Drop these girls in a glass of water for 12 hours on the 10th. Oh, they broke out of the medium about five days ago. Been fighting the humidity ,staying in about 50-55. I would like to get it up to 65%. I got my hack of a 1 gallon trashcan with a fish tank heater connected to my humidity outlet. I pop two out of five seed. This run from gonna try to do less plants it and attempt to mainline. I’ve always wanted to do it, but never have. these girls are going to be in veg for a long time. I haven’t flipped my 4 x 4 tent yet. It’s gonna be at least a 12 week veg, so I’ll have plenty of time to main line. The medium, I’m using is happy frog with a little bit of bio live and Worm Castings
At the beginning of the week I knocked over # 2. She was still growing, but the stem was extremely weak. Today I decided I had to transplant her in a 1.5 gallon pot. And bury her stock. it’s been 10 hours and she still standing up. Both of them are on their fourth and fifth node I will probably start mainlining next week temperature and humidity are still hanging out at 76° and 50% humidity.
Over the weekend I Main lined the girls. It was my first time doing it and it was very nerve-racking to chop off 70% of my plant I attempted to clone the tops. We’ll see if they take I’ve been in the dorms for about four days now the humidity is getting pretty low since winter is coming so they’re not growing as fast as usual, rh is sitting at about 50%. But the girls seem to be doing good. I will do the next topping once they grow three more nodes each open the front.
The girls are off to a slow start. I just did the second topping a few days ago. They are recovering. The humidity is back to normal around 65% temps sitting around 77. They must be slow from the toppings because I have other clones in there that are just exploding with growth
The girls are growing extremely slow. I think I top them too early. I’m gonna give it another week before I top them again. Number two has a bad nitrogen toxicity
Week six is here and these girls are just growing slow. I thought I would enjoy this technique but it seems to set the plants back really far. I told the girls at the beginning of the week and they have eight tops. Now I’m gonna top one more time, and then let the girls grow from there until the flower is ready
Number two has a really bad nitrogen toxicity leaves their dark, green and shiny and there is not a lot of food in the medium. She’s an extremely light feeder.
We officially have 16 tops. It only took eight weeks number two is still showing a nitrogen toxicity and she’s been in the same pot for six weeks with no food I’m assuming she’s an extremely light feeder. Just waiting for the flower tent to open up so I can transplant and flip these girls. I have a feeling they are going to be stretcher.
I know it’s been a couple weeks I was waiting for my other tent to empty I got the girls into 7 gallon pots. I had some leftover bags of soil, but 70% of the soil is roots organic original. I added some BioLive about 1 cups. I added a half cup of crab meal and 4 tablespoons of the juice. On top I did a light layer of green power bloom just a couple teaspoons on each pot just a dusting and covered the top with build a flower top dress about 2 cups per container.
The girls have settled into there new homes and have started to take off. I threw down a trellis two days ago and decided to flip the girls tonight. This will be there last day of veg. I’ve decided I’m not going to lollipop the girls until stretch is over hoping it will slow the stretch down. I have a feeling these girls are going to stretch big time and kick the other two plant out of the tent lol.
We had a ruff start on getting into flower. I could not get the mars hydro app to work. I really didn’t want to use a regular timer and just wanted to do it through that app. But after we 4 days of fighting it. I just used the regular timer.
Both lilac desils are in the back with the scrog net. #1 is really starting to stretch.#2 not so much
For the top dress I did 1/2 cup of dry amendments. 1/4 cup craft blend and a 1/4 cup Gaia green bloom and cover with build a flower. 4 days into flower the tops of the plants where extremely light in color so I added a heavy feed of surge from roots or
I just hunk down m going to uitilize a double scrog net this run
About A WEEK AGO I gave the girls there final top dress I did 1/4 cup per plant I used craft blend and Gaia bloom a 50/50 mix and then covered in build a flower top dress then watered in with recharge and build a flower. The girls are starting to put off a really nice flora scent. I was hoping for the gas but it’s not looking like it
#1 is doing fantastic. A really flora sent is comming off of her almost like a beach incense vibe. She’s stacking really nice and hella frosty. #2 has a similar sent but I have given up on her. She is extremely calcium deficient and is not stack as much. She been kinda of shitty since the start.
I don’t know why my diaries aren’t going through but we’re at like day 55 and Fino number one is looking spectacular. There’s absolutely no gas on either of these girls, but they have a very unique floral beach scent going on. I’m very sad on how number two came out, I think the runoff must’ve gotten into the bases and kind of fucked with her but she’ll get used for some fresh frozen. Probably gonna let these girls go another week or so and then I’ll try. B
Out of the two plants, I only harvested one of them. I dried and cured the gassy Fino. It is curing right now. I’ll do a report a little later as far as the girl in the back right she she just sucked. Extremely large fee and just didn’t grow good, so I’m going to turn her into bubble hash chopped her down in frozen. The gassy Fino on the other hand did yield very well. I got 7 ounces off of her of all solid buds and there was probably about 2 ounces of large fat, I just threw in the trim bin
