The SCROG net was installed on the last day of Week 6, I included a couple pics from that night, to compare with how the plant looked the next day, which was the first day of Week 7. My nerve damaged fingers caused me to be a little rougher with her while the net was going on than I like, but as you can see, she bounced back very quickly and was reaching for the light less than 24 hours after being mangled lol. I will continue to systematically defoliate the upper canopy every night or two for the next several weeks, and will completely strip most everything below the net. Every night or two I'll tuck any branches that need tucking, and will remove any fan leaves covering bud sites. She spread out pretty well in the net, and truth be known i probably could have gotten away with a 6 week veg after, plants are a decent size in the net with the stretch left to go. Flip happens at the end of Week 7 The manganese issue seems to be getting much better by the end of the week. Will keep my pH levels at 5.8 for the remainder of this grow, and any subsequent grows. I also devised a fan mount to save on space in the net. Instead of standing the fan, i simply cut a piece of 1x3 to length, drilled 2 holes in each end, large enough for zip ties to pass through. then I simply zip tied it to the tent poles, took the legs off the fan, and screwed the base to the board. I placed a piece of foam on top, as the screws were a shade long and I was afraid the small protruding tip would eventually puncture the tent. Works much better than expected. No movement in the mount at all.

Week 3 - Transplant to fabric pots Transplanted the ladies in to 17L fabric pots. Used GHF BioGrow and BioBloom in a 2:1 ratio 1g per L to unamended coco-perlite (70/30) mix with extra worm castings. Turned the wattage up on my ballasts to 400W each. The ladies have finally settled in their final pots and the are happy in their new environment. I also performed LST by tucking fan leaves and softly pinching and bending some of the bud sites.

10 days to go for Sweet Skunk. Frisian Dew has still a long way to go.

Looking good height wise. But humidity is high at 68% and she is getting blackening / darkening of lower leaves that continue to fall off.

Week 7: Branching Out & Embracing the Unknown 🌱🍍 Okay, I'll admit it: This whole FIMing outdoors thing is uncharted territory, but hey, isn't that half the fun of growing? The FIMing worked like a charm! Three sturdy branches are shooting out, and the original main stem is actually the runt of the litter. 😅 I guess that's a new one for me. Normally, my outdoor girls turn into towering 2-meter trees with popcorn buds galore. But this year, I'm after quality over quantity. A few strong colas, please and thank you. Am I following any hard science? Nope. Just going with my gut and the good vibes my pineapple is giving off. She's still in veg mode, so I did some more defoliation and LST to keep her energy focused. Feeling good about this experiment so far. Who knows, maybe FIMming outdoors is my new secret weapon? Time will tell!

It’s bern roughly two months these guys have been growing! Lst’d Both but untied the gg because I wasn’t sure she was benefiting from it so I’m going to do it over. These ladies (I hope) will start their flower journey next week when I revive my new flower tent 😎..stay tuned for some epic buds..I hope!!

I'm turning my tent into a citrus garden 🍊🍧🧡 I will be growing autoflowers: Orange Sherbet by Fastbuds and Cream Mandarin XL by SweetSeeds just like I did with Mimosas. This seed is full of vigor. Germinated without any problems in substrate in 4 days on schedule, without any hesitation. Didn't need any help with the shell and didn't care about low humidity. That's what I want to see in my seeds. I was having all kinds of issues with seeds lately but this one wants to live love laugh. I guess we'll see, let's go growmies 🙌 She spent the first two days in a cup, day 3 I carefully transplanted her into her final pot before roots got to the sides of the cup. I hope she won't notice. As this method of putting the seeds directly in soil worked very well last time I repeated it, 9/9 germinated. I put them in egg trays to keep them all covered in the same film. By the 5th day at midday they have sprouted and in the night I checked under the trays and some roots where passing to the soil under so I separated them and put every seed with it's part of the tray in their definitive pots (the cardboard then dissolves into the soil) I used Plant Revolution's Great White powder first a bit sprinkled in the seeds and then into the holes in the pots One seed had helmet head and kept me worried, it took several days to open (attached video) first I managed to remove the shell but the membrane was still covering it, I kept it under a plastic cover and misting it regularly to soften it until it started to rip, the last day I removed it and the cotyledons promptly opened.

First of all sorry for not showing you all the transplant of this beauty, My phone freaking died and couldn't be able to film the process of this plant, I'm very sad about it, but anyways we gotta keep working, so this lady has been Transplanted on day 39 just like her sister and she will be fed with the complete biotabs organic line, I've prepared the 15L pot adding 25G for every 5L of soil of startrex then sprinkled a few mycotrex grams on the planting hole, and once the transplant was done I added 3 biotabs slow release tabs and then just watered with 1g of bactrex and 1ml of orgatrex per liter of water, the plant looks absolutely beautiful, let's see how she develops, one thing is sure, she won't be hungry at all!

The buds are gaining mass really fast now and even the smaller plant looks good. I decided to take them inside because there is supposed to be a thunderstorm with heavy rain today. Really happy how they are turning out so far.

This strain gave us no problems, very simple to grow! The plants both stayed small and bushy until flower, then they took off. We will be back to adjust the weight and add more comments. 8/14/21 - The buds are done curing and it’s 🔥 Smooth and flavorful 💨 We finally smoked it and couldn’t finish a joint lol. It’s a lot stronger than we anticipated. I love indica strains and this is now one of my favorites. Next up we have 2 Lemon Kush and 2 Gelato growing outdoors as a side project in between indoor LED grows. Blueberry from seedsman was so simple to grow. We messed up on a few things but we got plenty of nice buds and made 2lbs of butter for edibles. -FIN-
