Hey everyone! It’s been another fabulous week of the girls fattening up getting ready for the ever looming harvest time! The colas are huge and glistening like a glitter ball! The back right girl has been on flush since day 51, 2 more went on flush on day 53, and the final girl front right went on flush today, day 56! Over the week I gave 3 girls a really heavy defoliation taking the majority of fan leaves off to allow good airflow and try fattening up those lower buds. It’s still impossible to tell if I prefer defoliation or not but we are getting close to harvest so should have a definitive answer to that soon! The back right girl has had absolutely no defoliation or trimming through her life cycle. I still regularly think back to when we broke one of the girls and transplanted, the cannabis gods were on our side warning us 4 girls will be huge, we were very lucky or would be seriously short of space as of now. As the girls are going to be harvested at slightly different times to ensure each are at their optimum, I have had to construct a dry box. How I built my smell free DIY dry box: Take a large cardboard box, cut an extraction hole in the top at one end and mount some ducting and seal the gap around the edge. Cut a flap in the opposite end at the bottom which will be the passive intake and promoting a draft through the hanging buds. Poke some holes in each end of the box using a screwdriver and thread some thin rope or string through the box tying the ends together once finished to give you sturdy locations to hang some pegs from. Finally I attached an extra bit of card on one of the flaps at the top; this overlaps the slight gap in the top between the flaps that could allow light to enter. Once completed I put the ducting into one of the lower intakes of the tent; the negative pressure in the tent then uses the air in the dry box as a passive intake creating a smell free area to dry your cannabis outside of your grow tent. This also keeps a slight breeze flowing through the box to ensure even drying. Into week 5 the buds are now swelling nicely no overfeeding or deficiencies so far starting to increase the amount of water it gets to twice a day alternatively water than feed , water than feed, etc overdrive for week 5-7 is normally what I use as well as my base nutrients.ph6.2 lots of airflow around the plant gives you more swelling on your buds. {patience is a virtue}.

This is obviously not week one. I had this Power Africa clone in the corner of my mother tent under some weak CFL lights, i transplanted it A week or two ago. I have no definite plans for this plant but I decided to HST her today, i'll see what happens over the next couple weeks. I do intend to turn the harvest into hash, so 100 grams would do fine.

Ripped out the males, switching to plain water after this week!

1-16-2023 Pups are really growing pace is fast. Raised the smaller pup with a plant stand. Still on 20 light schedule More LST Was done to even out canopy everything is OK. So what you think 3''plant stand was good idea. More PK less N in the coming weeks.Warm water flush 1-16-23 to remove salt for new Nutrient solution on 1-18-23 more bloom less growth they love ❤️ Nutes.......!

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Two weeks Of Flowering Completed 12th March 2020 Ginger Nut cookies managed to squeeze in another inch or so of stretch this week but is now focusing on the flower production. I'ts only early on but I can already detect a distinct difference in aromas from both the mother plant and the Red Diesel clone "Feminised pollen " donor. The GSC mother had a strong funky smell , whilst the red diesel was straight up Gassy smelling. The buds on this plant smell sort of Fruity and sweet which is interesting. Now that the stretch is done I'll switch my supplemental feeds to More Potassium etc . Gave her a nice Drink yesterday of unsulphured Australian sugar cane Mollasses mixed with Rain water. This is a great source of Iron , Calcium and Potassium as well as lots of sugars and carbs for the roots to use as food. I did the weekly Ph and Temp check and it was 6.5 and 22c . That is about all I have to Report this week so...... Now it's Time for...... 😍😍 suga suga baby, starting to get caked!!!! wow shes looking and smelling amazing. 3-4 weeks until harvest. MY favorite time of the run of course!! Pretty much smooth sailing, not much defoilation to do at this point and the scrog is all done so just water and enjoy the beautiful sights and smells!!!!!! Have contiunued to use the microbial mass for roots and rezin for the smell and trichs. Enjoy the beautiful pics my friends!!!!

Hello😀 Week 5 of flower begins as week 4 was. Pretty easy. Did a light defoliation as she was and is got some good leaf on her but I have decided I would go minimalist this round so no training to any plants has been given. The only issue I had was my run off was coming out slightly higher PH then going in. After some sage advice from @lassos I was advised to remove the golden tree as it is more acidic then I want and I also ran PH lower at 5.8 for most of last week giving 2 feeds a day at an EC of 1.9. 3l morning 3l night. I am happy to say PH has balanced out so thanks again lassos👍. Not much else to say she is stacking well with a nice looking flower. Smells kinda sweet not much there yet.. I plan to up the biobizz top max a little and maybe see if she wants a bit more bloom. Temperature has remained fairly consistent with night lows of 20 and I try and keep the flower room at 26c with an RH of 70%. Got a good healthy plant and have some great airflow in there so not overly concerned about the higher RH. That's all really this week. Put the ladies on straight water for this week. Hairs are changing, and most of the trichs are clouded. Have some fox tailing on some of the buds, being so close to the light. Was kind of expecting it, but really, I don't mind a little fox tailing. The top of this AK is thick, hard and full of trichomes. When the runoff water shows under 200 ppm is when these ladies will be coming down. They will be watered, until just a few drops come out the bottom, as to not flush the final ferts out to quickly. Plants have stayed good and healthy, without losing any leaves throughout the grow. Limbs are bending down from the weight of the flowers. Didn't support anything this time, so quite surprised that the branches were able to support these nugs, as long as they did.

Alright Then We just hit week 2 and all is well , have to admit she tricked me by perhaps topping herself which stunted her I think ,still good Growth in just 14 days😃 .......
