Day 74 and there getting chopped today! I thought the harvest was going to be broken into two separate weeks considering the times on the Choco was listed about 7-10 days sooner then the DD (wich was listed at 70 days for flowering) However looking at the tricombs on the Chocolate Marshmallow most pheno didnt start getting amber untill the DDs did as well! A couple DD pheno could have maybe gone a couple more days but we will see! Going for reveg on all the pheno, since i didnt get to take any clones. We will see how it goes!

This week has went well for one of the plants. the mainlined plant "plant #1" has exploded in size and now dwarfs the single cola plant "plant #2". I also defoliated #2 plant to try and increase how fat it gets. One weird thing with plant #1 is one of its main colas split on its own, and I did not top it. this can been seen in the video. Don't know why this happened, not angry that it did. Have also been noticing that plant #2 is very indica like with how compact the plant is. even its nodes are compact vs plant #1 that is more airy and spaced out.

1.04 Day 55 Second week of flower, stretch is still very much undergoing. Lots of lovely bud sites, end of next week will be a major defoliation and a little pk boost. Watered today, no molasses, just water. The malted barley has added some nice mold and food for the microbes, not all mold is bad 👍 Removed the humidifier, and added the dehumidifier to keep humidity below 65 at the moment. 4.04 Day 58

This is the last week of vegetative growth. The plant is growing very strong, forming strong branches and big fan leaves. Continued LST on the main stem and some other major branches. Growth is now penetrating the canopy and is being tucked under the net to fill it up. Pruned a few stems and leaves from below the canopy which may never see the light of day. Pale leaf tips/edges may be due to light stress, so maintained the light distance whilst tucking branches under the net as they shoot through. Tracking run-off volume/EC/pH at every fertigation event as I manage the feed EC to monitor what the plant is doing/feeding. Fertigation is maintained at twice a day (at lights on and 4hrs prior to lights off period) to maintain the target EC. Light period is during the night time to better maintain heat/humidity conditions during light off period (which happens during daytime). ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The grow setup includes ; - Secret Jardin DS120W tent (120cm x 60cm x 180cm) placed inside the bedroom - Mars Hydro SP250 LED light - extraction fan - AC Infinity Cloudline T6 (gives me great control over the environment) - ventilation fans - aquarium heater for nutrients solution (for winter use only) - small oil heater (for winter use only) - small dehumidifier - 20L Airpots (as final pots) and 3.5L general plastic pots (for seedling stage) - Canna Coco substrate mixed with 40% perlite - GHE Flora Trio as base nutrients and various additives - pH and EC/TDS meters - 2x Govee Thermo/Hygro meters (one at canopy, the other at the roots level - these allow for external monitoring and recording) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Some strain info from Royal Queen Seeds ; An amazing mix of genetics background - Its true genetics are unknown. Some say OG Kush is a mix of ChemDawg with a Lemon Thai and Pakistani Kush. Others say that it’s just a special cutting of ChemDawg from the early 90s. The most obvious trait of OG Kush is its strong, unique, very dank, slightly citrus aroma, almost like fuel or strong detergent. The flavour of OG Kush is equally as strong and dank, with a long-lasting aftertaste. Strong mental and physical high - OG Kush is an extremely strong cannabis strain, with most experienced smokers listing it as one of their favourites. The effect is as strong physically as it is mentally. Though its effect is like an Sativa, the strain's genetics are mostly Indica. The effect is as strong and complex as the flavour. OG Kush takes around 8 weeks to flower and on average the yield is 500 grams per plant. Big buds with lovely tones - OG Kush is known to stretch slightly during growth but soon starts to fill out during flowering. Generally, it will reach a height of 90 to 160 cm. Its buds are large and dense, lime green clusters covered with a large amount of resin.

Where did the time go, cannot believe a month nearly went by without posting… this week marks my half way point, no more nutrients just 2lt of water, I was away last week and my babies did not get any water they just basked in the sunlight and warm evenings. Today I did not get a chance to analyse was caught up with just wanting to catalogue and but I noticed no signs of any problems, just that she’s itching to be harvest but I need to flush for a month, I dosed them with so much nutrients to a point, I was feeding them 250ml of nutrients only, however before leaving I watered my babies with 2lt and then they experienced a week without water nor nutrients. I will analyse from next week. Tutorials here I come

AMAZING WEEK! The environment is reading for flowering. Lighting, feeding, watering, air temp and CO2 are all stable and should give my plants a stress free life. Humidity is still high, so I'll need to come up with a plan for dealing with that ASAP. I've introduced CO2 into the grow with my brand new AirBomz unit. It uses a light sensor that releases CO2 when the lights turn on, and then uses a timer to release every 2hrs until the light switch off. I doubt I'll reach the 1200PPM stated by the manufacturer, mainly because I'm running an extraction, but I figure some is better than none. Cool controller also included. After doing some reading I can see there's two things that I need to look out for: A) Switching off the extraction so it doesn't suck away the precious CO2 before the plants have had a chance to absorb it B) Making sure the room doesn't get too hot whilst the extraction is off, causing heat stress My solution is: A) Switch off extraction for 15mins at the AirBomz 2hr interval B) Use the Temp Controller the switch off the circulation fan when temp exceeds 27C C) Controller then switches on the active intake when temp exceeds 28C D) Temp is held at 29C whilst the extraction is off D) Extraction turns back on after 15 mins, temp drops below 27C E) Temp controller switches off active intake... F) ...And switches on the circulation fan G) Repeats every 2hrs NEXT WEEK: Work out how much the girls are drinking! I'll know when I change the reservoir.

Coming down the stretch. They indeed smell like a sweet danky frozen coke. Sticky. I held back on the defol to see what they would do. So I’m anticipating some underdeveloped buds but we’ll see. May defol heavy the last week.

They are developing well and the smelling started to be a bit strong with gas terpenes from both strains. I'll keep following the EC and their development to ensure they won't have any blocker. Day 42 - 15/05/2025 🌞 ~900ppfd ⏫🌡️~28°C 💧~49% 📏 40cm distância 3 day later the soil got dry, what it seems the watering cadence based on the pot size. They are going very well. After talk with some friends and reviewing the plant status, I decided to keep follow the nutrient schedule and keep looking at them. Mango Cream and Strawberry Cola 1 stopped stretching and should started the bulking phase, that's why the smelling is so strong. On Strawberry Cola 1, I just remove some leafs that were covering the other branches. I, literally, removed 5 leafs. Watered with 3L of RO water with 4ml of Athena Bloom B + 4ml of Athena Bloom A + 4ml of Athena CaMg. EC 1.9 EC Run Off 5.8 PH 6.0 On Mango Cream, I did some defoliation removing the big leafs on the bottom, that was nothing receiving light and probably consuming plant's energy. Then, they can concentrate on the top canopy. Watered with 3L of RO water with 4ml of Athena Bloom B + 4ml of Athena Bloom A + 4ml of Athena CaMg. EC 1.9 EC Run Off 6.1 PH 6.0 As Strawberry Cola 2 is one week later than the others. So, it seems going to finish the stretching bloom phase. As Mango Cream, I did some defoliation removing the big leafs on the bottom, also some ones in the middle, that wasn't receiving light and ambushing the middle overlapping the middle nodes. Then, they can concentrate on the top canopy. Watered with 3L of RO water with 4ml of Athena Bloom B + 4ml of Athena Bloom A + 4ml of Athena CaMg. EC 1.9 EC Run Off 5.9 PH 6.0 The defoliation on them also was done to improve the air circulation because my tent increased 1,5-2,0C. degrees with the season changing. Hopefully it can help to reduce a bit. As the previous EC on them were between 5.1 and 6.1, it means that they are ok, consuming the nutrients and not blocked by high EC. Happy news!! Day 45 - 18/05/2025 🌞 ~900ppfd 🌡️~26°C 💧~49% 📏 ⏫45cm distância 3 day later the soil got dry and they are going very well. I'm keeping the strategy this week in order to levelling the EC on them. Seen they sucked a bit their development and some burns started to show on the leaf points, I decided to flush them a bit to correct the EC and continue the nutrients schedule correct. I flushed them with 6L of RO water with PH corrected, each one. They reduced the EC to 2.0~3.4 and I added another schedule nutrients solution. All water schedule below is after the flush. Mango Cream I watered with 1L of RO water with 2ml of Athena Bloom B + 2ml of Athena Bloom A + 2ml de Athena CaMg + 2ml of Athena PK. PH 6.0 EC 1.9 EC Run Off 5.3 Strawberry Cola 1 I watered with 1L of RO water with 2ml of Athena Bloom B + 2ml of Athena Bloom A + 2ml de Athena CaMg + 2ml of Athena PK PH 6.0 EC 1.9 EC Run Off 4.9 Strawberry Cola 2 I watered with 1L of RO water with 2ml of Athena Bloom B + 2ml of Athena Bloom A + 2ml de Athena CaMg + 2ml of Athena PK PH 6.0 EC 1.9 EC Run Off 4.5 I also did some defoliation on Strawberry Cola 2 to improve that light penetration and air circulation. Day 48 - 21/05/2025 They definitely are in the bulk phase. The smell is crazy. My flush strategy was successful and they are eating like a monster now and without any bad signals. Happy with the correction results. I also increased the watering volume. Mango Cream I watered with 3,5L of RO water with 5ml of Athena Bloom B + 5ml of Athena Bloom A + 5ml de Athena CaMg + 4ml of Athena PK + 5ml of Athena Cleanse. PH 6.0 EC 2.0 EC Run Off 2.8 Strawberry Cola 1 I watered with 3,5L of RO water with 5ml of Athena Bloom B + 5ml of Athena Bloom A + 5ml de Athena CaMg + 4ml of Athena PK + 5ml of Athena Cleanse. PH 6.0 EC 2.0 EC Run Off 2.7 Strawberry Cola 2 I watered with 3,5L of RO water with 5ml of Athena Bloom B + 5ml of Athena Bloom A + 5ml de Athena CaMg + 4ml of Athena PK + 5ml of Athena Cleanse. PH 6.0 EC 2.0 EC Run Off 2.8 I did a slightly defoliation on the bottom leafs to improve air circulation. This week is working in progress and should be update asap due the plants development. Cheers!🍁🔥

7.5.25: I retied down the branches on RQS Northern Lights auto. I had to clean the tent, so the opportunity had to be taken, I hope not to have to move them again. I ended up snapping a small branch off another plant 😖 She is looking so big out of the tent, and even bigger than I thought! Now, having readjustmed, the fabric ties, and she is looking even larger still. This really is an absolute giant of a plant! 😱 I really am struggling to get them all in, I think the 8 gallon pots were a definite factor in that. They certainly are great for getting big plants, but be prepared if you have a small space. She's still stretching and not really focusing on her bud development in these mid flowering weeks. I think we will be in for a long haul with this lady. I hope she doesn't get too much bigger. I watered some bloom nutes after I top dressed, with Mega Crop Part A by Greenleaf Nutrients. I watered 3.2 litres PPM:745 PH:6.0. This time, I'm going to keep the top dressing moist. So as not to kill all the beneficial microbes. Other than that, I will wait until the pots are light again. Overall, she is doing great, I wish she had stretched a little more evenly to catch up in height. I just can't even out the canopy anymore. I'll leave it and hope she'll sort herself out 😅 I'm very excited to see what happens next! This is going to be crazy whatever happens! 😍😋 8.4.25: Northern lights had dried out significantly, so I watered with 2 litres of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4. Containing per litre: ♡ 1/4 tsp of Greenleaf nutrients Sea K(elp). PPM: 800 PH: 6.4 I don't want the top dress to dry out too much, and the plants are starting to drink much more. 9.5.25: It's a necessity to keep the soil moist. That means I need to water more often now. Today I watered with 1.5 litres of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4 which contained: ♡ 1/5 tsp of Sea K(elp). By Greenleaf nutrients ♡ 1/4 tsp Ecothrive Biosys. PPM: 564 PH: 6.4 12.5.25: Northern Lights has been srayed with the foliar spray and all symptoms have resolved. Due to having a few leaves burnt with that, I've decided to use the Ecothrive Trace in the water instead. It left some orange spots of damaged leaves. Thanks for checking out my diary and hanging out 😊💚🙌🍃✌️

Awesome Week💚 Following some great discussions with more experienced growers, I really think we got things back on track! 🙏 To those Growmies I really raised the ppm this week we topped out around 630 PPM This was in an attempt to balance out some nutrition issues. I think the ladies have responded very well. 😃🌱💪 Raised the light up to 24in as well a few days later after seeing positive changes due to feeding regiment. Started preflowering, showing pistols on all plants. Counting down these last 7-8 weeks when the ladies beauty comes out 🤩 Will update throughout the week with photos and videos. Happy Growing! 🤙💚💪🌱😎🌱💪💚🤙

Noticed some yellowish lower leaves last few days I had cut down the nutes a little but it looks like a nitrogen deficiency from what I've read. I fertilize a week ago but less strength I guess it needs more so tomorrow I will be fertilizing all the big plants im still using grow ferts as my auto looks a bit too yellow to soon I feel like I started bloom nutes to soon on the auto. I've been fighting a little bud rot on the sour but I haven't found any in a week so hopefully I caught it in time. I'm also fighting some catapilars which I've read leads to bud rot. The humidity has been super high lately. I'm thinking im going to harvest the sour desiel this time next week.
