Aug 30: it’s still hot (too hot at peak for photosynthesis) so lots of water, watering outside of growbag, etc to cool things off a bit. Sep 1: almost ready. Found a dried leaf and a spot of bud rot which was immediately removed. Main tops are almost ready and I’ll start harvesting this one later this week. Sep 2: buds are looking pretty ready (at least the tops) and the pistils changed colour last night. Heatwave is now past and now we’re into a couple days of smoke from fires in the NWT. Sucks, but at least this is the first serious smoke here this year. Sep 4: decided to do a chemical flush this year. Great buds last year but didn’t burn well because of excess P in late flowering. Considered another flush product but looking at the MSDS sheets that stuff had ‘editic acid’ which is an obscure but acceptable name for EDTA. That is a very strong chelating agent which will remove salts effectively but I’d rather avoid it. In contrast, Final Flush from Grotek has potassium sorbate (generally recognized as safe food additive) and good old citric acid which is a chelating agent but not as strong as EDTA. Similar products but citric acid is more gentle and the plant still gets some potassium. Sep 5: don’t take flash pics of photoperiod plants unless you follow up with a far red light.

Hola que tal Growers!!! Esta semana empezó con un poco de preocupación por el problema del exceso del calcio el cual bloqueo otros nutrientes, !!!bueno eso espero!!!! hahahaha; pero va muy bien para ser mi primer cultivo Indoor, cambiamos el agua de riego por agua embotellada que tiene un PH= 6,9-7 y un EC=0,3 µs/cm bastante menor al agua de la red. Normalmente riego según la necesidad de la planta, siempre que veo el sustrato seco riego, el primer riego de esta semana solo agua aproximadamente 500ml para limpiar un poco la raíz de ese exceso. El siguiente riego si la alimento con aditivos universales de plagron, le va muy bien, la decoloración de las hojas no sigue, pero aún se notan en las fotos las pueden ver. Solución de riego PH=6,5 EC=0.8 µs/cm ( en la tabla de plagron me recomiendan llevarla a 1.7, pero quiero ir despacio para ver como reacciona, es más fácil corregir una deficiencia que un exceso si me pide más la planta se la suministraré)

02/05 - Empieza su tercera semana en etapa de crecimiento. Se encuentra muy bien, de una semana a otra crecio mucho de altura y tuve que realizarle el corte apical. Sus chalas estan perfectas sin ningun problema. La semana que viene ya entra en etapa de floración. Por el momento no tuve ningun problema con ella. It's Day 25 Week 04 Of Flower For My 02 Kombucha Cream By atlasseed . And For My Snow White and SpliffStrawberry By Spliff Seeds Amsterdam . So Yesterday was Feeding Day All 04 Plants Received 4ml of Quad.AG Products Humonic, 4ml Of Emerald Harvest Nutrients CalMag and 8ml Of Hygrozym By Hygrozyme 4 Growers . I ph this mix at 6.1 Ppm on this mix is at 291. Now on Runoff my Kombucha Cream 3-Part had a Ph of 6.4 and Ppm is at 1490. My Snow White on Runoff as a Ph of 6.3 and Ppm is at 822. My Kombucha Cream 2-Part on Runoff as a Ph of 6.3 and Ppm is at 933. My SpliffStrawberry on Runoff as a Ph of 6.1 and Ppm is at 698. My Kombucha Cream 3-Part Is starting to spike up so I will Keep a closer eye on her. Now let's talk a little about Water Temperature before you feed your plants. On this run I been watering my plant with water temperature at 24 Celsius to 25 Celsius and I am seeing a big defrence on my plants. Also when I feed with Emerald Harvest the ph will spike up a little. And when I feed with the Humonic my ph will balance. Quad.ag Humonic is a fantastic ph balancer and a Great Root Builders in the early veg stage. I can go on and on with Humonic but all keep that for another post 😜. All 04 Lady's are Stacking Up like Champs and getting really Frosty. HAPPY GROWING GROWMIES 🤘🏻

Feb 14, 2018: Seems my fears were unfounded, I'm not seeing any spots of mildew and I think in 4 days I would see something if it was there. Water with plain water, just ph'd nothing else added. staked up a couple of the buds, all the other palnts are managing to hold each other up, the fan leaves seem to grow into each other so the canopy is a solid moving mass. When the oscillating fan hits the colas the whole canopy sways slightly. For future grow I plan to have more space between plants, and will need a screen/net to hold everything up. Feb 12,13 2018: Watered with 10ml/Gal Tiger Bloom, 10ml/Gal Big Bloom, 2tsp blackstrap molasses, 1ml Cal-Mag per gallon. Ph'd to 6.5 ish. Lost my SD card so didn't get any photos 2/12, but took some with my phone on day 73, and then found my SD card. High quality photos are back tomorrow mourning. Feb 11, 2018: Had a bit of a freak out, thought i had spotted a couple PM spots forming, think it was just the leaves resinous sticky. After the scare decided to do some major cleanup of old leaves and ALL dead leaves, i know it wont help fight PM, but added a small 6" fan circulating air below canopy. Humidity has been constant due to running a dehumidifier so it stays between 45-50 lights on and off.

Fun fact : my TDS meter broke down. I was running an EC of 4.3, needless to say the plant went into super lockout. I lost a lot of leaves and am trying to get it on the right path again. I had enough foliage to survive it fortunately trichomes are still quite empty, most likely it will need another 2 weeks to mature UPDATE: Day 67 the plant seems to have finally stabilized again, EC and PH stopped swinging around like crazy
