I just completed my 8th week since the flip, so I flushed each of these girls by running about 2 gal of water through each. I got the PPM down into the 200s, which is about normal for my hard water. They are all displaying some nice big buds, which smell of sweet coffee.

Picture 1 - Day 8 - Seedling 1 got its nutrients the first time today. 1ml/L Biobizz Grow about 700ml. Picture 2 - Day 8 - Seedling 2.1 still stretching a bit too much, am waiting for the new light to arrive. Picture 3 - Finally got the new setup, the grow tent isnt perfect yet but itll do for the next few weeks (its just an old temporary closet) it leaks a lot of light and moisture but since I only have these 2 mini plants rn I dont think its gonna be a huge problem until flowering. Picture 4 - Day 9 - Seedling 1 looking good and Seedling 2.1 (3 Days old) will hopefully stop stretching now that I finally got the bigger light here. Watered 2.1 again today with just ph water. Picture 5 - Day 10 - Nothing special happening, the plants are looking good! Picture 6 - Day 11 - I now installed a fan in the grow area to better the ventilation. The fan is doing a great job at moving air around, but kinda messing up the moisture coming out of the humidifier... (With fan and humidifier on at same time = 40% with just humidifier running = 60-70%) Not sure how to fix that yet... Will water Seedling 1 again tomorrow. Picture 7 - Day 12 - Seedling 1 growing good but its leaves are still looking really weird, I think theyre going up on the edges because I put them under slight wind stress, but that issue is fixed now. Some parts of some of the leaves still look really odd to me, like they got cut off or something? I dont know Picture 8 - Day 12 - Seedling 2.1 is 6 days old now and growing good, theyre some tiny yellow dots on the leaves surface but its really slight so I dont know if its something bad. I watered both plants today, Seedling 1 with Bio Grow Nutrients and Seedling 2.1 with just Ph'd water. Video - Day 13 - Both seedlings still growing, but looking kinda sus.

MY WEED SMELLS LIKE WEED. Filling the room, creeping through the apt, what a glorious time. No major smell worries where I am so I'm just enjoying the atmosphere. 😍 On to Backbuilding/Bud Tipping. (Shoot me any advice on this down below!) I experimented back mid-week with 3 tipped buds that had similar control buds side-by-side. After 4 days there is a noticeable difference in density and bud structure in the 3 tipped buds compared to the very fluffy and softer buds next to them. No overall size difference but the tipped buds are rock hard and filling in gaps down the cola compared to the untipped buds. A light squeeze on both a tipped bud and untipped will tell you the difference right there. Happy with the results after seeing them for myself and lucky enough to find this technique at the end of week 4, I tipped majority of the main colas on Danny and some larger buds on Arnold today. Which means I also get what OG growers call a "First Taste" once my tips dry out and cure for a few days. 😛 Other than tipping, I've just had to keep up with Arnold's feedings since lower leaves are still fading if I skip mineral nute feedings. Looks like they will be getting only PH Perfect and/or Molasses feedings until the final flush since they can't get enough food in the ProMix medium. I've still had constant defoliation during to avoid leaf overlap and light blockage. Since I'm now entering week 5 of flower I'll have to get it where I want in the next couple days and go hands off for the last month or so. Thanks for checking out my grow! Follow along as we're getting to the good part and I'll update again this week once the tipping sets in 💪 MID-WEEK UPDATE: Random Heat/Humidity wave in Southern Ontario so I'm keeping a close eye on the buds after dark periods. Keeping air moving well so far so hopefully I can avoid mold/mildew in last few weeks. Twins are looking good. Arnold still super hungry so I've upped the nutes a tad and skipped plain water feeding until the flush. Just fed them PH Perfect/Molasses cocktail. Big Arnold on the right is definitely rootbound by how the water is draining so I'm looking at a lower yield from the right plant. I get run off from small Danny during a regular feed but takes a lot more to get any from Arnold and I don't want to overwater in this random heat/humidity wave. The Backbuilding/BudTipping is working like a charm. The tipped buds are filling down and way more dense than the untipped. Popped the SoundLink in the tent today to give the twins some music while I go about my business. PLANT PLAYLIST: Vulfpeck - Mr Finish Line Anderson Paak - Ventura Prince - Purple Rain Remastered Unless anything crazy happens I'll update at start of week 6 flower. Thanks for stopping by, liking, following, what-have-you 😃

Made it 67 days before the chop. •••03/21/2020 After a 6 day hang I've trimmed and started to jar cure. Had a total flower weight of 85 grams. Over all I'm pleased. Will update with a smoke report in about 3 weeks.

Hello everyone! The last two weeks I have been very busy so I did not have time to upload the previous week. The previous week I noticed a mold starting to form in the flowers of the wedding cake (the taller plant) because the humidity was too high in the growing space. I acted quickly and added a dehumidifier, an extra fan and a home co2 system . On top of that, I cut out any part I found that was infected with the mold. Last week I started washing the gorilla skittles (the low plant) hoping to harvest it next week.

Little change week over week. She is small, so some lower level defoilation was needed to better expose the lower bud sites. Lower temps and a brief aphids bout may have stunted growth. She does smell great.

End of day 48 flower and girls are super frosted. Took a sample from day 42 flower of White Widow and it was one of the best I EVER smoked with a head punch right after the smoke leaves your mouth. It was incredible and can’t imagine how she’s gonna be after harvest. Might harvest half early and half late to get the best of both worlds. Still feeding them nutes and will slowly drop down as the days count down towards harvest. Will also be turning down the daylight time from 12/12 to 11/13 to 10/14 to 9/15 to 8/16 and then 72 hrs of darkness. I plan on getting the most resin out of her as possible. End with a split stem and ice cold water.

🌸 Week 7 – Flower Stage: When Trouble Knocks, We Learn Grower: Dog Doctor Strain: Super Silver Haze Breeder: Zamnesia Seeds Light: Future of Grow Black Series 600W & ThinkGrow ICL-300 Environment: 8x8 Shared Tent – Controlled by TrolMaster System Temp: 29.4°C (day) / 25.6°C (night) Humidity: 64–68% CO₂: ~720 ppm Soil Temp: 24.8°C Watering: Manual (Hand Watering) Water Mix (per L): • Aptus Regulator – 0.15 ml • Aptus CalMag Boost – 0.25 ml • Aptus All-In-One Liquid – 1 ml • Plagron Power Buds – 1 ml • Plagron Sugar Royal – 1 ml • Plagron Green Sensation – 1 ml ⸻ 🌿 The Week the Storm Passed Through This week brought a little challenge to the garden — bud rot made an appearance. It’s never a welcome guest, but it’s part of the growing journey, and it teaches you more than any perfect run ever could. It started small: a couple of darker spots noticed deep inside one of the colas. Upon closer inspection, we confirmed it — Botrytis cinerea, or as growers call it, bud rot. Thankfully, it was localized and quickly handled, removing all affected material carefully to avoid spreading spores. Despite how dramatic macro photos can make it look, the loss was minimal. The rest of the canopy remains healthy, strong, and radiant under the LEDs. The girls keep thriving like the true champions they are. ⸻ 🧠 Educational Spotlight – What Is Bud Rot (and What It Isn’t) Bud rot is a fungal infection caused by Botrytis cinerea. It thrives in warm, humid, stagnant environments — the kind of microclimate that can form in thick buds during late flower. It usually begins inside the bud, invisible at first, and works its way outward, leaving behind a grayish-brown, dusty rot that can ruin entire flowers if unnoticed. Early warning signs: • Brown or gray fuzz inside the cola • Dry, dead sugar leaves sticking out of healthy buds • A musty or “old hay” smell Prevention is everything: 🌬️ Keep strong airflow through and between plants 💨 Maintain active extraction and oscillating fans 🌡️ Lower humidity to 50% or below during late flower 🌗 Avoid large night/day temperature swings ✂️ Remove excess inner foliage (selective defoliation) For a deep dive into identifying, preventing, and treating bud rot, check out Zamnesia’s excellent guide: 🔗 Zamnesia – Bud Rot: The Cannabis Grower’s Guide - https://www.zamnesia.com/grow-weed/563-bud-rot-cannabis-grower-guide ⸻ 💬 Reflection – The Grower’s Responsibility Let’s be honest — this one’s on me. It’s a new setup, and with every new tent comes a new rhythm to learn. The temperatures are still higher than I’d like, and humidity sometimes pushes the edge. But that’s what growing is — progress through imperfection. The key is to act fast, learn faster, and never let one small setback derail the entire grow. The good news: both Super Silver Haze phenos continue to look absolutely stunning — symmetrical, resilient, and full of that legendary vigor that made this strain an icon. ⸻ 🌸 What to Expect Next As we move into Week 8, we’ll be: • Reducing humidity and increasing airflow • Keeping close watch on moisture and leaf density • Fine-tuning the TrolMaster environment controls • Allowing buds to fatten, harden, and mature into their final form We’re entering the critical ripening phase, where patience and precision make all the difference. ⸻ 🌾 Grower-to-Grower Corner – Preventing Bud Rot Since every grower faces this risk sooner or later, here are a few small habits that make a massive difference: 1. Prune with intent: Create small “air highways” between branches so moisture can escape. 2. Nighttime is key: Rot thrives in cool, humid nights. Keep fans on and air moving even when lights are off. 3. Monitor VPD: Around 1.2–1.4 kPa is ideal for mid-late flower; beyond 1.6 increases risk. 4. Inspect daily: Use your eyes and your nose — the first clue is often a smell, not a sight. 5. Clean the space: Mold spores can live in your tent, filters, and even fans. Sanitize between runs. Remember: Bud rot doesn’t mean failure; it means evolution. Every grow that survives it creates a smarter grower. ⸻ 💚 Closing Thoughts This week was a humbling reminder that even under the best light, nature still has the final say. But she also rewards those who pay attention, act fast, and grow with love. The Super Silver Haze continues to honor her legacy — strong, aromatic, and beautifully structured. Hi people. I think I didn’t feed her a little since she started turning yellow in the middle of flowering. yes it is definitely very beautiful. but it's early. I hope that the buds will still gain mass. Next week she will start to get Overdrive and will definitely gain more weight.

I think that's why I have some brown leaf tips. I really haven't taken good care of her lately...I should be ashamed of myself, but she's doing well...😅👌 🔸The smell is awesome...it smells very sweet and fruity like cherry cream...the trichomes are also developing really well and are already abundant 🔸I'm honest and could have gotten a lot more out of her, but when she suddenly got so big I thought to myself...never mind...just let her go 😂 _____________________________________________________________________ 🌡️🔆= 25-26° 🌡️🌜= 18-19° 💨 Hum. = 58% 🔦 PPFD = 1000 umol 12/12 🔦⌚DLI = ~43 ___________________________________________________________________ Equipment: Veggie 💡2 x 200 Watt Cosmos LED 💡4 x 40 Watt Spider-Farmer ⛺120 x 120 x 200 Tent (4 x 4 x 8) 🍯 18-20 liter Bucktes

Started to have problems with insects munching on the leaves, I applied trifecta and insecticidal soap simultaneously so they do not get used to one or the other and it has seemed to stop their destruction for now. Will continue to apply one a week as a preventative measure. Have not given the plants any nutrients up to this point since they have not shown any problems during growth

Hello. This is the end of week 4 and the beginning of week 5 of flowering. This girl's got huge leaves and not much room between leaf sets. Looking healthy. Doing good. Needs to be topped. I'll top her this week to get some branches going to train. I use sulphur on all my plants cuts and breaks. Helps them to heal nicely. OK. Be Great Out There. Chuck.

sugar leafs starting to get the first trichomes. few days later than the tripple g but the smell is (even when it is more decent than the tripple g) much better for my taste
