pH was important as expected and a bit of light burn later on in the grow but ultimately it was pretty smooth sailing. I used a very common nutrient (GHE) and not overly strong. Buds were thick, dense, and moderately pine smelling. The plant did not grow excessively tall thanks to LST, and the LST did not seem to have any ill effects at all. Foliage was thick, and I let it go for a very long time before doing any sort of defoliation. Even then it was modest and just to get light to the lower colas. Still in trimming mode and will continue to update :) Also, other plants in the house got spider mites. Not this one. Could have been that it was in hydro and others weren't but hard to say.

Wanted to try and grow my first autoflowers without any equipment. Natural sun in my terrace was more than enough for these plants to grow without any difficulty.

Da dies mein erster indoor grow ist, hab mich entschieden die Pflanzen nicht zu trainieren nur beobachten und lernen was sie unter der Lampe brauchen. 03.10. This week begins with a video 04.10 Nach Behandlungen sehen die Girls nun lebendig und froh aus. Auch die Kleine von gelb wird sie wieder grün.. 08.10 Die Pflanzen habe ich nur einmal Salze direkt auf der Erde gestreut, VORSICHT nicht zuviel und nicht direkt unter der Planze. Gegossen wurde nur mit Wasser mit CalMag und BioHeaven. Nun sehen sie quicklebendig aus, ausser eine. Diese Salze haben die Aeste sehr gut entwickelt. Salze: AMMONIUMSULFAT 20,6 % N - 58% So3 Lampe: 50-60 cm volle Leistung. Bis jetzt bin ich mit der Hydromars TSW2000 voll zufrieden. und von Anfang an blieb ich auf gleicher Höhe. Denn es sind die Pflanzen die gegen das Licht gehen. In der Blütenzeit werde ich die Distanz verkürzen. Und tatsächlich brauchen die Pflanzen unter dieses Licht mehr CalMag.

End of Week 9 of Flower. I can just taste those buds now! The smell is intoxicating and the view is picturesque. There is definitely a noticeable difference between the two pheno's but I suspect both will pack a good punch. There has been some purpling in some of the top leaves which I expect will increase with the drop in temperature the last week or so. I cant wait to get some good pictures at the end of the week as Ive decided the chop day will be this coming Sunday. The clash of yellow, purple and green is always my favourite so I plan to capture as much as possible since the next update will be jam packed with pictures of the girls just before their chop and after 48 hours of darkness to get the last of that resin production from the plant. I will also take some pics of the hanging plants in the drying cupboard. The reason I am leaving my plants in darkness for 48 hours before they get chopped, is that it has been long belived that this practice will increase the last of the thrichome production and some say increases potency. There has been a recent study in the Netherlands which does confirm increased resin production for plants left in 48 hours of darkness (they also tested 24 hours darkness but found 48 was better) at the end of their flower cycle. The chop has been planned to be pretty straight forward where I will just be taking off the main fan leaves and leaves with no thrichomes as well as chopping off the larfy/popcorn buds which will go straight in the freezer for a fresh frozen bubble hash run. I dont bud wash my flower as my tent gets a regular clean each week and always gets a full deep clean when every harvest is over and besides, its only me and my friends that smoke it! The drying cupboard I use for drying is a small cupboard designed for storing and drying clothes which I have put a carbon filter and fan as well as a small desk fan to circulate the air as well as a small dehumidifier just incase there is an increase in humidity. So the basics of drying is that you want the area where you are drying to be dark and fairly cool (its recommended to be between 15 and 22 degrees C), have a humidity level between 45% and 55%. I aim for around 21 degrees C temperature and 50% humidity. The drying time can vary depending on strain but its recommended to dry the buds for 7 - 10 days and I will explain further about how to tell if your bud is done drying and is ready to be cured on the next post. Drying is very important as you can affect all your hard work if the conditions arent right and the bud ends up too dry (luckily these days there are ways to fix bud thats too dry) or you end up with mouldy ganja which isnt save to smoke. Its also believed that a good long dry in good conditions helps increase potency and also has been shown to reduce anxiety. Our number #15 is the tallest of the grow, a lanky that seems to fill out well, we always hope it gives its best in this respect because if it finishes filling well it will be perfect. Vamos familia, es la cuarta semana de floración, y estás Kritical aparte de carencias que vamos a solventar ya, van progresando bastante bien, las flores ya están agarrando bien los tricomas y ya empiezan a brillar de por si. Settimana di crescita per le piante, aspetto che le ultime due abbiano abbastanza apparato radicale per stare al passo di quelle già messe in precedenza, vedo che stanno crescendo bene tutte, ho ancora dei problemi con gli insetti, non so se le coccinelle abbiano aiutato o no, a breve credo di utilizzare un prodotto per cercare di eliminarli completamente perché piano piano stanno formando dei puntini nelle foglie. Del resto tutto bene, sto aggiungendo i soliti prodotti in più che ho citato nelle altre settimane, dimmer della luce alzato un po più del 50% per avere più luce e anche innalzare leggermente il calore all’interno del box. Ho aggiunto delle piante grasse e 2 animali giocattolo per fare compagnia alle piante😂

As you can see now I am batteling crazy hot temperatures. She is already crazy sticky and has this typical Guava smell. Strwaberry with Pear. I am proud of this plant which has been moved around all over the place and she still will give me a nice yield of yummy Nuggets.

Watered a gallon between the four of them this week (goal to maintain moisture in the beds.) found mycelium growing on top of the beds today, a great sign for soil health! The runt is still runty; if one of the seeds in the solo cups overtakes her in growth, I will probably cull the runt and replace her. Going to be topping in the next day or two, deciding if I am going to do a full “mainlining” run or just top them. TBD

Finally moved into their forever home and final pots all seems generally good,it's abit tricky with multiple strains as they all react differently so trying to balance and learn what each strain likes is abit harder,net is in place and already using it to spread the canopy out for more top nodes and coverage

End of Week 12 (Fifth week of flower) The ladies are smelling reDANKulous and are so frosty and sticky I can't remove fan leaves without getting my hands sticky. Next level terpene profiles. Es war Zeit für die Ernte, im Urlaub hatte sich an der Pflanze im Folientunnel Schimmel an der Hauptcola gebildet und auch etwas an der Pflanze auf der Terrasse. Es hatte in dieser Woche sehr viel geregnet. die Pflanze wurde geschnitten und zum Trocknen aufgehängt.

Hi everyone, had some slight troubles this week. I had my light too high and the thc bomb stretched to quick and fell over when I watered her 😫. I Propped her up then added more soil around the stem, she seems to be ok now. Also been having trouble with night time temperature dropping to 55f so I’ve brought a tube heater and thermostat this has helped keep it at 64.5 F. As you can see from the pics the auto bomb seems to have some defects with her leafs, not sure what’s wrong but it does not seem to be effecting her at all. Day 13 i noticed the edges of the leafs on the thc bomb started to curl up slightly, don’t know why. I lifted the light slight coz I thought it might be heat stress. Apart from all that I am still fine tuning my set up and learning loads along the way. Really happy with how my girls are coming along. 🍁🍁
