Day 55 - 18/11/19 i still think another 1-2 weeks for this one, getting a jewelers loupe for the beginning of week 9 so i can tell exactly where were at in terms of harvest :) anyone got any thoughts on this little plant? have a look at the photos and videos and let me know in the comments below :) oh and i finally nailed what this strains smell is - tropical hubba bubba gum with cheese :'D Day 59 - 22/11/19 Got my jewelers loupe 2 days ago and ive been having a look at them. its pretty hard to see for a newbie grower. ive looked at harvest guides online and seen pictures of clear, cloudy and amber trichomes. mine look mostly cloudy (60%) and slightly glassy (40%) with barely any ambers. i may be wrong but the reason i think its cloudy is that it looks white against the leaves instead of see through or like glass. so going on this for my first trichome inspection im gonna harvest in the middle of next week. Smell is getting strong enough to stink out a room, still that tropical cheese smell, although its just so pungent it lingers in the rooms after bringing it out of the tent to inspect it. smell isnt a problem if you put it back in the tent and spray some air freshener stuff in the next room. the carbon filter is doing its job exactly as described along with the fan. The fan leaves started to get yellow patches and sugar leaves starting to curl. and a friend thinks its nearing the end of its life. I flushed yesterday and will flush again today to drain out any excess salts and nutes. Thanks for following along. im excited for week 9! Happy Growing!

Week 5 The plants are exploding! Its just one week to the last update. The Durban Poison are the 4 plants on the top right. The whole bunch of them are very happy with the soil mixture and all the fertilizer I added. and i think the mycrorhizae from the forest-soil connected already to the plant roots, which is fckn good news! All plants are looking super healthy! And more good news 3 out of the 4 plants are females. The test results from the lab came yesterday 💪 And apperently the seed sexing method worked quite well for 3 out of 4, very crazy! One seed that i idnetified as male turned out to be female. Only 2 more weeks and then these beauties will go outside! I m getting so excited! Next update in 2 weeks! I cant wait hahaha 💪💪🎉

Finally got my blue dream from seedsman. Winner of the contest seeds of knowledge Here it is finally growing this beautiful lady I gotta say this one was almost broken, it arrived very well but since it was hidden as requested when I open the box with a razor to take out the seeds Packs my bad accidentally cut a tiny side of the seed Shell which I noticed and place into germination and now she is here with us and we are very happy to welcome her to our family Day 1 Tuesday Place into germination Fully at dark until next morning from 8AM Started to get light since she is a photoperiod At the end of the Day went and hid it in a box very well so its dark Day 2 Same process took her out and start again sunny Day for her indoors of course Day 3 Thursday finally got her showing its cotyledons doing the same process :3 And im guessing it goes with the sun At the end of the Day got to give her enough darkness she is a feminized seeds which I have to make her flower after idk some time so I will try and see how much she can grow and get STRESS for yield and potency, thanks a lot for your support Happy Friday btw 👽🌱 **** DAY 5 My girl is a monster and needs to recover Taproot was coming out of peatmoss and I didnt even notice so had to transplant to a Bigger pot soon, since she is not an auto she is way too fast cuz taproot was out in the bottom so I had to take the net out of the Peat moss so roots van expand comfortably but accidentally broke the tiny edge while sliding with lil to no pressure and it sucks but it was stuck and it was either that or just plant it like that but well probably I should have left her be but anyways she is young I think she will develop more since she is in a better soil mix now than just Peat moss, wish me luck cuz I really hope she is better and gets to grow huge, we will see at the process right This is whats all about Lets do our best tho We will! My little purple frost monster is booming right along trichome coverage is crazy and she so purple with golden pistols not much smell yet but does got that GMO stench to her not going to be a big yeilder but is really pretty going to harvest her in a couple weeks about to start giving her carboflush and getting her ready for harvest running 6.2 pH lights at 100 percent she def has a unique fade going on leaves are turning golden so here's to another week of growing lfg

Esta cepa es bastante resistente y Fácil de cultivar , os la recomendaría sobretodo a cultivadores novatos, y no tan novatos claro , ya que se valora mucho una floración rápida en indoor.

The bush has been moving for 2 weeks now and I have no opportunity to take detailed photos. The grow report is being supplemented after 3 months.

The buds are noticeably swelling up, getting thicker and more solid every day. They’re really starting to take on that dense, compact form I’ve been hoping for. It's amazing to see them take shape, becoming more compact and substantial. The plant seems to be doing really well overall—healthy, vibrant, and strong. Every day, I'm noticing more trichomes forming on the buds. It’s a sure sign that everything is progressing nicely, and resin production is in full swing. I’m eager to see how things will unfold in the coming weeks. The excitement is building as I get closer to the final stages. Can’t wait to see what’s next!🌱

Giving Alien Vs Triangle a second try after my first started showing signs of herming (bananas). Planted the seed directly in soil and she sprouted in 5 days. I'm not going to do HST bending as I did with the first one. I know I accidentally went overboard with HST the first time and that most likely caused her to herm out. I want to get her to harvest as quickly as possible so just going to do some light defoliation and a FIM pinch on this girl. The first AVT smelled insanely good when I chopped her, I'm looking forward to bringing this one to a proper harvest. 👍 My Perpetual Harvest strategy…. Originally my plan was to start 2 seeds each month, but had some seeds from one breeder that did not germinate early in my rotation. Ultimately, this caused single seeds to pop and messed up my 2 at a time plans. But, that seemed to work out OK, because now I think starting one seed every 3 weeks is a better strategy. This should provide me with 4-5 plants at a time, instead of 6. However… Since I need to shut down over the summer because my tent is currently in the attic, I’m starting 2-3 seeds at at time for the last couple of rounds. Plants get fed once weekly on weekends. Seedlings get water only. Plants in vegetation get water and Recharge. Flowering plants get water, Recharge or Big Bloom (Fox Farm). Feeding is done using 2 gallon watering can. Any additional waterings during the week are given on an as needed basis per plant. I lift the plants to help determine which plants are more dry (lighter) and provide water any plants via water bottles and watering spikes. I give each pot a quarter turn every day in an effort to make sure the plants get equal lighting from all sides. I rotate the plant in place by turning the pot 90 degrees (I am not rearranging the layout of the plants in the tent on a daily basis). The soil is an ‘organic super soil’ I mixed myself using organic top soil, organic potting soil, organic compost, organic peat moss, organic perlite, organic vermiculite, lime, epsom salt, expanded clay pellets and Jobe’s organic fast start. I am also recycling my soil and water with Recharge when using recycled soil. For plant training I have tried a variety of things, but my plans now are to do LST bending only, no HST anymore. I may decide to go back to HST again in the future, but I’m curious to compare LST training only to see how that goes. Around week 3 I'll do a FIM pinch once there are 4-5 nodes established. And some defoliation around the 3rd week of flowering. I have been doing HST bending and having good results, but think the HST may be causing the plants to take longer to harvest. I hope FIM/defoliation only will help increase harvests while getting me to harvest sooner. I busted myself up so havent been able to get into the grow much for a couple weeks. They are definitely thirsty and not getting enough water so will water more deeply next time around a gallon per tote a day.

AUGUST 24 to AUGUST 30, 2024 Sunrise 07:05, sunset 20:50 for total daylight of 13:45 hours. Specimen continues to push upwards, gaining approximately 13cm in height over the past week. Plant is taller than anticipated and planned for, which could present some difficulties as it's getting into the oscillating air circulation fan's wake. Was surprised to see the continued stretch, but there were two days of high heat that may have been the trigger, or, it may have been the result of defoliation and pruning, or it was simply the plant's final push, or a combination of all those factors. It appears to have crowned, or is close to being fully crowned, and as such I undertook a fairly heavy defoliation to improve airflow through the bottom of the plant, and strategically removed leaves in the upper canopy to improve light exposure. Fungus gnats did regain their hold, and so I decided to top dress with Bacillus Thuringiensis Israelensis (delivered via pulverized Mosquito Dunks) in an effort to kill larvae, treated with Soil Pest Defense (Neem Oil, Castile Soap and Yucca Extract) and replaced Bug Scan Yellow Sticky Traps at soil level. Effects were pretty immediate, but I will need to stay on top of this. Would like to cease use of Neem Oil in the soil, so considering acquiring some beneficial nematodes to combat the pest issue. Overall, specimen and its' "neighbours" in the greenhouse are doing well, and filling the room. When accounting for the bench and containers, tops of plants are over 152cm (5ft) from ground level. It is making management a little more challenging, and proving to be more difficult to find good angles to photograph (the space is pretty much filled up). The scent of citrus, skunk and spice emanating from the greenhouse is building, and at times quite strong. Still appears to me to be on-track for ripening the week of October 14, 2024. Day 120 - n/a Day 121 - Drip watered 5.0L of plain rainwater with pH of 6.7 Day 122 - n/a Day 123 - Defoliated specimens, focused on removing leaves from lower parts of the plant to improve airflow (lollipop), pruning hidden or non-producing branches, and strategically removing select upper fan leaves to improve light exposure and airflow. Day 124 - Top dressed with pulverized Mosquito Dunk (1/4 unit per specimen); 1.5L drip watered with plain rainwater in the morning; Hand watered 2.0L of Soil Pest Defense Drench in the afternoon; Hand watered 1.0L of plain rainwater about 30 minutes after soil drench; Replaced Bug Scan Yellow Sticky Traps (1 unit per specimen, cut in half and rested at soil surface on two sides; With defoliation from yesterday, room air flow seems adequate, after increasing speed of lower fans. Day 125 - n/a Day 126 - n/a Next week, planning to feed the rhizosphere with Compost Tea and continue efforts to control fungus gnat population.

One more week down in the early veg. Later today or tomorrow I will give them a FIM along with some light training. The plants are really taking off as you can see in the time-lapse. Always fun watching the plants move about. With luck the next few weeks there will be some great explosive growth videos. Fun fun.
