🌿 Grow Diary Update: Week 5 Check-In 🌿 Hey growers, Can you believe it's Week 5 already? Time's flying, and so is our girl – she's a beast now! I've been itching to defoliate more, but I've maxed out the amount of defol i can do and i have now stopped completely to avoid stressing her out too much :/ Overall, she's looking happy, but I noticed some leaves getting darker than I'd like, so I dialed down the nitrogen a bit... Remember my PPMS struggle? Well, good news – got them down to 1200ppm but could not get it any lower.. i could lower the ppm/ec of intake even more to hopefully drop it but in this stage of flower feeding lower than 800ppms is too low unless you need to flush to reset the medium so i am just gonna keep sticking to the 800ppm feed for now and measure run off each time hopefully i can get it around 900-1000, yes these high ppm/ec levels are fine for cannabis but mostly when your using co2 thats like 700ppm+ but at the end of the day SHE LOOKS GREAT! Honestly these weeks are boring. I’m gonna jinx myself but I’m not having issues, problems, anything. My plants are thriving they’re growing at extraordinary rates and they’re perfectly healthy. I’m no master grower but I’m really happy with where things are. My temps, humidity, light and nutrients all seem to be on point and in the best place I can have them. I’m about 2 weeks out from flipping I think. Probobly less. The scrog is about 70% full and I’m shooting for 85% ish. I have no complaints or problems to whine about. Basically I’m ready to manage the largest grows in Colorado. Lmfao. Me and my two plants have this shit nailed down. But in all reality things are going great. They’re anti climatic and I’ve got some healthy, happy plants. I’m proud of the grow.

Nuggets are starting to get frosty and ripe. If it was inside I'd keep flowering them for another 2-3 weeks but since it's outside and there is mold, so I'm probably harvesting after one week or 10 from day 71 max. Suprised how fast they progress. Really good smelling ganja. Theres hint of berries and fruit. Have to say I am really suprised by the potency of the smoke already. Such a joy to experience this.

So things are getting serious! The smell gets stronger and was amazing when I defoliated the plants. The G-13 is forming very nice buds, but the reason it is a bit later than the Strawberry Banana is I accidentally used Strawberry Banana auto, so as soon as the first pistils appeared and I realized what was going on I switched the light schedule to flowering to have it on a similar time. This is also the reason why I started flowering them so small. Looking forward for next week!

Week 3 for the gorilla cookies 🍪 from our favorite autoflower company, of course fastbuds 420! All looks quite good at the moment. This week we gave bloom, root, silica, calmag amino, sugar shot, sticky fingers and bloom booster all from xpert nutrients!

Added the first screen into the tent. Decided to kick Big Mumma out because she just wasn't growing any taller and the other plants were really over growing her. For the new setup I used kitty litter trays and mesh to sit the plants on - each plant gets its own tray so I can track runoff EC individually and I cut little flaps in the mesh so I can wet vac the runoff. With this setup I shouldn't need to move the plants out of the tent until harvest. For the scrog I just tied some builders rope around the poles of the tent and tied the trellis netting off with training wire. I've been manipulating the growth just to try and fill out the whole screen, I also gave them a good haircut because I plan on flipping them soon, don't want them to outgrow the tent.

This week the GMO cookies started to bounce back fast an hard from the leaf strip. At the start of the week all 3 girls got 1tsp of grow an bloom from roots organic dry amendments along with a feed of elemental at every watering at 1/4tsp per gallon of RO water. Add half 1/4tsp of dynomyco to the water also for some of that extra root support. Other then that slight adjustment on the tie downs an just letting the one on the right side just do her thing. Hello Growers & Tokers! This week was all about the roots! At the beginning of the week, on day 17 or so.. they all got transplanted into their final pots, 11L fabric pots. Medium used was Light Mix from BioBizz. Synergy from Grotek nutrients was blended in the medium to help out the roots. They were a bit droopy the first days but by the end of the week leaves perked back up and started getting that dark green color. I plan on leaving them be for a week then topping them.
