 21% and CBD 18% of course those are optimal conditions but those are the numbers we're shooting for.. sorry the pictures aren't the greatest they will be better here soon when I get a better camera.. definitely more from seedsman on the way.. everybody stay safe and happy growing ✌️

Eternity Grow Cup - Week 9 Veg Update We are stepping into Week 9 of vegetation, and things are getting exciting! The plants are thriving—compact, bushy, and growing beautifully. This week, we introduced a SCROG (Screen of Green) net, an essential tool for maximizing yield and optimizing plant structure. Let’s dive deep into the why and how of scrogging: Why Install a SCROG Net Now? Maximizes Light Exposure: The net allows even light distribution across all branches, ensuring every bud site gets the optimal amount of light. Controls Plant Height: By guiding the branches through the net, we keep the canopy even and prevent excessive vertical growth. Enhances Airflow & Reduces Mold Risks: Spreading the plant out increases air circulation, reducing humidity pockets and minimizing risks of mold and pests. Increases Yield: More bud sites exposed to light mean higher-quality flowers and greater overall production. For now, we’re still not using the under-canopy lights, though they will come into play soon. The ICL 300 is positioned strategically, and we will likely move them around as needed later. For now, the focus is on structuring the plants and ensuring they fill out the available space properly. Optimizing Airflow - The Vortex Effect Air circulation is crucial for plant health, and this week, we’ve optimized airflow by positioning the fans to create a vortex effect: Fan Positioning: Each fan is placed at the tent corners, pointing in different directions, ensuring dynamic airflow instead of direct wind hitting the plants. Benefits of a Vortex System: Reduces hot spots and evenly distributes CO₂. Strengthens stems by creating a natural resistance. Prevents stagnant air, reducing mold and pest risks. The extraction system is powered by an AeroFan, connected to the AeroFan Smart Remote FRC1, currently running at 60% speed. This setup efficiently manages humidity and temperature while maintaining optimal air exchange. Current Environmental Conditions & Feeding For now, we’re maintaining the same water schedule and nutrient regimen. The environmental conditions remain stable: Temperature: Holding steady at ideal growth levels. Relative Humidity: Balanced to encourage healthy transpiration. PPFD (Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density): Kept at optimal levels to support vigorous vegetative growth. CO₂ Levels: Elevated but within safe limits, promoting faster growth. The plants are filling the space beautifully, but we know that the flip to flower is approaching soon! The next phase will depend on how fast they continue to spread, and adjustments will be made accordingly. Closing Thoughts & What’s Next? My friends raved about this strain. Great taste great high and density was fantastic! Overall five stars and I only did one plant because I only had one seed and I may grow this one again. I always LST my plants and I got almost 7 ounces off of this one with only about six weeks of veg.
