Buds continue to fatten and the smell is beautiful. Red pistils are starting to show from bottom buds. Some leaves are starting to get pale green. They are listening to Nirvana and Fugazi.

Well, I've been comparing this with similar strains, untill now, i think she sugar kush is less profitable when using LST, but it works good, and the plant is nice and low

Start of week 7, nothing really new, they are bouncing back well after dealing with issues I set in motion early on, by over watering, over feeding, and too much light early on. Seem to be getting better, due to advice from my resident experts! You know who you are. 😁 I'll have a bigger better update in a few days when they get there first full meal. I think this is the part where patience is truly tested, so far she’s doing fine I believe! Last few weeks of flowering ahead I presume? Past week has been cloudy so I’m just hoping for a bit more sun coming week!

Harvesting a little earlier than when i would like, because of the rise of bugs that appeared last days due to climate conditions... this year temperatures are oscillating more than usual having 1 rainy week, then a sunny hot one just after it rains.. In fact, last year, it did not rain until November So the plagues were on the leaves, mildew powdery(just a coulpe of leaves),aphids(like just in the leaves of one cola), and some caterpillars almost ready to get out and start eating all the buds, (hopefully i cut that day).. Sounds bad, but the parts of the plant affected was only the leaves... and means that a proper cleaning is coming so removed all the leaves and the result is what you can see, that bonsai.. Spotted 2 dead material points in big colas, that i removed after drying.. I did not weight the plant wet because of the smell that i had on my house that day, things went very tense, i was a bit busy, and even, it has not much sense to me, im better weighting the dry material. So at the end i think im having very good quality, and the affected parts are less than i thouth at first, so im very happy with the results.. On the scales are the best buds, the rest is the lower part of the colas that were less developed so im doing hash with that part.. Happy New Year!!! Over the past week I did some HST bending on my photos and cut down 2 of the 3 Blackberry’s. The branches are starting to recover and straighten out after the HST now. I still have some issues with pale leaves and a few spots here and there. I’m going to try adding some Dolomite Lime with the next watering and think that should help with the paleness. I’m also going to up the amount of CalMag and Mammoth P to see if that helps with the spotting. I’m not sure if I should see the spotted leaves recover or if the spots will remain. I suspect the spots will remain on the existing leaves regardless of what I do at this point, but hopefully no new spotting will develop. The lights went off before I was done taking pics, so some pics will look a little different. The pics with the lights on I had to color correct, they still look a little more on the yellow side than in reality, but much closer to reality than the pre-color corrected versions. Once the lights went off I turned the flash on for my camera, those pics did not need any color correction. You can see the differences in the pics of all plants, the first 2 are color corrected with the lights on, the last 2 are taken with a flash and no color correction. Also all close up pics of the Critical+ are with the lights off and flash on. I read several books on cannabis over the past few days, some good, some not so much. One that I liked was “Marijuana Cultivation Reconsidered: The Science and Techniques For Huge Indoor Yields” by Read Spear. This book is available on Amzon’s Kindle Unlimited service, which costs $9.99/month, but they offer a free 30 day trial (which is what I’m using at the moment). Reed’s book is broken down into 3 sections, the first and third go fairly deep into the science behind growing, he does a pretty good job at breaking it down in easy to understand terms, but I had to read several sections 2 or 3 times to really get it (or just move on with as much understanding as I could digest). The second section is the nuts and bolts of growing. Most was a review but there were several topics he touched on I hadn’t thought of in a while. And again its well written. He also offers the section only in a separate book called “Small Spaces, Big Yields”. If you are not interested in going deeper into the science behind growing, “Small Spaces, Big Yields” is what I would recommend (if interested in reading books on cannabis). I took some notes while reading and I’m going to add some of these notes in my dairy updates over the next few weeks. This week I’m going to include a note on electrical, this should be a fairly basic concept, but it is super important IMO… “Electrical Items In a sealed grow room or in a tent, you will have water pooling on the floor from time to time. There is no avoiding this. Mop it up when you see it, and never put your electrical gear directly on the floor. Never. Not even for a moment. In fact, let me stress this point in bold capital letters. ALL ELECTRICAL GEAR MUST BE MOUNTED SECURELY ON A WALL OR TENT POLE.” -Read Spear I’ll add more did bits like this in my diaries over the upcoming weeks. If anyone has any good book recommendations please let me know in the comments. I’m looking for books that might not be as popular as the ones by Jorge Cervantes or Ed Rosenthal (I’ve read those). I did just order “True Living Organics” by The Rev which I’m looking forward to reading. But I’m looking for more. I really want to step it up and learn as much as possible. Really good week with lots of growth. G1 is very frosty and is starting to put on some weight. Her phenotype is purple with a very gassy terpene profile. Can’t wait for her buds to fatten up. G2 is producing trichomes. She is green with a sweeter aroma. I defoliated both plants and removed the bottom third and some popcorn buds that wouldn’t get enough light. Frostbanger is stretching very tall and is towering over the others even if i raised them a bit. She is starting to flower so I hope it stops. Watering 2L every other day, added some calmag as I noticed some deficiency on G1. Light is at 100% at 40cm 800ppfd

17.05. I don't have anything special to say, of course the weather is terrible... it's 6-7 at night, 15-16 during the day, so they're inside... the temperature inside is 20-21 during the day, at night from 15 to 17 when it's this cold... the plants were exactly 3 weeks old yesterday, today they entered the fourth week and most likely they will wait inside for the fifth week as well because the weather is terrible and there is no point in transplanting yet. Week 3 has started well, the plant looks really healthy and I've noticed that it has become thirstier, I've been watering it now every 2 days and I'll give it a 1L water at once with 6.9PH. The only thing which I am concerned about is the height of the plant, I've noticed that it grows only bushier and bushier but the height is almost the same as a week ago, I have done a lot of research and what I have found this shouldn't be anything to be worried about as I am not under/overwatering the plant. But please if someone more experienced grower sees this, let me know if you notice something I don't, all the tips are more than welcome! I've fed my lady twice this week with 1/4 of the recommended dose of nutes, I also gave some hesi booster to her first time this week. I have started low-stress train her this week and it seems to work great. I have decreased the humidity and temperature a bit this week as well (22c and 45%) Week 4 has now started and I will post some pictures at latest by weekend 😎

Every going well, no more signs of herming. Pistils are getting a golden colour, stands out a lot. Very cool.
