There hasn’t been much vertical growth—Runtz A now stands at 48 cm, while Runtz B has reached 59 cm. Today, I didn’t do a full defoliation but simply removed a few larger, obstructive fan leaves. The buds are visibly increasing in size, and Runtz B is leading the way with impressive speed. She seems to be about three days ahead in development compared to Runtz A. One of this week’s highlights is the incredibly intense aroma filling the entire tent. The sweet notes remind me of a mix of ripe tropical fruits and berries—absolutely irresistible! Although the two plants have some visual differences, I’m now convinced they share the same phenotype. Everything is going according to plan, and I’m excited to see how the buds continue to develop in the coming weeks. Die vierte Blütewoche hat begonnen, und es scheint, als wäre der Stretch bereits letzte Woche abgeschlossen gewesen. Viel Höhenwachstum gab es jedenfalls nicht mehr: Runtz A misst nun 48 cm und Runtz B 59 cm. Heute habe ich keine vollständige Entlaubung durchgeführt, sondern lediglich einige größere, störende Blätter entfernt. Die Buds nehmen nun sichtbar an Größe zu, und besonders Runtz B legt ein beeindruckendes Tempo vor. Sie scheint in ihrer Entwicklung etwa drei Tage weiter zu sein als Runtz A. Ein weiteres Highlight dieser Woche ist der unglaublich intensive Duft, der das gesamte Zelt erfüllt. Die süßlichen Noten erinnern an eine Mischung aus reifem tropischen Obst und Beeren, einfach unwiderstehlich! Obwohl sich beide Pflanzen äußerlich unterscheiden, bin ich mittlerweile überzeugt, dass sie denselben Phänotyp besitzen. I'm starting to suspect that the larger Cali Snow in the middle is ACTUALLY the LSD-25 seed from my other diary right now.. When I germinated them I put them separated but on the same cloth. At one point the LSD rolled over into the Cali Snow seeds but I was PRETTY sure I knew which one it was. Looking at how the two seedlings are similar in their stunted growth compared to the big buy in the middle who's right on schedule. I think THAT might be the real LSD-25 but I might have to wait a few weeks before I figure it out 😂 You can see it's definitely struggling but it is still growing along. Let me know if you know what is going on with it! Still just using a spray bottle for the soil around the plants using plain water a couple times a day. I will start a light water Molasses/Water feeding starting next week most likely. DAY 19 - 11/17: Just got back from a day or so out of town. Left them well watered with their domes on to help with moisture loss. Left the Veg half of my LED on so not full power but still a great bit of progress when I got back today. The next node of Plant 1 is out and the struggling Plant 2 hit it's first node and regular growth has taken over. Will give them a dark period tonight to give them a break from the 36 or so hours of light they've had when I was away. Still just letting the FoxFarms Ocean Floor do the feeding with plain waterings with a spray bottle. Will start to feed the soil Molasses/Water mixes by the end of the week or as soon as I feel the little plants and handle a pour feed compared to gentle spray. Thanks for stopping by! Day 64 - Beginning of the Final Flowering Week 🌱 Hello, my grow friends! We’re entering the last flowering week, and it looks like I’ll be harvesting the plant around Friday, which will be roughly Day 68. 💭 Harvest Decision: It’s a tough decision because while the buds are still growing, the trichomes in the middle and lower parts of the plant are already about 80% milky and 10% amber. I’ll keep an eye on things and plan to check the trichomes again on Day 65, two days before harvest, to make a final decision. 🌿 Trichome Considerations: I have a feeling that even after cutting the plant and hanging it upside down to dry, some nutrients might still move into the buds, potentially causing them to swell a bit more. This is something I’m curious to see. 💧 Humidity, Water, and Temperature: As I mentioned in my last update, I flushed the plant yesterday, just before the start of the final week, with 4 liters of water. This should help flush out any remaining nutrients, and I likely won’t need to water again before harvest since the pots are thoroughly soaked. The humidity and temperature are holding steady between 52-58% and 20-24°C, which I find ideal. I’ve got my exhaust system and fan running continuously to ensure no mold develops. 📸 Final Updates: I’ll check in again with an update just before harvest to let you know how things are looking. Remember, I’m posting new pictures and videos of my plant every day.

On average flowering technically truly begins 7 days after 12/12 switch...i waite 7 days because plants dont instantly Flower right at 12/12 switch most take 4-8 days to start actually flowering...it takes time for the hormones to be triggered and start taking effect, so i waite 7 days an consider that the transition period...i suggest waiting on any bloom boosters until after the transition period..also ((Brut worm casting and natures living soil is mixed into soil at listed rates not mixed into water water, all other nutrients are mixed with distilled water.))

Yellowing, Browning, drying and curling of leaves continues. The issues cut be due to insufficient run-off when feeding, run-off has been 5-10% instead of 15-20%. Buds are still fat, sticky and stanky! Based on flowering time by the breeder,this will probably be the last week of feeding.

Tester FBPHP10 is a good plant to grow, easy going, fast growing, beautiful, fast flowering, frosty and quite tall. 😇 Down side: not mold resistant and terps are not really strong I had a lot of fun growing this variety! 💚💨 .. and smoking.

More haircuts this week! I am very aggressively trying to keep up with the canopy growth. I'm continuing to remove the small branches underneath the canopy - more or less stripping the undergrowth, while defoliating around the growth sites that have made it to the canopy surface. I'm unsure of how much more growth to wait for before I send her into flower. Maybe next week? Who knows! Not me! Hah! Happily accepting any advice from any experienced main-liners out there! 😉 She's been super thirsty - I have to add a gallon every few days to keep up! I also started adding some p31 Microbes to the reservoir to see what I can see. 😎

I am literally delighted with this strain. We know it is a classic usa strain par excellence, and for sure Fastbuds had access to a super clone to create it but it is really top. I have grown some Californian fem OGs in the past and it looks a lot like us, in a small way, of course, but the shape of the flowers and the particular way of distributing the hair make it unique. Great stuff, all the seeds are up. One still has it's helmet on, but it'll grow out of it soon. The Carl #2 seed seems to be a mutant of some kind as it has way too many cotyledons. Gave smaller amounts of water while they were seeds, gonna slowly increase to normal now that they've all popped up. I'm gonna start with a very light feeding of bloom ferts to promote rooting, and then use no nutes for the first couple weeks. The plan for these plants will be to try and create as much lateral growth as possible while the weather gets nice outside, then I'll transfer one of the best phenos and one of the not as good phenos to 25gal pots and stick em in the sun. I'm gonna be trying to do pest control with a combination of predator insects and deterrent plants. The main goal of the outdoor grow is to test and develop my IPM skills while trying to grow the biggest plants possible. -2/6/2021 Been a solid week so far, the growth has been fairly vigorous as of last night; it would seem that the root mass finally reached an acceptable size. -2/7/2021 Watered with a bit of bloom nutes and some VeloKelp, shot a timelapse.

Day 47 - I topped, defoliated and flushed with plain ph’d water 10 days before switch to 12/12 These led lights keep the plants really short with a lot of middle bushy growth have already taken 2 bags full of leaves and all look healthy still🤞👍 Day 48 - Looking good day after topping and defoliation :) good sign will update end of week 8 flip to 12/12

All going fine this week they had a feed and done some light LST and leaf tucking, buds coming on lovely 💪

overall was great to grow and for it being my second grow I'm so glad how well it turned out some of the frostiest buds I've seen or smoked.

Day 30 Top dressed each 5 gal 444 gia green 1.5 tbsp Kelp meal 1tbsp Super fly insect frass. 1 tbsp .5 tbsp of mykos. 1 Tsp glacial rock dust Feed microbial tea. Day 29 and 30. 24 and 48 brew. Crab meal half cup per 5 gal Alfalfa meal half cup per 5 gal I think some humic granual acid for nutrient uptake. Can’t remember Also spread out red wiggler worms “equally” to each pot. Topped some plants after video. Will update in a few days of response to topping. Day 34 last day of week 4 veg. Set the auto water system up. video update showing the system and each plant. Runt gelato does not have auto water. I’ve got 1 to many pots in my veg tent currently.
