- LST continues by stretching the plant outwards. - Both plants are progressing healthy. Kings Kush is cathing up. - Soft Defoliation continues. I am trying to remove fan leaves shadowing potential bud sides. But still leaving outskirt fan leaves. A big defoliation and lollipopping will be applied in 3rd week. - Light intensity is still at 90% which is still resilting with increased temp. - VPD still fluctuated this week between 1.0 and 1.7 kPa , averaging at 1,27 kPa. - Temperature is stabilized at 22 at night and 27 Celsius at day time, averaging at 25.2. A little lower than last week due to cold weather in Berlin. But the plan is to run the growth 1 more week with higher Temps around 27 Celcius. 2nd week of flowering, I will increase exhaustion fan speed which will hopefully decrease both temp and humidity. - Humidity is stabilized between 50-70%, averaging at 60.4%. This week, I have added a BonAura AirOne dehumidifier into my tent. It collects around 200 ml of water per day. - Increased the water Ph gradually to 6.6 now as Soil Ph is decreasing week on week under 6. I will keep measuring and I might increase water Ph further if necessary.

📆 Semana 4 - Permanent Jealousy XL Auto Después de un mes con mal tiempo (lluvia, nubes y poca luz), la planta ha tenido un desarrollo lento, pero se mantiene sana. Actualmente tiene 3 nudos bien formados. A pesar de las condiciones, no ha mostrado signos de estrés severo ni deficiencias. A partir de ahora, con la mejora del clima, espero que empiece a acelerar el crecimiento. Seguimos creciendo fuerte 💪!

The girls are doin pretty good this week. Finished off L.S.T. earlier in the week. Applied first re-amendment of nutes, not including the compost tea from last week. Turned the light almost all the way up. Hoping to flatten out the canopy with a trellis net. There doesn't seem to be deficiencies on the new growth, and they're going full steam ahead so I'm happy about that.

Week 7 started, plants are going well, biscotti mints 1 looks a bit behind of biscotti mints 2.. I flushed both plants, one in the beginning of the week 7 and number 2 after it dried out from last watering yesterday.. breeder says plants will be ready in 8-9 weeks so now only water and watch the trichomes to harvest in the best time 🙌🏼

- Day 63 of Flower Light reduction to 50% - Day 65 of Flower Last time Watering - Day 67 of Flower Lights out for 3 days - day 70 of Flower Harvest Trichomes are about 15% amber and 80% cloudy with 5% clear Temperatures for drying gonna be 19°C and RH around 55%. She is looking beautiful and her Smell is so intensive you cannot unsmell it. Its Loud! Has Some Fruity (Plum or Tangie like), Soapy and Floral Notes to it. Smokes like a champ and in adition also a purple washer!!

Day 35 Sprayed With .1 Bras Finally LSTd the 4 main stalks of each plant. They have rebounded from the toppings on day 34. This week is to prepare the plants for flower Aiming for a .95VPD Began brewing Tricantonol, liquid Karma, Calmag and Southern Ag Microbes for a Tea later this week The video shows the training structure. Day 37 Gave the tric brew to the plants. Plants responded well. Also did a final Lollipopping before flower Day 39 Watered with no Macro Nutes. Taking one quart of water every 2 days

This is the start of my second grow and also second Northern Light Auto from RQS, the goal is to hit #1 in g/plant for that Strain. I didn't take as many notes as in the last grow but there are timelapses, some photos and metrics from probes. Started with 3 Seeds and then picked the 2 strongest. The System is a NFT System but due to the size of the tube and root growths the solution with submerge the roots ~70% later on. To combat that I use 3 small 1.5w air pumps, these are super silent, if one dies I got 2 more running and to be honest air pumps used in DWC systems are often oversized and rely on Broscience. In my Salad/Herb NFT Systems I don't use any air pumps and the plants are just fine and grow great. This time I added sprinklers to humidify the air inside the tube, slightly moisturize the Rockwool and speed up root growths. Spoiler: Was a great success :) The ratios for the fertilizers are not accurate in the following weeks, I have a 120l Reservoir that is filled 90-110l I top it up once or twice a week to sustain PH and EC, if you want to copy it just go by the EC and use the B (Calcinit) and A (Kristalon Blue/Orange) 50/50. I mix the solution myself with dry salts that I bought in bulk 25kg bags. 4l Water(distilled/RO preferably, tap water is OK) + 1kg salts mixes just fine, keep the solution dark and cool and it will stay stable for months. Dry salts don't expire if kept cool and dry so only mix what you need and keep the rest stored as dry salts. 40ml A + 40ml B is about 2EC and 6PH with my tap water, very similar to Canna, Plagron etc. isn't it? just with the twist that I pay ~20% of the known brands. P2O5, K2O, MgO etc. are always the same as long as they are produced by a good manufacturer, Yara is a world leader in fertilizer production just not to be found in you general hydroponics or hardware store. Any other known manufacturer is fine as well, pick the cheapest. Check Hoocho on Youtube to see a guide on how to mix your own solutions, it ain't that difficult trust me. From week 5 onwards I also use Oxygen granulate (KMPS, CAS-70693-62-8, 2KHSO₅ * KHSO₄ * K₂SO₄) if you want to use this check pool supply stores and buy the cheapest. Keep this one dry, cool and dark. I used a old pill bottle to keep some ready to go because it came in a 1kg container and I only need 2-4g per serving + the bottle has a silica pack in the cap. From week 6 onwards I used Haifa Grow Clean for Details check week 6, I use this one as dry salts and add it directly to the tank, it does not interact in a bad way with the solution. For meassurements I use a generic 8in1 Meter "PH-W218" branded by many companies, as usual, check stores and buy the cheapest. (Check week 1 for an image of it) I got mine from Aliexpress for ~70€ it uses the Tuya app so you can always check your metrics and export them aswell. The PH and EC probe are accurate and are giving me stable results for almost 1 year now, I re calibrate the PH probe once in a while and it is tops 0.15 off after a month, always double check your results with PH drops/paper. Bluelab is... A LOT more expensive for less value. For the timelapses I use 2 Tappo C210 2k Cameras, these have the ability to make the stream available trough RTSP so that you can access it trough a link in a browser and that way I snap a Screenshot with a raspberry pi :) after that I just render it with blender to a timelapse. week 7 first flowering week when I finally discovered my princess was actually a prince. 12/12 flowermind ferts (6ml + 0.5g) LST + defoliation started seeing some thrips again, but just a few, nothing to worry so, the plant stayed for 4 weeks in the tent, under COB LED 200W.

Hey guys welcome to week 6 and day 33 🙌🏼 The girls are getting really big now and i‘m tucking the new groth every day. It‘s pretty dificult to get good light penetration through to the lower branches but I will try to wait until day 21 of flower to cut anything off. I don’t want to stress them. For now I tug the big fan leaves down and keep the humidity as low as i can. They do transpire alot. Well, thats it for the start :) nothing else to report..

Aug 24: biggest of the four plants this year, and seems to be doing fine. Don’t take flash pics of photoperiods unless you’re immediately using a 730 nm light to put them into dark mode. Aug 26: have been watering in the morning with warmed water and that seems to help. Small kettle takes a while to boil but 2 L in a 5 gallon pail will warm up pretty cold water left out overnight. Lazy compost tea again today. I’ve held off for a couple weeks on the tea thinking that I didn’t want to over do N, but now’s the time for a little tea tuneup. Aug 27: all four plants look happier the day after another lazy compost tea. The yellow on the new growth has been pretty persistent on the Gelato throughout this grow, but she’s notably greener today. Now down to 14 h daylight, and still using the 730 nm far red light every night at dusk. Aug 28: still growing taller. Aug 30: this plant is get quite big for her intentionally smallish 5 gallon pot which will hopefully encourage her to finish faster.

Week 4 update! 🌱 Week 3 is done, and the ladies are now three weeks into their flowering phase. So far, everything has gone really well. However, one bud and the plants in the front showed slight signs of potassium overfertilization, which likely caused a calcium uptake issue and led to minor necrosis. No worries, though – today I completely flushed the entire system and replaced it with a fresh solution. With this reset, everything should be back on track 💪💧. On top of that, I decided to bring out an old Cree& Osram LED lamp as a booster. This will provide the two smaller front plants with more light intensity so they can metabolize the higher nutrient levels more effectively 💡🌿. Everything is looking great so far! Eine Bud und die Pflanzen vorne zeigten jedoch leichte Anzeichen von Kalium-Überdüngung, was wahrscheinlich zu einer Kalzium-Aufnahmehemmung geführt und leichte Nekrosen verursacht hat. Kein Grund zur Sorge – heute habe ich das komplette System gründlich durchgespült und die Lösung durch eine frische ersetzt. Mit diesem Reset sollte jetzt wieder alles reibungslos laufen 💪💧. Außerdem habe ich beschlossen, eine alte Cree& Osram LED-Lampe als Booster herauszuholen. Damit bekommen die beiden kleineren Pflanzen vorne eine stärkere Lichtintensität, damit sie die höheren Nährstoffwerte besser verstoffwechseln können 💡🌿. Es sieht alles richtig gut aus! This time, the cold wind has arrived. Keep the temperature at 20 degrees at night and 28 degrees Celsius during the day, which is good when your plants start to flower.

The autopots did their thing at about .6g a day. I did battle multiple hot days in the garage. We’re running just under 1000ppm with no issues. I ran out of bloom and used some powdered kool bloom and it worked well. Thinking of switching to jacks RO but it’s working so good now I don’t want to switch. This weeks accomplishments: install two more autopots - for the gelatos. I put the gelatos in fabric autopots, one 5g xl and one 15g xxl. Scrogging the gelatos to flatten the canpoy Long term issues Cooling and VPD targets during heat waves Preventing pest and mold issues - my humidity crept up high when I was gone and I saw a few powder leaves which were promptly removed upon my return.
