Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Hello friends, hello growers! We're in the final stretch now. Just one more week, and this journey will come to an end. This lady has had a tough road, but she endured it all. She survived and rewarded us with a harvest of beautifully aromatic flowers. While she was growing in the tent, everything was perfect—stable climate, proper watering, and great care. But once we moved her outdoors, the real challenges began: cold weather, rain, and later ants, aphids, and caterpillars. We didn't use any pesticides because she was already in the middle of the flowering stage, and we didn't want to spray the buds. We also didn't use any nutrients during this outdoor run. This time, she was growing in rich, humus-filled soil, and I think it provided everything she needed. Now all that's left is to wait a little longer and enjoy the final result. 🌱💚

🗓️ Week 9 – Flower Week 5 ✅ This week was all about runoff EC values. Cherry MAC Muffin is still looking healthy, but a bit of salt buildup is showing up in the runoff. 💧 Latest watering: ➤ Input EC: ~1.3–1.4 ➤ Runoff: 1.76 → 1.67 EC 📌 Adjustment: ➤ Dialing back the base feed slightly to 1.2–1.3 EC ➤ Supplements at 20–30 % of the AN schedule ➤ Target: slowly bring runoff down to ~1.6 No real issues yet – just a bit of fine-tuning to keep her happy and balanced. The frost is definitely coming in stronger now ❄️🌸

Day 69: As you can see, lucky the buds gone bigger but because of these intense feeding to fix the grow, they start to get nutrient burns. So for the new week i might only give water until the end with maybe some Regulator, enzymen, humic-blast... They also don't drink fast anymore. Another indicator that they having a hard time taking all the nutrients and that they are at their end of their stage. Some smaller plants, that finished growing and flowering faster, are already done and will get cut down in the comming days. These plants are some Gorilla's and some are cherry cola's. As you see, some have been foxtailing because i had to raise the lamps everytime. I personally don't like fox tail buds but i know some people that love them, pure flower to smoke. I really liked to make those photos in the dark, It shows many flowers and thc.

Well, this was a interesting first journey.... the buds finished drying today, 5 days drying, added pics and vids. Just curing to go.... ah nice buds :) Edit: i forgot to mention i went over the buds when i harvested them, and checked / removed any impurities, like gnats caught in the sticky bud.... picked em clean with tweezers... 👍 Edit: needed to air/dry out the buds abit more, and get some Boveda Humidipak for curing.... it's looking good... i'll update with some pics of trimmed, cured buds 😎 The buds turned out beautiful, pungent, pine, berry, citrusy, daytime, medical..... this has theoretical 1:1 - 21% THC, 19% CBD, so it's not going to give u a knockout high.... its medical grade 1:1 ....... side effects - happy, relaxed. haha :) I weighed it dry and came up with about 123.32g (4.35oz) ... i used abit of guesswork in the weight, not to concerned with weight, as to quality.... (that weight is with the test buds added in, +-15g.) .... you can guess the weight from the pics and vids, haha I really enjoyed growing this.... i found the website by looking up the seeds, decided to start a grow diary, it's my first grow, i made alot of mistakes and growdiaries really helped alot, joined a chat group with some other really good growers. Edit - Day 111 - added vid/pic, Been curing for a week, burp and roll em abit twice a day....... smell and taste nicer each day, 👍 Edit - Day 112 - added good vid of trimmed up test bud, beautiful ...... It's week 10 of flowering, and Lemon Cherry Gelato is slowly starting to broaden out a bit. However, she'll still need some time—about 2-3 weeks, I estimate. From now on, she'll only be given tap water with a pH level of 6.5. The leaves are slowly turning purple. 🍋🍒🍦

Muy contento en esta tercera semana de flora, se le hizo la ultima limpieza de bajos y un poco de defoliación. Ya se pueden apreciar perfectamente las preflores y sus distintas coloraciones, ya que al ser de semilla aunque todas sean la misma variedad cada planta muestra sus fenotipos dominantes.

Hab sie jetzt umgetopft und ein paar Tage vorher schon die zwei unteren Triebe entfernt. Jetzt bleiben mir nur noch etwa 30 cm bis zur Lampe, also muss ich bald wieder anfangen, sie runterzubinden. Nächste Woche wird dann auch nochmal getoppt. Erstmal lass ich sie aber in Ruhe, damit sie sich an den neuen Topf gewöhnen kann. Und natürlich hab ich letzte Nacht das Fenster offen gelassen… jetzt ist sie ein bisschen angepisst. 😅 Aber ich denke, sie fängt sich schon wieder.
