We got the grow tent setup this week. Pretty impressed with the quality. At this point the 2nd plant had died and it was down to just the 2.I was out and about at Canadian tire and decided to check there plant foods. I found some future harvest easy grow +. I decided to buy it so I had some food before I managed to get out to a local store I was recommended to. I gave them the aggressive feeding of 1tbsp per gallon. I gave about 3L between the 2 plants. The next couple of days were amazing. They had grown more in 2-3 days then they had there entire life! I had the dimmer at 50% and figured that was fine for now. It was about 18 inches away. At this point I started realizing I was having a bit of humidity problems so I ordered a humidifier and that’s another week away. I got the humidity up to 45 after that picture and it has been between 43-45 since.

Tart Pops is powering through week 4 of veg looking strong and vibrant! ✅ I gave her a clean FIM job this week to encourage some lateral growth and bushier structure. She's bounced back well and is showing no signs of stress — nice, tight internodes and solid color throughout. Started preventive IPM routine after spotting spider mites on the Blue Cheese in flower. Spraying Neudosan and Bioneem every few days as a protective measure — so far, Tart Pops is unaffected and looking mint 🍃. The soil’s holding moisture well with good drainage thanks to the perlite mix, and the airflow and spacing are keeping the lower growth healthy too. I was not expecting to harvest that much as she was a tiny and quite slow girl, but the final yeld was very good! It was exciting to grow and finally harvest this amazing strain :)

All the plants are looking great but 1.... grand daddy purp #2 has small nugs on on and I've noticed some discoloring in some of the leaves. Have to refill the tank tomorrow so when I do I'll give that plant and flush and see if it's locked. All the other plants and other grand daddy purp plants are looking amazing. The red dragon plant has especially surprised me with how it's not only bounced back, but also the color. Have hints of black, red and purple in the bud and the smell is just amazing. The girl's upper leaves look terrible :( I didn't manage to give her more potassium in time :( Well, the flowers bloomed really well, they are not small, and there is definitely a lot of sugar on them :) the smell is also amazing :) apart from the upper leaves, everything looks pretty good :) when I cut her, her image will change :) I think she has max 2 weeks left ;)

So we are in the middle of week 10 and I feel pretty comfortable feeding them now, pretty much the same until next week when I give more Top Max. I've seen much more explosive growth on other diaries but I have to say I'm pretty proud so far for my first attempt. Staring at those fresh furry little balls of life is surreal, getting to this point is great, but it's far from over. So I kept the same feeding this week, still adding the Great White with mycorrhizae (and like 40+ other microbes) once a week as it says per directions. The BioBizz products are easy to use and hold up well, so I'm feeling better about going with them even though I had some issues at the beginning (all my fault most likely). I can dial in the feeding mixture PPM now first try to where I want it, so far 700ppm of a gallon every 2 days has been working out. I feel like at the start I was over watering because people say water everyday in coco, well that seems to be for the coco bricks. I am using FoxFarm Bush Doctor Coco Loco (long ass title just for some coco coir) with additional perlite and it has a lot more holding capacity than just normal bricked coco coir. For checking on when it needs water I still use the method of digging into the topsoil an inch and weighing the pots by hand. Also I've noticed if they are pretty tired looking after lights on then I'll water. Like everyone said, consistent fertigation has been the hardest part as a beginner. First week I'm posting a video, the fan can't oscillate so I turn it to the right, left, and keep it center as well as raise and lower it so there is decent airflow. I wouldn't say it's optimal but it works for now. I've raised the lights about 3 inches just so the top colas don't get burnt, I've also found the sweet spot on the potentiometer (power knob) where I can get maximum power without raising the temperature above 77f, which it quickly goes above 80f if I exceed it. I've done minor defoliation before each feeding (so like every 2 or 3 days), mostly just clearing the leaves from above while keeping the important sugar leaves and some fan leaves, even though most the large fan leaves have long died/turned. If you watch the first video I've posted you'll notice an injury on her, unfortunately I didn' I feel like I've failed on the C99 X Blueberry Auto, in fact I took it out of the title. I definitely kept it in nutrient lock even after repeated flushings, it seems to have grown a little and even looks like it's accepted its new life as a stunted sideshow geek never thinking of being the in the spotlight under my grow tent. On the plus side, the two normal Desert Lemon photo's look great, even if one is starting to look leggy. They haven't shown their sexes but it looks like they soon will, because frankly I don't have enough room and would like the leggy one to be gone. The two other shortest plants looks nice and green, shortest being the Black Sugar photo that I did some minor LST with tent stakes - and the very beautiful Gelat.OG photo that is so symmetrical it makes me want to put her in the spotlight (aka position 1 which I give most room/light priority too). Main cola is getting dense and bigger, but all the other little ones are still pretty small, it will be interesting to see how this one finishes. Gave it a little more worm castings and 2-8-4 this week and will be the last feed it gets, from now on it just gets water ph between 6.2 and 6.8. Will continue some minor defoliation and will try to LST it just for airflow from now until harvest in a couple more weeks.

Day 8 Flower (Day 50) The first day of the second week of flower and the strech is real. The right girl is getting pretty damn big and keeps on drinking a lot. I gave her another 3 liters of pH 6.4 water today. On the other hand, the left girl drinks hardly anything, so I didn't need to water her. I also did some lollipopping today and got rid of a whole bunch of undergrowth. I saved some clones off the big girl but no clue what to do with them. We'll see what happens. Day 9 Flower (Day 51) Chill day today. All I did was to give each girl 3 liters of pH 6.5 water and snap a few pics. Day 10 Flower (Day 52) Today I finally got around to re-organize the small tent to move the light as high up as possible to give the canopy some additional space. I moved the exhaust fan to outside the tent, so it was out of the way for the light, and then put the circulation fan below the canopy, blowing upward. Finally, I adjusted the light so it was reading about 900 PPFD in the center of the canopy. The left girl didn't need any water today, but the right girl got 3 liters of pH 6.2 water. Day 11 Flower (Day 53) They're back! The fungus gnats are back in the tent, although I'm not surprised, and let me tell you why. When the light for my tomatoes and peppers broke down, I had to move them so that they get some daylight. It is still cold here (the coldest May around these parts ever, I think), so they have to stay inside even though they usually would have moved outside long ago. The best place to keep them in my apartment is by the window in the same room as my grow tents. The last time I had gnats, I only had enough nematodes to treat my girls, but I didn't do the rest of the apartment even though I should have. So currently, my peppers and tomatoes all have a ton of gnats. Put plants with gnats in the same room as your grow, and it is only a matter of time before the gnats find their way into the tents. So yeah, it wasn't a surprise at all when I noticed the gnats in my tents some days ago. I put up some yellow sticky traps to deal with the adults and ordered more nematodes, enough to treat my girls, plus all other plants in my entire apartment. Twice. The nematodes arrived today, and I mixed up 10 million of them into 6 liters of water and gave each girl half at pH 6.5. That was it for today. Day 12 Flower (Day 54) Exhausting day today. I opened the tents, took pics, closed the tents. Phew! I think I need to lay down for a bit. Day 13 Flower (Day 55) Late last night I decided to supercrop the right girl to slow her down and get the canopy to even out. We're almost at the end of the second week of flower so this is the last training I will do besides some defoliation later on. I think I cropped around 10 branches or so. Today, most of the branches were already standing up again and she was VERY thirsty so I gave her 4.5 liters of pH 6.4 water. The left girl on the other hand didn't need any water. Day 14 Flower (Day 56) The last day of the second week of flower and the right girl is in flower. Early yet so still small and no smell, but they are there. The left girl is in flower as well but isn't as far along, but that isn't unexpected considering the different lights. The left girl is 68 cm tall (18 cm increase in a week), and the right girl is 100 cm tall (23 cm increase in a week) but would have been even taller without super-cropping. I gave each girl three liters of pH 6.3 water and removed the tape from the right girl's broken branch. She looks fully healed, so I removed the supports as well, and she was looking great. However, thinking about it for a second, I put back one of the supports, just in case.
