~ Day 71 Update ~ Hello everyone! Hola! I’m Meus and this is my 10th weekly update for “First Mainline Attempt!”. I’d like to welcome new & veteran growers, Thanks for taking the time to stop by :) ~ Progress ~ You know, I’m astounded by the level of growth in this past week, my mind is blown! 5" of growth compared to the avg of 1" for the past few weeks (9,8,7, etc), just wow 😱. The smell is pungent, dank, and slightly sweet. I can only dream of what these girls will skunk out, soon, very soon... I’d like to flower now but I have a few small issues. First: I wanted to stop at 8 toppings but I need clones of the others so everyone gets topped to keep an even canopy. Of course I’m not taking 8 clones each 😏, just 2-3 of each strain (5 strains, 6 plants; 2 phenotypes) to put in my 2nd tent till these girls (mainlined beasts) are harvested. This is ambitious though I’m optimistic that this will work out 🙏 Second: Related to the first issue I’m going to need a trellis net to support these girls with their 16 tops. Thing is, all my plant have varying flowering schedules (55 to 70+ days). I’ll need to make a net set up that I can cut out each plant individually as they’re ready to harvest. Third: MOLD! Though it’s not a lot I do have a bit of mold developing at the bottom of the fabric pots (which are known to mold). I’m going to switch to Superoots Air-Pot so I can avoid the mold. They’re $10+ a pop so I might have to wait till my next grow to afford the amount I need to make a full switch. Depending on how things go I’ll start flowering at week 13. Now concerning the mold I found a few ways to deal with my problem without harming or altering taste of these young ladies. This will be a tough 11 - 14 weeks, I’ll keep ya updated fam! ~ Individual progress notes ~ (will post full information soon, update delayed for personal reasons) [Purple Urkle #1] Height: 14" Tops: 8 Notes: 14 inches... That's quite a climb :) Though she's stretchy like her sister I'm excited, can't wait to see the development in the next few weeks of veg 😊 [Purple Urkle #2] Height: 13.2" Tops: 8 Notes: I'm surprised at the uniformity of these two sisters, I'm going to veg a bit longer and get me some clones just in case ;) [CBD Blueberry] Height: 9.8" Tops: 8 Notes: I thought this girl was a goner, definitely didn't respond to the mainline well like the others, wonder why? 😶 Still I'm impressed that my smallest plant is filling in, though she looks weird I still love her and her minions <3 [White Widow] Height: 11.2 Tops: 8 Notes: Well... This was one of my smallest girls, she's by far the bushiest and most filled in. For an example look at her root mass, one word, insane! Roots are spreading everywhere, so aggressive and the trunk is huge, perfect for transporting all those nutes. Tanya here recovered from a split too, awesome :) [Mazar] Height: 13.8 Tops: 8 Notes: Taller but just as dense as the white widow, the Mazar has potential! A beautiful, healthy canopy, one of my best girls. It's a good feeling knowing that my hard work is paying off 😭 I'm afraid of topping this one because she is so dense that 16 tops will be off the hook, better make a plan soon 🙏 [Super Silver Haze] Height: 11.2 Tops: 8 Notes: I’m starting to get impatient, I love this strain! Well, most strains developed by Arjan are great <3 I will need to feed soon with diluted nutes, she looks hungry a bit. Other than that she’s a healthy young lady that’s ready to flower :) ~ Final Thoughts ~ Where to start... I’m excited! Getting my clones are my top priority right now, then I'll focus on canopy support. I’ve come a long way from my first grow, even though I failed I learned a lot. So excited into week 8 doing log day early starting flush now and Buds getting quite frosty I plan to harvest at day 65 as I'm going away so hopefully will be nice its smells wicked blueberry skunk is my take on it very resistant I think as I'm a noob and looks so good I put it down to my late Brother looking over me and the girls I hope for more bud Mass but whatever it is I'm good thanks for reading🌿

21 den květu proběhla defoliace. Dělal sem ji hned po rozsvícení. Někde sem se dočetl ze se ma dělat hned z rána. Aby mohly zaschnout rány přes den. No a teď už jen voda, fermentované čaje a kochání se jak rostou. Tak snad to nějak nedojebu. Growu zdar Zdar. Tak tu máme 23. Den květu a já přidal domácí co2. Měřil sem ppfd a mam ho 1500+. Opět jsem někde četl, že když je ppfd 1200+ tak už by mělo být přidané co2. Tak sem ho udělal z vody,cukru a kvasnic. Snad to pomůže.

This week I continued the same regiment as the last week only this week I upped their water intake slightly. I went from 250mL to 500mL at a time daily. Then I had to slightly defoliate due to the main stem fan leaves totally blocking all growth from the plant all the way around but once I defoliated the l main stems fan leaves the lower section of the plant was able to retrieve light and air circulation. You can tell that it was desperately needed and much needed! Now the plant will grow better! All and all this week went quickly and I'm happy with the results?

Décima semana de floración de estás tropicanna poison, décima y última semana, ya pueden despedirse, la semana q viene ya entran a poda, está semana un buen lavado de raíces un poco de defoliación y listo, la planta tiene cogollos compactos y pesados, buen aroma, bastante recina... Hey now! This week went pretty well, I did notice my EC of my runoff was getting pretty high on day 65, it got up to about 1.9, and my nutrient solution going in was at 1.6. I ended up mixing a bucket of my normal fertilizer, and hand watering all the places my drip ring wasn't really hitting, and i got the EC back down to about 1.7. I also got a tip from MrJones to setup some type of support for the colas. I ended up tying some 550 (parachute) cord across the top of my tent poles, then I ties little loops around the colas with the same soft cord. I then used wire ties to attach the loops to the 550 cord. I also am slowly reducing my EC, as I believe I only have a couple weeks left. I am also going to be switching from Liquid KoolBloom to Dry KoolBloom at some point later in week 10. If anyone has any experience on the correct timing of this switch to ripening formula, please hit me up! I am still struggling a bit with heat and humidity, and am considering buying another dehumidifier for my next grow. As always, Thank you to everyone for all of your encouragement, support and tips!! Final week update I am trimming the plants as they get ripe leaving them under the lights for a few days before I chop them. My theory is that trimming them makes them think they are being attacked by something and what are the plants defense 🤔 to get sticky and stinky 🤔 I do see a difference after a couple days, some more than others but all of them add terpenes and trichomes ❄️🔥❄️🔥 Thank you all for visiting and following along with me... day 43 : start of week 7 . i did some heavy defoliation in 2 rounds (yesterday and today) . i also did some more lst . i tied the secondary branches with some shoe laces :) all is good . i see more and more white pistils on top i think she finally entering flowering stage :D will update soon

Week 9/Semana 9!

Best of a plant. Another plant I wish I had a clone of. This would be an awesome plant to have a whole tent sog… has a great smell. The only thing I don’t like is it is taking a awile to finish off. It keeps swelling though so that’s good. The plant has some great resistance and such the leaves stayed solid health green all the way thru life

So got the net in place this week and started doing my ScrOG. Also did a bit of FIMing and some LST to help speed things up a bit. So far the weaving hasn't been as easy as I was told it be some ive been using some soft twist ties to help keep them in place. Going to veg and weave for another week or so before I switch it to flower. I was told you have to continue weaving for 2-3 weeks into flower but im worried that'll stress the plant out so if anyone that reads this knows other wise, comment below. Increased the feed from 1 liter to 2 liters because I wasn't getting any run off. Now I'm getting 10% run off every watering and I've been able to keep my run off ppm to less then 100 ppm above feed. So far I'm really like working with coco and don't see myself going back to soil unless it's outside plants. The environment has been fairly stable the last week with outside temperature droping. Had a spike in humidity yesterday because it got up to 75% humidity outside where I live. Luckly when that happened my tent only went up to roughly 67% but it's slowly dropped down and then stopped at 62%. There calling for another heat wave this week with it reaching up to almost 40c again for a couple days.... can not wait for summer to be over. I'm a ginger so I'm more of a autumn and spring kind of guy and plus this heat is making it difficult not only for this plant but also the ones I started seeding a few weeks back. Got so hot that they stopped growing for 3 days, 2 died and 3 got burned a bit. So far this 300w SE-3000 Spider-Farmer light is really rocking it. Great coverage, adjustable and detachable ballast have made this a easy grow even with the mad heat. Definitely going to look at the SE-5000 light that runs at 450w or the SE-7000 light that runs at 650w for my next light in the 4x4 tent. Next go around I'm going to try this light in a 2x2 tent I have that I use for germinating. Well that's all for now so happy growing everyone.

Nous somme à la 6ème semaines de floraison tout se passe comme prévu les bourgeons continuent de gonflés les paramètres sont excellents 24 degrés en température 55% en hydrometrie. - L'ajout de RQS guano a redonner un coup pouce à la plante les bourgeons ont sacrément gonfler aimer et regarder par vous même. Cet semaine sera aussi la dernière irrigation avec nutes. Ce run est l'une de mes préférée. Léger carences en azote post-stretch cela es dû a un faible apport de celui-ci mais rien de grave cela indique les derniers semaine de vie de cette dame le rinçage sera simple et éfficace. L'odeur quelle dégage es fortement fruité cela sent le 🍬 🍬. A plus pour d'avantge d'informations.👍🏼

Day 54 from seed and the canopy games began, i gave them all some defoliation and instal first net, also started to do some low stress training to guide them out. Day 54 and i had to bring to this side of the tent my little Kushi with is from my other diares but she had no space there, so i moved her next to the competition side 😁😝 I’m also making a water system, i will keep doing the watering manually, but with the help from a “auto/manual” system. Day 54 CS have 2 very distinct phenotipes, a normal one with an amazing black pepper smell with a garlic touch and an old school candy smell mixed within, the other one, with i think is a rare one for the chocolate skunk, is smeling amazingly amazing 😅 she as fruit in it like tangerine and orange, and shes sweet and so but so strong smells, im in love with her, and she stretches more them the other 2 also, she provably will b the keeper from the CS department. Day 54 and I topped CS1 lets see how she reacts 😆🤞💚 Day 54 and TP1 and TP2 are amazing, this girls are so strong and resistant, they are fast growers and they look like winners to me, both of them , caps off to @sweetseeds for such a good job on the genetics department, keep it up guys 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌 Day 55 and my water system is ready for testing 😅 i know i should test before its all in, but its a non stop live i have so no time , always beliving 😅🤞💚 tomorrow we will know if it works or not 😆😁 Week 8 day 3 and I finally got the water system working and running properly, I’m still plugging in snd out , but this will make my life so much easier, withs results in more free time to dedicate my girls. Tested my run out today and came out with ec over 2.0 meaning next watering mb the 2 nexts ones will be just ph water with regulator and some enzymes.
