8/19/2023 Day 46 Veg: she is finally starting to develop some additional branching. I've been LST and leaf tucking. I was thinking about doing some additional defoliating, but I don't want to slow down her growth anymore. 8/20/2023: started the subirrigation today, with filtered water with a 6.0 ph. 8/21/2023: she is definitely reacting positively to the bottom watering. She was praying more than usual this morning, so hopefully the growth will continue to puck up speed now. 8/23/2023: defoliated a few more of the big fan leaves, to allow more light to the lower branches. 8/24/2023: had to fill up the water again for the subirrigation. Used plane water with a 6.2 ph. Plant is doing great.

This was the most amazing indoor grow yet I love this strain now and will continue growing it for years to come now!!

harvest day for the AK47 and Amnesia Haze

Hello Growmies, The final chapter of this incredible journey has unfolded, and it's time to share the bountiful harvest and reflections on the entire cultivation process. Trimming the plant was a joy, and with gentle fingers, I removed all the large fan leaves. The precision in this process revealed the true beauty of the buds, setting the stage for a smooth harvest. With care and gratitude, the plant was chopped, and the buds were hung to dry. The anticipation for what lies ahead only adds to the sense of accomplishment. The wet weight, excluding fan leaves, stands at an impressive 782 grams. The buds are massive, a testament to the efficacy of the nutrients used, particularly the Power Buds. The name seems apt, as the result is a collection of sticky, dense buds with subtle lemon notes and sweet pungent undertones. In the final moments, the plant unveiled some delightful purple hues. While I wish I could have allowed them to intensify further, it's a reminder that each grow is a learning experience. In hindsight, a slightly longer fading period would have accentuated those beautiful colors. We live and learn, and that's the essence of this journey. Can't tell I was happy with the outcome but I think this is more a indoor type.lots of problems with bugs and to hot weather.they did not Heald as fast as other autos..but still can't wait to smoke..

The buds are forming! Changed to a nicer light recently, light is great, although my mars hydro 600w did me justice. This new one I got of amazon for under $100 is 1000 watt led and crushing it. It has increased temps significantly which is a bit tough for me to control given my tent is in a closet. Also it is starting to getting less humid outside, so I reduced airflow in the tent to keep the humidity at 50. I have a small humidifier coming soon (oddly a Corporate work gift lol).

Starting out as hydroponics but I was running into root problems and just was not getting better even as she went into pre flower so I had to make that decision to repot her in a soilless medium and from there she just took off. I've never grown an auto flower plant before but miss brulee did well even with all them root issue. In flowering she just showed us what she is made of and because of that little rough start and the results I got in harvest I'll give her a shot again 😁.

D-104 : Last week, I noticed a problem related to the calcium OR to the Ph. I didn't know if it was a deficiency or an excess. So I tried to just wetered girls with the right Ph and A bit more of CalMag 0.8 > 1.2/L. We'll see this week if It was the good choice. fingers corssed ! D-110 : As Chocolate Haze 1/4 start to show nanners and her trichomes are mostly mature, I desicided today to remove her from the main room to settle her in the small room for 48h of black out. For her, the harvest and the drying process will start in 48h from now.

Our sweet lady survived a week of raind and intense wind, the golden rope you see was helping the buds to stay still and to help save branches from breaking. The lady is super sugary and sticky right now, but the buds seem like they are not gonna thicken more than that. This plant has been stressed multiple times during her lifetime, from broken branches to light overdose, she has been kept away from direct sunlight since than, so this is the cause we attribute to this slower growth. Our biggest doubt is about harvest time. The buds do not seem big at all, but they look very orange and the breed's harvest is said to be in mid October, so we should start flushing! While I think we should wait untill the last week of the month, F. says i's almost time for drying. 😵😲 Looking at some pics of last year's harvest I am afraid this lady is not going to produce as much as we tought, maybe because this is our first experience with so many nutrients. Hope someone can help about harvest and buds overall look 😬😬

Day 28 - These ladies are growing like crazy! 2 of them are already almost as tall as my white widow autos that are about 2 weeks ahead! Day 30 - Still stretching like crazy, starting to look much better though I have to say! Day 32 - Ladies are starting to get nice & purple!

Week 12, Day 83 from seed and 3rd day of flower.....The 5 day of this week officially marked the start of the flowering season!! So I flushed both of these bad boys with ph'd water for two days and then today I switched them to 12/12. I gave them their first dose of bloom nutrients and then lollipoped them as you can see, pixs . Grateful no issues to report for the past 3 weeks have been trouble-free!! I'm going to leave the MH bulb in for an additional 2 weeks to prevent any stretching before switching to the HPS. But so far they are still loving their environment. I'm also in the process of keeping clones of fat banana and hulkberry while i try this new strain of Peanut Butter Tree.
