What’s up y’all!!?? Week 7 update is kinda bland. The bud sites are growing fuller which is exciting to see. A weak smell is apparent. Same feeding schedule as last week. I give a normal PH’d watering every few days in between the feedings just to get some of the nutrient build up out of the cocoa / perlite mix. I did a heavy defoliation in the beginning of the week. There are some lower bud sites which I’m hoping are getting more sunlight since I defoliated. Of course by the end of the week the leaves are back and big once again. I’ve been tucking them instead of putting the plant thru any further stress at this point. See y’all in week 8

Their first Neem oil leaf drench massage. Their first fertigation or watering. For the Og kush the third week Biobizz nutrient dose was followed. The only addition to the third week All Mix dosology was the inclusion of Alg a mic. At the above rate + Great white + bactrex. The above list of nutrients correspond to the OG KUSH Allmix schedule and doses. Fot the amnesia haze the watering had only Bactrex, White sark and Pro symbiotic at the doses listed above. No pH was adjusted nor measured and no EC either. *03/29 UPDATE* Since no option given for "breaking down" each strain individually ragarding the Nutrients section I ll update the irrigation/fertigation/nutrient regimen for each week in this section. Each time something changes on the Nutrients section it ll always be the last used doses of nutrients only for the OG Kush strain. For the Amnesia only CalMag treated water will be given in alternate irrigations along with a twice a week bacteria introduction to the system. So, today both plants got 1.8 lts of RODI CalMag treated water to .340EC with a controlled pH of 6.3. The Amnesia had a significantly higher runoff which I didn't anticipate nor understand but I'll find out why for sure. Some light LST directional guiding was given to the plants for forming purposes and future canopy levelling. In the Grow Hut since day one the plants are continuously enjoying the company of Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia s music. They love it! *03/30 UPDATE* The best possible outcome regarding live phytoprotection by beneficial insects for pest control. As of yesterday I have two unidentified tiny sliders, possibly common garden ones and as of today a Coccinellidae sp. larvae running around the canopy (check the video) Hope for many more of them sweet protectors. Neem oil along with DE has successfully helped in deterring some Gnat "congregation". *03/31 UPDATE* Plants are growing strong and vigorous. Some LST done and their new canopy hairdo can be seen in the pics.

Moved to veg/auto tent. Gave tea yesterday and it is taking off. Topping soon.

Glad to see these girls are well on their way! We'll consider this the first week of veg. Had to give these girls some support because they both toppled this morning. Hopefully a little turbulence and support will rectify this in the next week or two. Cheers 😁

First week of flowering went good, plants are not really starting to stretch to much yet, screen is pretty much full already so I will probably just fill the last few squares on each side then I’ll add the second screen and let them grow up into it. I did a heavy defoliation at the end of week 1 as the screen was way to crowded. I’m going to wait till the end of week 2 and clear everything under the first screen then. Plants were also showing a little bit of nutrient burn on some of the leaf tips so I added about 3 gal of fresh water to my reservoir to dilute the mixture a bit. Overall it’s a very robust and leafy plant so far, lots of shouts coming up into the screen, should be a pack tent anyway. I’ll add more pictures throughout the week as well. Cheers 💨

Plant is absolutely pumping. A total monster! I did some light defoliation of inside leaves. Split the main stalk about 4 cm at the top manifold while doing this. Tied it back together.

Last week of veg, slowly settling into the new schedule of automated feeding and the warming weather. I am in desperate need of an accurate and efficient temp controller, the ones I have are a simple on/off thermostat and the changes in speed are too dramatic.

June 15: going good and will do second round of topping tomorrow. Adjusted tie downs. June 16: adjusted tie downs and watered with soluble seaweed extract and a bit of Epsom salts. June 17: topped this morning leaving four bud sites on each side. Leave first and third node growth tips, but remove them at the second node. This will now be 8 colas, but I’ll top once more for 16. June 18: adjusted tie downs and did foliar spray of Extreme Blend in the evening. June 20: released tie down in the morning. Started the second batch of compost tea. Video shows the recipe I started using last year. Leave overnight and use within 24 hours. It should smell fresh, and if it smells ‘off’ or sulphurous it’s gone anaerobic and should be thrown out. Use whatever you want in your compost tea recipe. Key things are blackstrap molasses (sugar and trace metals), some fresh compost, and I use coco coir to provide a substrate or matrix for the bacteria to grow on. Seems to work.

We’ve officially entered week 7 with our FBA 2504 from 42Fast Buds, and the transformation is impressive—our girl is now in full bloom! After a smooth and steady vegetative phase, the flowering stage is progressing beautifully. The decision to experiment with a 12/12 light cycle for this autoflowering strain has proven to be an interesting choice, and so far, the results are encouraging. The plant stands tall and strong in its 10-liter pot, with a well-structured shape thanks to early LST. The climate remains stable with daytime temperatures reaching up to 30°C and an average range of 27–28°C. Humidity levels are consistently between 60% and 65%, which has supported healthy growth throughout the cycle. We continue to feed her with Xpert Nutrients, and the impact is clearly visible—dense flowering sites, vibrant foliage, and a healthy overall appearance. The aroma is starting to build, and the buds are forming with great structure and frost. So far, this grow has been a pleasure, and week 7 marks a crucial point where everything starts coming together. We’re excited to see what the final weeks will bring!

Has been a bad week for Gorilla Cookies. After further inspection I have discovered russet mites. I treated her with neem for 4 days. I then rinsed it off yesterday. I proceeded to lollipop the plant as well. Hopefully I have killed off the mites. Day 36 Flowering: Hi growmies Here we are at the halfway point in the flowering cycle. They will be in full PK swing now and be craving those elements to power more pistils and bud energy. I am giving them their last full Pk warrior 9/18 dosage this feed alongside a 3/4strength Megacrop feed. following feeds will be at half pk 9/18 till last 2 weeks. I am also still using calmag to compensate for the l.e.d and coco leeching that often happens with these combinations. In general they are both very healthy and feeding with no issues I now need to up the watering frequency as they do drink way more now. Mimosa lemon is looking long and lanky still but her potential to fill out over the coming 5 weeks is easy to vision. With her stems all set in place and her projection of where she will join nodes in the coming weeks , I think I need to think about supporting them maybe?. She doesn't have a lot of leaf among the stalky colas and looks very like a long flowering sativa does. Hwr smell is now very clear when touched and even close to the plant, you can smell the limonene from her namesake. A stinky lady is imminent i think. filter at the ready. With around 12 mains all going for Merristem status , she could be a contender for best auto yielder this run. Glueberry is certainly living up to her name if I dare to touch her!!. She is beginning to smell so nicely sweet with a hint of diesel too. I think i did stunt her growth early on with the foolish underwatering error. She recovered really well and does have a lot of buds within her canopy hidden. I will make sure I keep her well aired to avoid any mould issues .
