All of the girls are growing nicely, except for one of the fast buds mystery autos Apple strudel #1 Training up to be very easy. Most of the branches are long enough for me to stretch out and take up more surface area of its pot. Apple strudel#2 About a week and a half ago he got the bottom part ate up By ants or some other bug. So I topped this plant as to make more tops And hopefully bring back the nodes that I lost Sweet skunk a little bit smaller than the rest, but it is also younger though I am kind of going for a bonsai style with this plant. I don’t believe it’s gonna be super large but hopefully I can make it look cool. It does have some decent branch areas where they are stretching Mystery auto #1 plant is growing up with a beautiful structure for the most part I have grown naturally without much interference. Occasionally I hold down the top with a garden staple to let the lower branches get some light and to give the plant some healthy LST, once the branches get longer will hopefully be able to stretch it out even more!!

Not so much to say about this week. The condition of the plants stayed the same. Buds are starting to fatten up and smell is very noticable. This week made a few oopsies . I gave un-ph’d water to one of the plants “moving to fast” . Started defoliation during this week to attempt to redirect plant energy into establishing a full canopy since flowering has initiated. Whilst defoliating I broke a branch that had to be taped to save it. Humidity went out of whack when I stored 4 prepped 5 gal pots for transplant in the tent sooo I’ve got to buy a dehumidifier bc at one point all my plants fell out in a fit . STILL haven’t filled these pots out, & I’m kinda sure/unsure it’s time to re-amend the soil for flowering. I’m conflicting on waiting until beginning/middle of week 7 so I can flush week 11 & 12 . I think that covers it pretty well Week 5 in the 📚 📕 📖.

Day 12 Starting to show preflowers. Seems a bit late. I will take clones today from top 3 plants 81f/76%. 1100ppm. 1000co2 37-53kluxx 4 very sickly and ugly plants Plant stems are all pretty stiff by now. Looks like i could have fit 2 more plants Day 14 Plants are doing well with height control. I did a second Topping of the main 4 branches for each plant the week before flower flip. Most plants are 22-25inches tall 3 of my White Weddings are looking very weird. Not a clue as to what is wrong. Flowers are developing well on each plant No more LST from here in out. I will let them grow how they are(minimal stress) Started Defoliating

6/18/22 Today starts week 5, and the beginning of the mid-bloom nutrients, step 3. Jackie has had a little explosion in growth the last few days, and is now standing 16 inches tall. She is currently positioned 14 inches below the light at 100% power. She took half a gallon of water mixed with the following nutrients: CALiMAGic - 2 ml FloraMicro - 4.7 ml FloraGro - 3.8 ml FloraBloom - 8.5 ml Floralicious Plus - 2 ml Liquid KoolBloom - 2 ml The pH was 6.2, and was not adjusted. She had plenty of runoff with a pH of 6.0. The tent temperature was 86.9F, and humidity was 40%. Jackie is doing wonderful, and her small size is growing on me when all of her tent mates are giants! Happy growing everyone! 6/20/22 Jackie is doing awesome! She’s grown another 2 inches in just 2 days! She’s now 18 inches tall. I made a video log today, and I believe that I mistakenly said she is 19 inches, but I was incorrect. She’s 18 inches tall. No biggie, but I do like to be precise. I defoliated her today, taking most of her larger leaves off to open more space for light to get to all her buds. This little auto is starting to grow on me with the ease of growing that she provides. She’s small, but still looks like she’s going to produce a decent amount of bud. I’m still using the same level of nutrients as the previous note, so I’m not going to repeat them here. The initial pH was 6.2, and was not adjusted. Runoff was sufficient, and the pH was 6.1. The tent temperature was 84.2F, and the humidity was 52%. Things are going well in my grow room, and I hope the same for all of you. Happy growing everyone! 6/23/22 Despite my not giving her any attention for 2 days, Jackie is continuing to grow and develop her buds into pure goodness. At least I hope it’s pure goodness! She’s a new cultivar for me, and I’m looking forward to getting acquainted with her soon. Jackie has grown another 1.5 inches in the last 3 days, and is now 19.5 inches tall. She received half a gallon of water mixed with the following nutrients: CALiMAGic - 2 ml FloraMicro - 4.7 ml FloraGro - 3.8 ml FloraBloom - 8.5 ml Floralicious Plus - 2 ml Liquid KoolBloom - 2 ml The pH was 6.3, and not adjusted. Strain: Chocolate Haze (Royal Queen Seeds) Medium: Coco bricks (Action budget bricks – hell yeah 💰) Light cycle: 12/12 from seed Grow Style: No training, no stress – just flow Grow Medium Prep: 500L of coco – never again in one go 😅 The Kickoff 🚀 This run started off wild and direct – no veg time, straight into 12/12 with Chocolate Haze. I wanted a quick turnaround and thought, hey, why wait? I germinated 14 seeds, hoping for at least 9 strong ladies. Ended up with 11 survivors – not bad! First few weeks were a bit chaotic: stretching due to low light (I tucked the seedlings under mature plants, which I do not recommend 😆), and the coco prep took way longer than expected. But hey, that's the game. Early Veg/Bloom — Lessons Learned pH: Started a bit high; some light green leaves at first EC: Too low at 1.3 — they weren't having it. Upped to 1.7 and then to 2.1 later Environment: New extractor dropped temps way down (25°C vs my usual 30°C). Thought it would help, but growth felt slower Coco quirks: They looked overwatered at times, but coco is tricky like that. Eventually, roots hit the bottom and they took off Around mid-March (3 weeks in), pistils showed up – officially the start of flower. I topped them once just before full bloom kicked in. Always a strange move, cutting healthy plants... but they bounced back beautifully. Nice and bushy now. Week 2–5 Flowering 🌸 These ladies are small but mighty. Not tall, but full of energy. The canopy is tight and even (except for one shorty), and they've been stretching like crazy — classic sativa move. Had to raise the lights twice in two days. I’ll probably do some defoliation soon to slow things down a bit. Environment is now dialed in: Temp: 30°C with lights on RH: Holding nicely in that humid sweet spot CO₂: Set to 500ppm (passive mostly, no full-on enrichment) Feeding is now solid, color has recovered beautifully, and the buds are starting to form nice stacks. I’ve kept it low-stress — no nets, no heavy training, just letting them do their thing. Observations & Setup Tweaks 🔧 Ventilation: Running the fan at just 30% now. Tent takes 18 seconds to vacuum seal, which tells me airflow is minimal – less CO₂ loss. CO₂ System: Minimal usage at 500 ppm. I’m not going all-out with gas bottles; it’s just there as a buffer. Structure: These Chocolate Haze plants don’t get tall, but they do fill out nicely. Perfect for a space where height is limited. Auto side note: One of the autos in the same tent is way taller, but less dense. Makes me appreciate the Chocolate Haze structure even more. Current Status (April 17) 📆 We’re deep into flower now — week 5, and it shows. Buds are swelling and resin production is kicking in. Nothing major to report (which is kind of the point of this grow — set and forget). Just a slight dry issue with one auto, which I adjusted on the Blumats. Besides that? Happy plants, happy grower. 🌞 Check the latest pics — they speak for themselves. Final Thoughts (So Far) 💭 This Chocolate Haze grow has been chill, efficient, and surprisingly hands-off. The direct 12/12 schedule really works when you're going for a fast cycle with minimal hassle. And even though I’m usually more into hybrids, this sativa-dominant lady is winning me over — the structure, the vigor, the smell… mmm. Now we wait for the real magic — the last few weeks of flower.
