She's really growing to be a bushy one! Did a few more LST and cut off one satellite leaf to expose the other bud sites. Really enjoying her growth so far!

The smokeberry is really packing on the crystal now and by week 8 this plant will look like a plant with fresh snow on it. Testing shows this strain consistently comes in at 20%-24% THC, strong in beta-caryophllyne and Terpinene. Locally bred on Prince Edward Island๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ Canadaโ€™s secret garden.

Week five!!!! Ok guys, So I waited way too long to flip LMFAO. I hope I have made it through most of the stretch and as you can see I may be able to get the lights 8 more inches up to the ceiling in an emergency but let's hope it doesn't get to that point. I have reduced the Base nutrients and added 2 additives. A big problem I noticed today 13 Jan was that the water pump was moving hella slow. I had to wait a long time to add each nutrient so that I didn't just burn the first plant in the system. I have 2 pumps in the mail though so we are good. Humidity will spikes maybe 3x but I always bring it back to 50% RH. For the next round, I'm going to have to be really aggressive with my training techniques. these things just get huge so fast and I wasn't ready for a 10-week flower cycle. oh due to the pump issue don't trust the TDS amount this week. I'm sure you could ballpark it and I know my system will never go over 1k TDS with everything I'm running currently.

**Week 8 - Third Week of Flower** Things are getting wild in the Donutz tent! After the insane stretch last week, the plants have turned the space into a full-on jungle. The start of Week 8 called for drastic measures, and the results are setting the stage for explosive bud production. **Key Updates**: - **Aggressive Defoliation**: On Day 1 of the third flower week, the plants underwent a *brutal* defoliation. Every bud site that had started to develop its own leaves was stripped of its fan leaves, allowing light to flood the canopy. Even the smallest sites now have excellent exposure, giving them the best chance to mature into chunky nugs in the coming weeks. Despite the intensity of the trim, the plants are resilient and primed to bounce back strong. - **Boosted Nutrients**: To support the plants after the stress of defoliation, I added another 5-6g of Greenhouse Feeding Bloom per plant. This ensures the soil stays nutrient-rich and gives the plants the resources they need to recover and thrive. - **Watering**: Still rocking reverse osmosis (RO) water, ensuring clean and efficient hydration without any surprises. **Observations**: - The canopy is significantly cleaner and more open, with light now reaching deeper into the lower sections. - The plants are handling the defoliation well, with no immediate signs of stress or shock. - Bud sites are already looking promising, with visible development and an even distribution across the canopy. **Looking Ahead**: The next few weeks will be all about letting the plants recover and watching the buds stack up. With improved light penetration and a fresh dose of nutrients, everything is lined up for some impressive development. The Donutz are thriving, and the Florida Gang vibes are at an all-time high โ€” the tent is set to deliver big!

Day 89 - pH thing has been quite steady the last few days, but I think part of the reason is I have been keeping it over 6 (between 6.1 & 6.3) which makes me think it may not be able to feed on something so keeps pH stable (This pH issue could be root acidification with too much Potassium; it seems to coincide with the PK Warrior being added - pH needs to be below 6 for Potassium uptake to happen so I artificially blocked it by keeping pH above 6!!!). EC also going up but not as quick as it was...drops back further than it was when adding RO water (i.e. if it drank 10L and EC went from 1.7 to 1.9, adding 10L back takes it to 1.6). So, as I have been promising myself for the last couple of days, I did a full tank change. Have dropped the feed substantially for the start of week 7 (Which is technically Monday coming). New Nute Strength: Silicon - 1ml/L Sumo Boost - 2ml/L Bloom A - 1.2ml/L Bloom B - 1.2ml/L PK Warrior - 0.4ml/L Sensizym - 2ml/L Fulvic - 2ml/L EC 0.8, pH 5.9 Did have A & B @ 1ml/L but EC was barely 0.7 (Background EC of water is 0.2) so added the touch more A&B so as not to super starve them. Will now monitor pH/EC for the next few days and try to keep levels nice and even for the next 9-10 days before going to week 8 force and week 9 flush and the finishing bulb! ************************************************* Day 85 - Dayum this pH management getting funky now!!! For the last week, pH keeps taking a nose dive (0.5-0.7 a day) with water level dropping and EC rising. Can't work out what the girls are at at all. Apart from lower leaf loss due to light being blocked, the plant is creating some new leaf matter (As you would expect) where light is getting reflected down low but can't work out the pH drops. No matter what EC i set them too, or pH, they only appear to be taking on water...or something micro (Ca/MG or the likes) and leaving the macro's. Topped up tank with some RO (Reclaimed from dehumidifier) water and only added calmag since tank change 3 nights back (It has some N in it for the new green and hopefully just gives what it needs with Ca/Mg). Apart from that, just keeping an eye on things to make sure no burn...dont want to put them on a starve on the beginning of Flower week 6!!!

Here we go on our way to sticking a fork in this run! Her fade is in full swing and she's putting out trichomes like crazy! Hopefully by the end of this week she'll be hanging after she spends a couple of nights in the dark. I watered today using straight water that's ph'd to 6.5-6.7 @ 72โ„‰. I gave her a 1g to keep her flush going and then turned her pot. Trichome status: 70% milky / 30% clear 10/13- I watered today with 0.75g of straight water that was ph'd to 6.5-6.7 @ 72โ„‰ and gave her pot a turn. She's progressing in her fade and is still bulking up. Her trichomes aren't quite where I like them yet, so more than likely she'll be going in the dark by next weekend! She is one beautiful cultivar! ๐Ÿคฉ๐Ÿ’š 10/15- My routine of watering every other day continues. Yesterday I watered her with her usual 1.5g of straight de-chlorinated water that was ph'd to 6.5-6.7 @ 72โ„‰ and gave her pot a turn. Today was just spent checking her over, turning her pot and doing a quick check of her trichomes which are close, but not quite ripe enough yet! 10/17- Wow!... Eight weeks of flower DONE! ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ‘ Now my sights are set on getting this girl finished up and on her way to 48 hours in the dark before she's hung to begin drying. I went ahead and watered her with her usual 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water that was ph'd to 6.7 @ 72โ„‰ and checked her trichomes, which are looking just about right! This journey is coming to a close in the next couple of weeks with her harvest, drying and trimming up. I so appreciate you following along with me , it's been a blast sharing with you all! ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ™ ~Thanks so much for checking out my diary! This epic run is in the home stretch with harvest fast approaching...Stay lifted and be Blessed! ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ™~ This week promises to be exciting so don't forget to check in! Harvest time will be here before you know it and I'm getting stoked to see the results! ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’š ~Thanks for stopping in! This epic run is in the home stretch with harvest fast approaching...Stay lifted and be Blessed! ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ™~

This girl has had a great week. She has put on some good leaf growth, and has rebounded from the light stress. I had been doing bending her top over to expose the lower branches, no ties just repeating the process. She got transplanted near the end of the week into a 2 gallon pot, and got her first real dose of nutrients. RH has been steady at about 65% and temps are consistent at 78-79 degrees. The 2x4 tent is super easy to manage with the AC in-line fan/controller and a small 250 watt heater outside the tent at the fresh air draw. ๐Ÿ˜Š I think my plan for this one is to veg it out long enough, to do a single plant SCROG in my 2x4 tent. Happy Gardening.

Sep 6: Tropicana Cookies FF is doing great. Maybe not as much flower maturation last week as I expected but weโ€™re just starting week 8 of flowering. So likely the end of September which is fine for the late start on this plant. Sep 7: decided on a final top dressing of malted barley and Power Bloom. Seems they need a bit more P.

Raspberry Ripple Number One and Two (Flowering Plants) This week is the final week of Flower, I am noticing milky coverage on both plants and some amber trichomes as well. I gave the last watering today of distilled, dechlorinated water, with no P.H. Adjustments at 7.2 PH. I plan to harvest April 11th. Number One Pheno- The Number One Pheno is fully swollen and ripe now. The colas are densely stacked on the canopy. The foliage is quite over-faded, with some leaves being so dried out they crumble to the touch. I don't know if this is because the plant was in a bit too small of a pot or if my light was a little much these final weeks of flower. It is definitely ready for harvest! It's smells are still heavy in the raspberry candy department, with those hints of earthy leather on the back swing. Giving the number one pheno a very unique musk. The resin is greasy and plentiful! I can't wait to take this one down and trim it up to see how it looks in a jar! Number Two Pheno- The Number Two Pheno held out a little longer in its 5 gallon pot, it's a bit smaller of a plant. It's about 65% faded now but it's trichomes look finished! It's trichomes are very stacked out and coat this plant in a snow film! It may look a little boring next to its sister color wise, but it still sports some purple and pink hues under all the frost and I still think it'll be a worthy smoke as well! It smells of a raspberry wine but with that hazy fruity power. Almost like a strong mimosa strain. Clones- The larger clones in the 55 inch 2x2 MarsHydro veg tent, were starting to drink through water quickly! Mostly the larger number one phenos. Which would consume the entire dryback of their full pots in one day. I transplanted all the plants in the 55 inch tent into square pots (2 gallons for the Number 2 Phenos, 3 gallons for the Number 1 Phenos) this should hold them over for 3 to 4 weeks, so I can harvest and dry my flowering plants. I was unable to transplant the clones in the smaller Mars Hydro 30 inch Clone Tent, due to space constraints. I'll be feeding them worm castings and Down to Earth Crab Meal tomorrow. All the clones are looking healthy and look like they would be great candidates for flowering or mother plants. Tech Upgrade- This week I was able to purchase a Photobio Phantom Par Meter at a local grow shop's going out of business sale. With this tool I'll be able to get a dead on map of my light intensity and adjust accordingly. This will be great to have when setting up my new HLG Blackbird next cycle. I also got some 15 gallon grass roots fabric pots to try in the flower room next cycle. I also reached out to AC infinity and have an upgraded Cloudray S6 Gen 2 Oscillating Clip Fan on the way. My Gen 1 fan broke and would no longer oscillate correctly. AC infinity replaced it free of charge with the latest model. I think that about sums up this week! I'm very excited to take these plants down and begin preparing for next cycle. I was extremely lucky to get such amazing results of my first Pheno hunt. I can't thank Mosca Seeds and Tiki Madman enough for selecting such great crosses. It's hard to believe I got these two seeds as a freebie pack, with another order. I'm super thankful to have Grow Diaries to use and rely on for charting my week to week data, questions I have, and comparing my findings and results to other growers with similar strains, like @THCpapa grow of Raspberry Boogie! Thank you for checking out this week's entry of my growdiaries! See you for the harvest! -Starfish
