She is ripe, danky, sticky, full of resin, solid, and I am pleasently suprised at the yield. This is not your ordinary Auto Afghan variety. She produces heavy buds and a lot of them. This is also the first auto I have grown using DWC in 12 weeks without manipulation - 18 hours straight from start to finish. I pushed her to the limit. Now she will hang in the closet at 50-55% RH and 70 degrees F, for about 7-10 days curing. Then she will trimmed and put into one quart glass mason jars, with 62% Boveda TurpShield and burped until 62% RH is maintained. The full potency potential and terp profile will be reached in about 30-45 days. 📆 19 July 2024 The Smoq Report: After 7 days of hanging, she was ready to cut. I trim and shape each individual bud, removing unwanted leaf and stem. It’s a process but worth it if you smoke bud. Her potency is evident. It will take the experienced smoker to a satisfying high and keep you there for a good hour or more before you want another hit. The smell and taste is of a typical Afghan. I was expecting a heavier yield, but in the end I guess we all hope for a little more! Day 36, 22nd of October 2020: Hi there! All cool she is going crazy.... After the 2 videos the first pictures before topping. I have topped her 6x.... 6 branches and the rest pictures shows her after... pretty nice little lady thirsty and growing rapidly. I tried to do more LST also to spread the branches. Everything ontomues the same way fertilization and all the things. Happy Growing.

Day 22 and 23: Going easy breezy so far!! I released some ladybugs in my tents on these Chocolate Mint OG's 21st day. So far so good lol. Last night when I watered I gave a little real growers recharge to help with the recent transplant (it definitely gave them a boost!) Its mid summer here in MI and 84+ temps 😬 keeping the house and tents cool has been a challenge to say the least. Thankfully all my plants are in Veg and seem to like the heat. Except the Choc Mint.they are showing mild heat stress on the top fan leaves(at least that's my guess) Tent temps have been around 86 down to 84 daytime. I lowered them so they are 24" from the lights 🤞 hopefully that helps. Other than that, no problems. And some generally happy plants! The recharge and soil combo burned them a very little bit as well. Day 25&26 Nothing too eventful. I watered #2 on day 25. With some real growers recharge. The stuff is awesome! No nutrients needed if you have good soil! Day 26: snip 2 fan leaves from #2(the topped one) she was getting a little bushy. And tucked the other fans under to promote some lower branch growth. #1 I'm letting roll totally natural unless I clean up lower canopy to prevent pests. Day 27: Plants are doing great! #1 is really getting tall and # 2 is staying short and squat because of the training. We are letting #1 go naturally. Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great weekend. This was a good week for the Purple Punch, she really started to stretch and grew 14 inches in the last 7 days. I did start transitioning her from veg to flower nutrients yesterday. She is now feeding on Silica, Cal Mag, and 50/50 veg and flower nutrients. She has 3 shoots coming off some nodes and only one coming off other nodes. This is the first genetically mutated cannabis plant that I have grown so we will see what happens. The Medic grow light is now running at 100% in F1 Flower mode and I am also integrating the UV/IR bar for approximately 90 minutes per day just before lights off. I will continue to transition her to flower nutrients over the week and by next week at this time all three ladies will be feeding from the same reservoir with Silica, Cal Mag, Maxi Bloom, and Liquid Kool Bloom which is a PK booster. I keep the PH in the reservoir between 5.5 and 6.5 and prefer fluctuations between this range as some nutrients uptake better at different PH's within this range. I will probably do one last light defoliation in the next couple of days and that will be about it other than keeping the reservoir full and in the correct PH range. The tomatoes outside are absolutely loving the runoff from these autos, as that is all they have had to drink since they were about 3 weeks old. These plants have been running in a veg area for exactly 1 month. There are 9 plants and each plant has tops selected for a total of 27 tops. Once plants were moved into flower location they were trimmed back to the shortest top. Then all bud sites bellow the 2 from top are removed. Plants will begin to exponentially grow. Ill remove bud sites as the plants grow, Removing any lower branches that begin to stray from the main stem by more than 2"

Moved the plants to their final home in my 4 site RDWC system. This system has much more advanced equipment and the plants perked up before the end of the first day in their new system. Even after I had to detangle the roots to get them out of their last site. I have started the lighting at about 50% of the max and plan to bring it up slowly. I also added 10 gallons (about 35% of the total system volume including the res) of of bloom nutrient solution to some of what they were already drinking in veg to ease them into it. I am officially flipping them three days after transplant but we will call this flowering week one.
