This is actually Week 6, little delayed on this diary. Grease Monkey is performing beautifully, noticing first signs of fade. Was going to give one more feed before I start flushing, as it could definnetly still use some nutrients! Buds are bulking incredibly, fat golf ball sized nugs, that real of rubber tires, fastfood/garlic burger, with notes of an oil spill or diesel spill. Super intoxicating aroma, never smelled anything like this before Packing on frost amazing, bulking up super well. If it wasn't for the Herm, would've been my best grow yet!

Sprouted from soil after 3 days! This diary will cover the complete growth cycle, seed to harvest, of this photoperiod strain from RQS, including drying, trimming and weighing. I’m planting this seed together with some autoflowers that just entered in the flowering stage. The ideea is to fill the tent as much as possible since the autoflowers gonna be chopped by the time this pheno will be ready to switch from veg to flower.

The girls continue to grow very nicely! All the girls have gone into flowering and I have upgraded to the 600W light now to push these girls and see what we can get from the final harvest 😋 They are still on the vega feed for now whilst they are in the early flower stage. Not alot to report except the front girl had a very slight amount of nute burn but rolling with it as the other girls are fine and its minimal signs so far! If it gets worse maybe will adjust the feed!

Week 5 (20/02 - 26/02) I made no progress with the LST last week, hoping to do better the next grow. Some secondary branches developed more than usually but not as expected. I haven't been effective enough with the training. The last day of the past week, the two fat banana moved into pre-flowering, while the blue cheese is still into vegetative stage. During this week, I will start to add bio-bloom and top-max together with the bio-grow. The light will be to 40 cm from top of the plants at 100% of its power. No changes to the heating/cooling parameters. 20/02 D28: - 21/02 D29: watering day. Added to 2.5 liters of tap water: 2ml Bio-Grow, 1ml Bio-Bloom, 1ml Top-Max. This evening, being secondary branches still flexible, I've tried to horizontally extend them with ropes in order to give them more light, let's see what happens in next two days. 22/02 D30: leafs sprayed with tap water 23/02 D31: watering day. 1 liter of tap water only each plant. Evening check: plants became thirsty; the soil seems to be almost dry even if I watered them this morning. 24/02 D32: watering day. Added to 2.5 liters of tap water: 2ml Bio-Grow, 2ml Bio-Bloom, 1ml Top-Max. 25/02 D33: leafs sprayed with water. 1 liter of tap water each because they are growing and drinking a lot. 26/02 D34: Added to 2 liters of tap water: 2ml Bio-Grow, 2ml Bio-Bloom, 1ml Top-Max. They seem to grow well and faster. The blue cheese seems to be in pre-flowering, almost a week later than the two fat banana.

FBA2502 Week 3 April 13-19 Veg 2 This week I introduced nutrients to the watering schedule. My planned feed schedule will be to feed, feed, water each week until the time to flush. , adjusting nutrients per the growth cycle. Hopefully this will keep from overfeeding and reduce salt build up in the soil. Nutrients: I will be using General Hydroponics Flora line at ½ feed rate and Cal mag throughout this grow. My tap water measures 8.3-8.5 so even after adding nutrients, I have to PH down my feed solution. Regarding nutrients, I’ve tried Fox Farm, TPS1, Plagron and now General Hydroponics. What I am looking for is organic, ease of use, minimal individual bottles that will yield large, dense sticky buds that hit hard in effect. Plants range in height from 5-7” except #1 which has been pinned to the soil. I will try wrapping her around the perimeter of the pot. Since she leaned over, I pinned her down and have been anchoring along the rim, twisting the stem so the node is on the side or top rather than underneath. I don’t think she likes training since the stems are a bit floppy. They are all still in veg, bushy with large indica leaves. I’ve been tucking the large leaves under the bud sites to give more light under the canopy. I’m tempted to top one of the bigger plants to have a comparison on resistance and final yield. This week I made a short video for each 2502 tester and a pic or 2. GH Flora Micro ½ tsp /gal Gro ½ tsp /gal Bloom ½ tsp /gal Fox CalMag ½ tsp /gal PPM 573 & 715 when I added Plagrons Royal Rush 4ml. PH 6.7 Temp 65 Your likes and comments are appreciated. Thanks for stopping by. Growers love 💚🌿 💫Natrona💫

She's an octopus full of very stinky sweet nuggets man!. I'm in love with this black cherry punch #1 she's in a 30l pot and her performance has been amazing. Very happy with this lady. The aroma of the flowers is suuper sweet very like cherry and like strawberries. Such a pleasure to grow this Cherry pie 🥧🍒 cross 🔝💎👨‍🌾 PD: I had to tie some of the colas cause they were just Fallin cause of the weight of the nugs. A set of 2 branches broke because of the weight of the nuggets so I chopped it down the 2 colas and put them in the drying room.

D1. Three of them make it to 2cm in three days, the fourth one already rooted but taking it easy, I watered them a bit and covered the lazy one to blackout and see if she can do it 💪 Lighting at 8.5 DLI (100 PPFD@24h) with the lamp dimmed at 57cm from the soil. D2. The lazy seed still struggling to sprout but seems she's so close to make it since she's already out the soil. The three strong ones already grew to 4 cm in 24 hours, +2 cm, a growing rate of 0,83mm per hour. Following the seedling schedule lighting now will be at 12 DLI the whole first week. D3. The seedlings are growing strong except the little lazy one, I had to help her sprouting this morning using tweezers since both leaves were trapped inside the seed not being able to open by itself, unlike the other ones that did it by themselves three days ago. Will she gonna make it? Let's give her time 💪 D5. The red worms look very active but the leaf tips are curling up so I moved from 24h lighting to 20h and let em rest a bit keeping 12 DLI and 80% humidity while lowering temp at night from 25°C to 23°C. The lazy seedling still so small and definitely don't match their sisters growth rate, let's see if there is any progress next days. Also I already installed the Blumat, the parcel arrived missing the final drippers and the 3mm tube but they already send it. I adjusted the system following Michael Box top tip on this Growcast podcast, https://youtu.be/g5YFcxW3kXI?si=tkm6F1fF65CaNruq It consist on adjust the holding drip at atmospheric pressure without the ceramic cone/tube part, then from there screwed the regulator one more carrot (on gravity systems), mark it and put on the locking cap, this way it should provide 80mbar of water tension so there is no need to keep readjusting and you can leave it that way between runs. I use the Tropf max version expecting to keep the bottom of the 25L pots not so moist since 8 days later of the only watering done the moisture is still at 56mbar, looks like it will take some time to start dripping on. Meanwhile I'll keep an eye on the top moisture and if needed just hand water few mililiters a couple inches from the stems. D7. Today I received the missing parts from Blumat and this is the last day of the first week! I think they are looking good despite the little curled up tips from fifth day at 24h but lighting schedule is already changed down to 20h since fifth day midnight. Now they are 6 cm tall and look like they want to start vegging, tomorrow I'll start to daily increase DLI progressively until achieve 16 DLI by the end of the week. The lazy one seems to be doing it, very lazy but growing a little bit every day 💪

I loved growing this strain, she was very easy to train and quick to flower/finish. Not to mention she yielded pretty damn good if I might say so! I gave her a nice veg to get a good mainline going so I could have an even canopy and I'm sure that contributed to her having such anl nice harvest. Hope she smokes as good as she looks!

Its been a busy week in Fat Zappa's Garden, hence another late update. I am no longer concerned about the gold patches on the plants, there has been a little more since the past update, particularly around the edges of some of the leaves but not much at all and it certainly doesn't appear to be anything serious so my fears have eased much in that regard. The three older ladies in this grow are coming to the end of day 32 as I type this update, and have grown into fairly big plants over the past week or so. Despite having low stress training applied every two or three days they now stand around a foot tall. Not quite as tall as their Fastbuds label mate, the Wedding Cheesecake I am growing in Canna Coco and the same dry amendments, which stands an inch taller than these three sisters, but then she is nine days younger. These three girls are certainly more fuller plants though, and the past few days have seen the white hairs begin to appear, particularly on the bud sites, which have also began to turn light green, and the stem on one of these girls begin to turn more 'vine like' in texture. Remaining on a schedule of about 2.5 litres of dechlorinated, aerated water of PH 6.4, day 28 also saw the garden revitalised by their usual tipple being replaced for an aerated compost tea of 2 cups of Worm Castings, 2 tablespoons of Alfalfa Meal, 2 tablespoons of Kelp Meal, and 1 tablespoon of Bat Guano in a cheese cloth bag, and placed in a UK 5 Gallon bucket with 2 tablespoons of Molasses mixed into the dechlorinated water I had aerated for 24 hours, and then brewed it for about 26 hours. It may just have been a well timed coincidence, but I do feel like the plants have shown a spurt of growth since receiving it, particularly the runt of these Mrs Banners, who received her first session of low stress training on day 30. Prior to this spurt of growth I was not going to perform any LST on her cos she just seemed way to small but has really filled out in the past week, although remains a very short specimen compared to her sisters, and the Wedding Cheesecakes who are 2 days younger than her. I am starting to think something may have gone awry when I mixed my soil up, as the two pots which I struggled to germinate the initial seeds in, one which failed completely, have not seemed to thrive as much as the other four plants. When I mixed the initial mix into the 5 Gallon pots I did it in two batches, yet filled the all the pots a scoop at a time along a row so it does seem strange. I think next time I will mixed the medium with the dry amendments and castings a pot at a time to gain more control and see if things improve. Also, in preparation for feeding the compost tea I did have a trim around the bottom of the larger plants as watering has become more difficult with all my wires and tucked leaves etc, which I immediately regretted, but actually, like I say, the plants seemed to have had a boost over the past few days so I am happy no harm has been done. The lights are now running at the full 450w and set to around 25 inches from the top of the canopy. I have also increased the airflow through the intake fan, the canopy fans are both on high, my two 40 watt fans are now running on medium, and my AC Infinity T6 turned up to three on the OFF setting. My heater and humidifier remain on full on the environment has remained stable despite the ramping up of the light to full blast. Lastly, day 32 began with a top dressing for all these plants, with the larger ladies showing signs of pre-flower. They got heaped portions of 1/2 cup of Worm Castings, 1/3 cup Dr Forest Organics 284 Bloom, and a table spoon of Dr Forest Organics Veg dry amendments which I mixed in as best I could with all my LST wires etc, and then watered at PH level 6.4. I'd like to mix the PH up a little more between 6.2 and 6.8 but it always seems to come out 6.4. I will endeavour to update the pages for the two Wedding Cheesecakes as soon as time allows. Thanks for following my grow, and I hope yours are going well too

Bent a stem doing LST a couple days ago. Lightly taped her, she seems to be recovering. Nervous about continuing LST.
