First pistils started showing on the canopy so the flowering period timer started this week. Tops are looking good, forming shape across the net. Stretched branches are being tucked one square across every 3-4 days or tied down. Pulled down most lateral branches applying LST where they weren't long enough to nicely go under the next square across of the net. The net is filling up nicely, with more pruning below the canopy of growth tips. Only pruning a few fan leaves which are stacking - the back and sides are piled up with huge fan leaves. Fertigating with an inflow EC of >1.35 seems to be moving the run-off EC higher - will maintain higher inflow EC until run-off is within acceptable range. Run-off EC Should be within 300 Points of Inflow EC. Run-off EC is now approaching my target since I've increased the inflow EC. Tracking run-off volume/EC/pH at every fertigation event as I manage the feed EC to monitor what the plant is doing/feeding. Fertigation is maintained now to once a day (at lights on) to maintain the target EC. dry weight of buds after trimming = 93 gram and about 5 gram of Trim so 98g Total. Actual plan was to leave the plant some more days but after seeing some Nanas developing inside the buds i decided to cut it at day 65 of flower. great smell and cant wait to smoke the final product. All in all definetly a good strain for living soil.

Man, that plant is really taking off. It's finally starting to look just like the good old Gas House Parent. I can almost smell it already. Can't wait to see how much bigger it gets! Not a lot to update the seedlings have came up out the soil at this point they are still to small to tell any visible differences. I started all the seeds from all 10 packs and and I put 26 of them in soil I now have about 20 of them left I still have atleast one left if every strain. I just kept the 20 plants that all started off at the same time it’s so much easier when there is not some plants behind from the rip. In a few days I will pick out the best one from each of the 10 strains and toss the rest so sad there is a plant count here.

This was a hell of a journey and I leanred so much along the way. Really impressed with the outcome and how forgiving this strain was for a novice grower. The spark that started me on this journey has sure as shit turned into a flame.

Added Universol Yellow (High P) and Calcinit 1:1 to increase EC and root growth, no ml values, used the fertilizer to reach stated EC values. In addition to KMPS I added POLY(DIMETHYLAMINE-CO-EPICHLOROHYDRIN) in a very small dosage to the tank, this helps to keep the ORP stable high, did that on the last day of week 3 so results will be visible next week but it already did and the last hours of week 3. The plant is still slow growing on top, but roots are doing well. She is a girl that is visible now but really early. I don't know what is going on because there are no deficiencies, roots are healthy, etc. the other plant in the same system is growing vigorously. Did top her anyway. Removed some leafs that were blocking new nodes. Values are average of the day. Yellow Zushi is growing very well and uniform, looks like she is training herself to stretch lower branches up. Looking healthy and growing fast. Thinking of topping main branch but not sure yet since I also want to start taking clones soon!

All going fine this week they had a feed and done some light LST and leaf tucking, buds coming on lovely 💪

Wow what a week this has been, the plants have all undergone fair dramatic changes. A real flurry of leaf yellowing, pistil darkening/curling, and bug swelling. The smell is really coming along now, I think we're really quite close to harvest. On the assumption that pre-flowering was two weeks, this strain should be ready at the end of week seven flowering, so in the case of this diary the end of week nine (i.e. one week to go!). Pistils are about 70-80% amber, and the lower pistils on buds have started curling inward. Trichomes look to me to be something like 10% clear 80% Milky 10% White. I have smoke tested a small bud off the lower part of plant 3 today after quick-drying overnight in the airing cupboard, taking into consideration the obvious chlorophyll from the fast dry, the high was much closer to what I am expecting than the last smoke test. It came on at the normal pace, was quite effective, and lasted a good while. I am really hoping I can navigate my way through the next process, as I feel quite close now to having some home grown bud for the first time. The plants are being well watered this evening with just water, and this will be the last time that I water them until harvest. I will continue to monitor these daily, I intend to harvest at the first sign of any amber trichome. Advice and comments welcomed. P.S. Exciting news!
