What a beautiful strain Orange Hill Special is, nice and bushy, great internodal spacing, sturdy and healthy. Happier and happier with how this grow is going. The less beautiful parts on top are my doing, my blind as a bat FIM destroyed half the top of the plant. More patience next time... The super soil is still performing great and I´m pushing up the dimmer to get the ladies used to more light, very carefully because leaves are folding every time. Some of you might be happy to find my European recipe/shopping list for super soil. I tried to make it with widely offered products throughout Europe. Feel free to use it and elaborate on it. If one product is not available in your country, please check the brands at the bottom, which might be available in your country, and substitute. The only thing one could add to the recipe (which I did but forgot in the shopping list) is some Epsom salt. Fed them again with my permaculture tea, all seem to flourish and smells are starting to come from the plant, with that same distinct dankiness I had in earlier grows with this tea. See the germination page and other diaries for more info on my Perma tea. Now they were big enough, some might even say too big, to start the real training. I always love to give them a little bend the week before, to get used to the idea. With some sterilized bamboo sticks I pushed the plants down to expose their sexy undersides. Day 127 The plante shows well-developed buds covered in a healthy layer of trichomes. The flowers appear to be in their late flowering stage, with calyxes visibly swelling and the structure becoming more compact. The leaves show a mix of green and yellow tones-typical late-flower fade as the plant draws stored nutrients from the foliage. Some fan leaves are yellowing from the center outward, suggesting normal senescence rather than a deficiency issue at this stage. The buds themselves look stable, frosty, and maturing steadily.

The plants all look healthy going thru this first budding phase we are almost done with week 2 of flower which will end on wednsday. I bought some pot elevators, and tied apart a few tops growing closer together. All plants tops look even except the first split plant which has a few stretchers, Not to bad tho. I feed 2 times a week and the rest straight distilled water which reads 6.5 ph. Assuming my coco's natural ph balance is wearing slime starting week 3, I'm going to ph to 6.2.

Ahh shit, here we go again. After 2 month, I'm ready to grow again. This time it's gonna be Lemon AK, cuz its summer you know, not indica time. I'm using same lamp, same DIY growbox but with different reflective material. Gonna use Air Pot , i think it will be better than smartpot, will see. I have chosen some interesting combinating of nutrients for this plant, some from Advanced Nutrients and GHE, hope it works great. First seed that i started to germinate on 23/6 didnt germinate, i guess it was my fault cuz have put seed in refrigerator, and temperature was bouncing between 7.8c- 14c degrees, i thing it was a problem, so no pretension to fastbuds, you guys are awesome. Bought a new timer, set to 18/6 light. 3/7 Bought and started to germinate new seed, checked 24 hours later and its already opened, will plant after 48 hours, mb earlier. 7/7 Planted seed today. 9/7 After morning watering and turning on the lights, plant finally sprouted. 10/7 is first day, watering 2 times a day, on morning and evening. About 50-70ml under stem using syringe, rest 400+ml around plant. Day 2 - 500ml with RootPlus. Day 3 - 500ml with nutrients. Day 6 - Switched lights from 18 to 20 hours. Fans are now turned on 24/7. Intake fan gives a plant some nice breeze. Had no time so watered at night, 1L water under and near plant, and another 1.5L all over pot so it can last until tomorrow after's morning. Day 7 - Plant is showing great progress. No water today. New set of leaves showed up. Very happy with this week. Peace.

Strong initial growth. Had some trouble with the pot being too small and probably overwatering. Lost half the leaves during first weeks of flower but recovered in the end.

📓 Cultivation Diary: The 12/12 Flip & Transition Week 📅 June 5, 2026 (Veg Day 17) Irrigation/Reservoir: Prepared a full 100L reservoir refresh. Nutrients: Kept the feeding aggressive with a double dose of vegetative nutrition (x2 Nutrient formula) to ensure the root zones and plant tissues are fully stocked with elements before the transition. Canopy Observation: the canopy is thick, uniform, and fully occupying the table space. The trellis net is officially filled out, and the lower branches are strong and rigid. 📅 June 6, 2026 (Day 1 of Flower / Bloom Week 1) The Flip: Officially switched the timers to a 12/12 photoperiod (Lights ON at 6:00 PM / Lights OFF at 6:00 AM). Schedule: First irrigation shot triggers exactly 1 hour after lights on (7:00 PM), followed by a shot every 1.5 hours. Volume: Configured the drip stakes to run for 1 minute per shot, delivering 5 shots total per day. This provides roughly 450ml per plant per day, creating excellent target dry-backs overnight to force vigorous root searching. 📅 June 11, 2026 (Day 6 of Flower / Bloom Week 1) Irrigation/Reservoir: Bumped reservoir capacity up to 110–120L to keep up with increased transpiration as the plants begin their post-flip stretch. Nutrient Recipe (TargetingpH 6.0 EC 2.5 Water: 110–120L Athena Cleanse: 120ml Silica: 220ml (Essential for stem strength during the stretch) CalMag: 10ml Athena Bloom: 600ml (Adjusting base to target 1.2–1.3 EC from Bloom component) Athena Core: 400ml Irrigation Adjustments: Increased the shot duration slightly to 1 minute and 15 seconds to match the accelerating growth pace. The early flowering stretch has officially begun. The tops are noticeably pushing past the trellis net layers, and the node spacing remains tight and stacked. Leaf color is an excellent dark green with healthy, bright yellow-green shoots driving upward at the growth tips. No signs of stress or stalling from the schedule shift.

Flushed and using fresh water from here out :) starting to really smell strong, very sweet smelling. had to setup the carbon filter lol. Definitely looking forward to harvest time ;) Will add more pictures as the week continues.

The buds are pretty dense and super sticky! I went through a whole box of gloves lol 😂 Terp-wise, it’s lemony and earthy… the kind of strain where just smelling it, you already know it’s gonna hit hard 🔥🍋

Hello everyone, Another week has passed and i finally see some growth but it's still not what i was hoping for. On coco soil this plant would have been twice the size it is now, I learned alot of my mistakes and next dwc grow will be way better. My water chiller is still not arrived so i keep the temperature in the tent at 19/20 degrees celsius until the chiller arrives. I gave her a good defoliation and will wait a week before topping her again. Thanks for stopping by and have a nice day.
