The plant has recovered well from the last capping and defoliation🏻‍♀️ A few leaves have yellowed a little, but that's not so bad🏻‍♂️ It will get a compost tea🍵 in a few days when it is sent into flower and then everything will be fine again😊💪🏻🏻 The compost tea is brewed and was given to the Watermelon Runtz at day 49 of Veg🍉🏃‍♂️

Peace growers! Another week of the flowering phase is behind us. We are in the best time of the entire plant cycle. The buds are gaining a lot of volume and the trichomes are filling up to a milky color. The plants are slowly starting to shed their lower leaves and are getting ready to ripen. Judging by the trichomes, it seems to me that they are faster at this stage than I expected. We will see what else they can do at the end of the entire cycle. Sometimes I think that these plants would be very well suited to a stronger wattage of light when I see what potential the girls have... But I like them the way they are and thank you for following them with me :) - Peace growers! Další týden květové fáze je za námi. Jsme v tom nejlepším čase celého cyklu rostlin. Palice vydatně nabírají na objemu a trichomy se plní do mléčné barvy. Rostliny začínají pomalu odhazovat spodní lístky a chystají se na dozrávání. Přijde mi podle trichomů, že jsou v této fázi rychlejší než jsem předpokládal. Uvidíme co ještě ze sebe dostanou v závěru celého cyklu. Někdy si říkám, že by těmto rostlinám vydatně slušela silnější watáž světla když vidím jaký mají holky potenciál... Ale líbí se mi takové jaké jsou a vám díky, že je sledujete se mnou :)

This week I defoliated slightly for better air circulation and improved light penetration, mainly removing leaves blocking budsites that had purple petioles. They seemed to respond good. Also foliar sprayed with light potash solution, upped pk with guano and provided micros with seaweed extract. Feed EOD and water with silica in between feeds. RH now around 50-50% most of time. Improving air circulation is now top priority on to-do list

It's been an interesting week. I had to ask for help with resolving the intense smell coming from my garden... I can smell it from my driveway at this point.. I was advised that I probably turned my fan up way too high, which overloads the carbon filter on the end of my exhaust. I ordered another new one.. turned it down.. and I also had to cut down the cheese auto... all her trichomes were cloudy bit I definatly could have left her for another week... just couldn't handle the smell lol. Ask for help and you shall receive, thanks Growdiaries. And thank you Oozlefinch for the solid advise.. ✌️ I bought a rosin press this week and it's awesome.. she will be used for this grow as soon as things are ready. I cut out my backyard to plan for round #3 for all these plants.. plus a whole lot more! Process/ Environment changes: -Turned down my exhaust fan.. the carbon filter can't keep up with the amount of air being pushed through it.. in the water industry we would call this 'short circuiting'.... The Gorilla cookies is growing well. It's a tall plant with long nugs ( I hope the full out a lot more). I would recommend supporting the branches at this point in the grow. There's a slight smell coming off her and trichome production was late to start compared to most the other plants I have... I suspect she will go past 90 days unfortunately, but I'm excited to see what the finished product looks like. Hitting her with compost teas at a pH of around 6.7 That's it.. I'm on auto pilot at this point.. there's not much I can do except sit back and wait. Thank you Fastbuds

The plants are stressed AF and after more research from being here I'm seeing the problems. I got another fan and put it on the intake duct so that air was being actively pushed in rather than passively from the other fan which only takes air out. And then I got a photometer app called photone. So I fixed it until it read 100 on the PAR meter which the guys at the grow place told me was good. Now with this hygrometer I can pay attention to this and maybe set up alerts for when the VPD exceeds a certain range.

Day 71 Update: Watered both plants with almost a gallon until runoff. Water was just plain pH balanced water. Plant #1 has 5 days left on flush and Plant #2 has 11 days left on flush. Although with my tent filling up, I will probably harvest Plant #1 tomorrow as I don't think 4 days of being in there will make a difference in the end product. Day 72 Update: Harvested Plant #1 today. Plant #2 has 10 days left on flush. Day 74 Update: Watered plant with 3/4gal of pH balanced water until runoff. Plant #2 has 8 days left on flush. Also, added another stake to help support a heavier branch. Day 76 Update: Placed buds from Plant #1 in jars to start curing...maybe a little bit too long drying, but if that's the case I'll toss a boveda pack in. Plant #1's yield was 57.2g or 2oz 1.2g. Plant #2 will be harvested sometime next week and I will update the harvest page as soon as buds are dried and weighed.

This time the plant grew up pretty big buds but in the last 2 weeks the climate turned to summer so my plant was under heat stress and showed signs of herma but nonetheless it is a very wonderful plant.

🇩🇪 Cherry Limeade - Wochenkommentar Die Cherry Limeade hat sich in ihrer ersten Woche nach der Umstellung auf 12/12 hervorragend entwickelt 🌱. Sie hat offenbar genau auf diese Bedingungen gewartet und ist förmlich explodiert 🚀. Mittlerweile füllt sie schon einen großen Teil meines 60er Zeltes aus und entwickelt eine richtig schöne, gleichmäßige Struktur 💚. Auch diese Woche war ich beruflich wieder vier Tage unterwegs. Das Blumat-System hat während meiner Abwesenheit die Bodenfeuchtigkeit bei etwa 50 mbar stabil gehalten 💧. Der Pflanze scheinen diese Bedingungen ausgesprochen gut zu gefallen, denn trotz meiner Abwesenheit hat sie ordentlich an Größe und Masse zugelegt 🌿. Nächste Woche bin ich wieder häufiger zu Hause und werde deshalb täglich die Triebe unter das SCROG-Netz flechten 🕸️. Im Moment ist die Pflanze durch das Training auf etwa 32 cm Höhe heruntergebunden. Der Stretch läuft bisher genau so, wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe, und ich vermute, dass er nächste Woche erst richtig loslegen wird 📈. Ich bin aktuell wirklich sehr zufrieden mit der Entwicklung. Die Pflanze sieht rundum gesund aus und ich kann keinerlei Mängel erkennen 💚. Auch die Reaktion auf die Umstellung auf 12/12 gefällt mir ausgesprochen gut. Seit heute habe ich den Luftbefeuchter aus dem Raum genommen und den VPD auf 1,1 kPa angehoben 💨. Gleichzeitig versuche ich jetzt, das Blumat-System langsam auf etwa 120 mbar einzustellen. Vor meiner Abwesenheit wollte ich allerdings bewusst nichts mehr am System verändern – ich wollte nicht kurz vor einer viertägigen Dienstreise an einem perfekt funktionierenden Setup herumschrauben 😅. Gestern habe ich außerdem den Flower Komposttee von Almicanna angesetzt 🌸. Nach 24 Stunden Brauzeit habe ich noch etwas Melasse hinzugegeben und lasse ihn jetzt weitere 24 Stunden brauen 🫧. Morgen bekommt die Cherry Limeade dann ihre erste Portion Flower-Komposttee in dieser Phase 🌱. Insgesamt könnte ich mit dem Start in die Blüte kaum zufriedener sein. She seems to have been waiting for exactly these conditions and has absolutely exploded in growth 🚀. She is already filling a large part of my 60 cm tent and is developing a really nice, even structure 💚. Once again, I was away on a four-day business trip this week. During my absence, the Blumat system kept the soil moisture stable at around 50 mbar 💧. The plant obviously likes these conditions very much, because despite me being away, she put on a lot of growth and mass 🌿. Next week I’ll be home much more often, so I’ll be able to tuck the shoots under the SCROG net every day 🕸️. At the moment, I have trained the plant down to around 32 cm in height. The stretch is progressing exactly as I hoped, and I suspect that it will really start taking off next week 📈. I’m extremely happy with the development so far. The plant looks completely healthy and I can’t see any signs of deficiencies whatsoever 💚. Her response to the switch to 12/12 has been excellent. As of today, I’ve removed the humidifier from the room and increased the VPD to 1.1 kPa 💨. At the same time, I’m now trying to gradually dial the Blumat system in to around 120 mbar. However, I deliberately didn’t change anything before last week’s trip—I didn’t want to mess with a perfectly functioning setup right before being away for four days 😅. Yesterday I also started an Almicanna Flower Compost Tea 🌸. After 24 hours of brewing, I added some molasses and am now letting it brew for another 24 hours 🫧. The Cherry Limeade will get her first serving of Flower Compost Tea for this phase tomorrow 🌱. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the start of flowering. Her first week above ground! I didn't do a very good job with this strain last time 😏 Lets see what happens this time.

So far so good. Another week has passed and everything looks nice. At the beginning of this week i transplanted the blue cheese and special queen in bigger pots and they dont look so small in comparison to the others. In generell all plants recovered good from the topping and in this week i think i will start with some LST and removing some of the lower leaves. I also raised the lighting higher, because i wanted to see if they stretch themselves a little bit, because they didnt grew so much in height but only developed more leaves, but i think i will lower it again and also increase intensity. Also i added up the fertilizer since i had some yellow colering of the leaves at the bottom, and so far they show no signs of overfeeding. Since it wasn't raining like in the last 2 weeks i took them outside to make some pictures with natural light. So lets go into the next week :)

Tuesday update Ok so the plants are on a 12/12 cycle now and have been for about a week but I’m not counting it at a flowering weed until I. See pre-flowers at least. I’m surprised they hadn’t really reached sexual maturity by the time I flipped but it’s all good. They are getting to a very respectable size now - more so than that, they all have a really decent amount of growth nodes and are growing outwards more than upwards because of how I have topped, defoliated and got rid of the crap lateral branches at the bottom that don’t do anything. I was actually really amazed at how compact and scraggly they were at the bottoms of the stems when I came back and checked them today. They look much more bushy and straggly than the autos I have grown. I would say there is more need to have lolipopped and topped and stuff than with autos. If you really want you can just leave autos to get on with it and they don’t go TOO bushy at the base where as these really needed a tidy up. I do see a couple of pistols now which is starting to stop my worries about their sexual maturity and time management. With photos are you supposed to veg until you see them pre-flower? Or do they only show pre-flowers once you flip?

So today I started the flush, is the first time I used a product to flush, I have read and basically, the community is split in half about to flush or not to flush, I will see first hand if actually flushing creates a better quality.

All plants were thinned out a little below. Since not much light was able to reach these shoots. Now we give them a week or two before we go into bloom.
