So the bigger one I keep under watering it’s drinking a half gallon every two-3 days and I’ve never watered this much so I keep hesitating and wilting her other two are doing amazing switch nutes to the geoflora they didn’t respond well to the advanced nutes so we will see what happens one is actually flowering finally one is barley starting and the other hasn’t and it’s day 42 I’m kinda confused started silica on 1/4 so hopefully they like it they are looking good tho my canopy is staying level for the most part I’m happy with this grow so far

SUMMARY: - overall everything went smooth but I overcompensated the LED height, I started too high (lack of extension cords), then I dropped them too low, ultimately burning the second set of "starter" leaves (after the cotyledon set). I didn't get the humidifier and climate to synergize in the way I liked either, but it went well overall. nov. 11 12:00 - third seed has still not been able to germinate, resorting to emergency soak in glass of bottled flat water 15:00 - seed taken out of glass back in damp paper towel nov.12 23:00 - put humidifier inside tent set to 95% but rH never got to 60% according to AC infinity's humidistat in between both smart pots at soil level - lowered lights from 30inch to floor to 20inch to floor - soil is 3.5" from floor - seedling canopy is 1.5" tall nov. 13 - 15:00 Grow tent climate stabilizing with the humidifier helping keep the rH between 50-60%, which is about 10% higher than before. - note: humidifier is set to max 95% rH on its setting, claims the rH is high around 80% but the AC humidistat right at the canopy claims it is closer to 50%. - Keeping the AC Infinity CLOUDLINE T6 controller set on 24/7 only on setting 2 - note: must be careful with the S6 active intake, as the ducting can drastically drop the cfm coming in, resulting in a rapidly increasing negative pressure which if left uncheck could force the tent to cave severely. It was very important to watch immediately when changing the inline fans speeds, and the ducting positioning to ensure a stable and safe pressure exists. - Temperature stable around 78F during 18H of LED light - soil is slowly drying up, its still significantly heavier than the empty pot, not quite moist so will have to see about watering, still trying to get those roots to work for it and avoid overwatering. - Turned on 6" mini fans to get the lanky stalks to dance a bit and strengthen, fans are about 2 feet away at 45 angle set on "normal" power nov. 14 19:00 - humidifier is able to get the tent to a low rH of around 60%+ nov. 15 14:00 - one hour after turning on lights without humidifier on and the rH drops from 53% (as it levels out to when lights are off for 8H) down to 40%. Nov. 16 17:00 - seedlings looking a little sad and in need of some water - the younger seedling’s leaves are starting to twist a little bit (like a propeller), this could potentially be from the mini fans moving them around. - gave both plants 3x waterings of 50ml each, over the course of 5 mins. Watered until run-off, soil was extremely light and dry as to encourage greater root growth. Water was measured at 6.92 and the run-off is measured at 7.21 for the younger smaller seedling but 8.14 for the larger older. Nov. 17 14:00 - seedlings had to sit in the room just under normal room lights as grow tent was set into final position and hooked up to the new ventilation going out of the house. - some potential concerns with the air exchange “leaking” cold air back into the tent - the concern is that the grow room sits around 70-74 during the warmest possible times - whereas, during the coldest possible times it is possible for the grow room to drop to 63, which is the lowest temp just outside of the danger zone - - 22:00 right now the fan settings are synchronized on 4 and humidifier set to 80% - it appears as if this setting will hold the rH around 60-70% and the temperature around 70-74F - grow room temp: 74 - humidifier: rH 78% - set to 80% - Older seedling getting some discoloured around the tips and a little bit of a brown tip - likely lowered LED too long, but they were out of the grow tent a few hours , so not worried at all and expect full recovery in 48 hours - Lights now 27 inch from the floor / 23 from canopy Specifications:😎👇 Seeds: - 2x White Widow feminized seeds from Crop King Seed Tent: - 4x4x6 Mammoth Grow tent LED: - 2x Spider Farmer SF1000 LED (default 100 watt draw for seedling but will be bumped up to 125 Watt for flowering if not sooner) Pots: - 2x 0.5 L starter pots - 2x 5 gal smart pots after transplant Soil: - Pro-mix containing mycorrhizae and perlite, used for starter pots and mixed at roughly 1:3 ratio with Ocean Forest - Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil, used in the 5 gallon pots and mixed with roughly 3:1 ratio with pro-mix - note: pro mix was mixed thoroughly with ocean forest in the 5 gal pot, then pro-mix was used on the top layer, in and around where the transplant will be to help the early veg stage avoid getting too "hot" via nutrients. The budding has begun👀. Flowers are starting to mature pistols are turning to buds. Everything’s looking great! Looking forward to the buds putting on weight. Just continuing to water and added some bud candy for trichome production. The tropical cooler is super fruity dank smell if that is what you are looking for I highly recommend. The next best sent is the Super Lemon Haze x Gary Payton lemon tropical punch smell. The Blueberry Swirl has a zesty lemon smell. Fat Banana has a buttery lemon smell. Probably gonna pheno hunt Tropical Cooler later.

Esta semana fue solamente de flush 🚿 en esta ocasión decidí usar florakleen para ver con cual obtengo mejor resultado si con este o con flawless finish, lo hice así, primero hice un lavado con pura agua con ph de 6.2 lo hice desde el ultimo día de la semana anterior, fue lavado doble, uno en cuanto se encendio la luz y otro justo antes de apagarse, luego empezando esta semana regué dos dias usando el florakleen y ph de 6.2, el tercer día no regué y al final de ese día le di corte ✂️ y la colgué, actualmente ya la tengo curando, la tuve 10 días secándose con una humedad de entre 50 y 60% para un secado lento.

pretty bummed out the other 2 plants that are flowering in the same tent as these mixed autos both might have hermed on me so i had to chop them early. the 2 mixed autos are looking a little droopy / sad so i really hope they didn't get pollinated. we went on a trip to colorado this week and i didnt have anyone to watch the plants or water them but i figured they would be fine being as we were only gone 3.5 days. well when i got back they looked fine and i only had enough water for the mixed pack plants. i waited until morning for the banana pp and regular purple punch and then they both started feeling almost crunchy on top so i did some investigating and i found a few nanners . i chopped right away and am praying for the best. one of these has some copperish hue to the tips on the newer growth? im not sure what that means im seeing maybe too much iron? i really need to calibrate my ph pen so i can pay more attention to it. i have been getting disttilled water jugs so its usually at 7 and im assuming the nutrients bring it down some but i rarely check because i never trust if the pen is on or not lol. thinking about going organic to avoid dealing with ph at all.

New week, new growth. So we have done another defoliation to allow the lower shoots to be exposed to the lights which equal to a better yield come flower time, they always need a day or 2 recover after being put under any stress, especially if its an extreme amount of leaves being taken off. They were also lollipoped to clear up and messy under growth and to improve airflow under the canopy. I also took clones from each of these. Paying close attention to the EC and pH. Increasing and decreasing as and when I need to going off what the plants show me. Close to flower now. A few days to go! Quick foreword: I hate how Growdiaries does Harvest and Smoke separately and then messes up all the pictures. Please bear with me, I tried to label them all. Wowsers, what a trip this contest grow turned out to be! I am so sorry to submit it one day before the deadline, life got in the way, but the good news is this lovely plant has had a chance to fully cure and she’s been helping me through big changes in my life. Dry weights will be in the Smoke report. I have only input the mother’s dry weight as the total end dry weight. This is because this is a competition diary and the rule is one plant. Consider the clones a successful experiment. They are only here to document how hardy this plant is and how easy she is to clone. Remember, one of the clones was the top of the plant I cut off when topping her before flipping. I usually can never get those to root, but this plant clones very easily! As always, the main plant was dried in a cardboard wardrobe box, modified to have a 5v USB fan extracting air at the bottom. This helps prevent mold but keeps moisture in for a slower dry, which leaves some more terpenes. Drying took around two weeks. Trimming was a pain. I love the smell of this plant, but her lowers are so leafy. If you go back to around the weeks where I flipped, you can clearly see I left too many lower nodes and as a result I had too much of a bush. The Micro DWC experiment ended up surprising me the most. Check out the smoke review for its weight and taste! some people also asked me how far I keep my lights, I don't measure the distance, sorry. I use Photone on iOS and push the ppfd of my plants up to 1000 during flower. The Soil clones and the main competition plant were planted in organic soil from a local garden center mixed with organic fertalizer tablets and worm castings, the clones were in 1L and 3 gallon pots and the main competition plant was planted in a 5 gallon growbag. once the plants ran out of food I fed Plagron's Alga line. the DWC clone used just Plagron Hydro A+B and extra PK 13/14 in flower, this is by far the cheapest and most effective way in my experience, it could be due to lack of skill in organics, but you can clearly see, my DWC plant is frostier than my soil ones, and they're the exact same phenotype. I'll probably be going back to hydroponics, I'm not saying organic isn't the way to go, but for me personally, my skillset and way of growing better fits the artificial nutrients, and as a result my DWC plants flourish. I feel more in control with DWC, I know exactly what's going on in my buckets, whereas with organics I'm often scratching my head in frustration.

I flushed them on day 48 with straight R/O water No more nutes, hoping to get a good 10-14 day flush Swelling more and more each day, getting more and more frosty each day

3rd week of flowering looking great . No deficiencies , no pH problems. Did some defoliation and strategic leaf removal to let more light hit the buds.

This week I´va started to smell some sweet and fruity aromas... 😊😊😊 The buds are taking weight and the trichomes start shining 🙌

Afghan Hash Plant, week 6 of flower. Another frosty strain, but not quite as frosty as the Mango Merengue but still beautiful. The Afghan Hash has a sweet citrus smell with an earthy smell. Not much to do other then water since they got their last bit of slow release nutrients acouple days ago which lasts 3 weeks.
