All is developing nicely, introduced cannazym and boost to the mix. Finally I have access to a better camera which you will see on the later pics. The cuttings I took seem to survive for now, with some outrooting their cubes already.

Into week three of flowering: - Need to up CalMg this week cause all my last grows with this strain the plants were stressing and showing signs of Mg deficiency I think. - The buds are stacking up pretty tight. - The top of the plant is showing some red veins AGAIN, don't know if it is genetics? Or is it too much light? ANY SUGGESTIONS? - Usually what happens is that after week three top of plant will show red veins and some leaves will turn light green yellow. Since my plant is showing the following symptoms: - Slow yellowing of top of cannopy - Fan leaves pointing up in a steep angle - Leaves are tacoing up a bit with sharp pointy serrated leaves pointing up - Veins are turning purple and some leaves are showing green veins and yellowing of outer part of the leaf REASONS FOR THE SYMPTOMS: - Since the light is too close to the top of the canopy, although my light is running at around 60% and it is at least a meter away from the light. I think because this was a mother and basically she is accustomed to top canopy PAR of around 180-220 and she was measuring around 600PAR so that is just too much for the plant to handle. So I've lowered the light output so the top canopy is around 420 PAR. - Also my humidity is pretty high at around 72% so I lowered it to around 65% - The reason why the leaves are tacoing up to the light is because the canopy cannot take the high PAR, the temp at the top of the canopy is only 76F so that is acceptable, but the plant is trying the sweat due to the high PAR, but because the humidity was also too high it was not sweating as much as it should. - The reason why a light stressed plant shows different deficiencies eg. magnesium and phosphate is due to the "extra sweating" that takes place, cannabis plants don't choose what they intake, if they need more water to sweat, extra nutrients will be absorbed and this will lockout some of the other nutrients in the solution. **End of week update: Tried multiple changes but still no luck on getting rid of red leaf stem. - Added a 1 hour sunrise and sundown light regiment - Decreased Humidity to 65% from low 70's - Top of canopy PAR decreased from 600 to 350. Leaves red stems still not going away and top of canopy still trying to get rid of moisture with fan leaves pointing up. If anyone can chime in that would be great thanks.

Hello Everyone and welcome back! Its been another tough week so I hope you are all hanging in there safe. So in this week at the start I did a pretty good defoliation to allow more light penetration and to clean up the lowers on the plant. By the time I took these pics it is hardly noticeable. During this week I also did two waterings. The first was 20L of water with 3tsp freeze dried coconut and 3 tbsp of microbial mass. The 2nd was 20L of water with 1/8 tsp of sulphate of potash, 3 tsp coconut, 50ml liquid kelp and 4 grams of TM7 Ful-Humix. After this most likely I will only use the freeze dried coconut for the remainder of flower. Its really cool to see the flowers develop and watch them start to swell. While they were younger I had added a few bamboo poles but I added 2 to each pot trying to stick to the outsides of the pot as I did it to not damage the roots too much. I think they will get heavy enough to need support so I am trying to be proactive to protect them. The flowers have a pretty great smell happening when I open up the tent. I made so many mistakes during this run I can't even believe we made it to this point. The flowers aren't great but they're aight considering. I tested some run off and ppm was 3000+. I was consistently hearing the condensate pumps go off which made me think I was getting run off not realizing it was from the dehumidifier. The pics were taken on Thursday and after 2 days of flushing they look better and have swelled up a little bit. I sprayed dr zymes for the thrips 3 days in a row to try and knock them out. I know spraying in flower is never great but the zymes evaporates and really had no noticeable negative effects on the buds (pistil burning or residue) and I havnt seen a thrip or any damage in a few days. I also got the full line of Marrone bio grandevo, venerate and regalia which ill incorporate into a weekly ipm starting next run. I'm gunna wash the buds at the end. Hopefully all the dumb shit I do this run I can learn from and improve. Day 49 I've dropped the base nutrients and have them on 8 grams per gal of full tilt with some aptus additives and enzymes. The multi strain makes it tricky as a few really need 70-80 days but at this point I just want to wrap it up asap. I'll hand feed the 3 or 4 plants that still need the base probly.

I trimmed these a little early because I am going away for two weeks. The person taking care of them will only water them.That's why I trim them.Hopefully when I return, one would be ready to harvest and the other two would be finishing up shortly after. The last couple posts of this might just be screenshots until I return and harvest. I defoliated a lot of the leaves that were covering nug sites a lot of leaves that returning a slightly different color.

Day 29 - Things going along nicely .... i trimmed down some of the bigger bottom leaves, i didn't have enough soil to fill the pots, and the plants are short, bushy, weird little things, that filled out the inside of the pots..... they are only 15cm tall, but the leaves are 10+ cm .... really weird little plants.... haha.... i decided to trim the fk out of one of the ones in the double pot, and practiced topping on her.... i'll cut her down maybe trimmer her of the pot, and focus on just the 2........ they seem to be still growing upwards, so i'm not in a hurry to put em into flower mode......... on the main one i noticed some neut deficiencies ... so i upped the neuts.... should be ok, i put a good heavy neut and it stopped the spots etc..... i think some bug or something got in the double pot and is livin in there, but he doesn't eat much, haha....... the main stalks are as big as my thumb and under each canopy is all the branches..... it's really strange, to go in under all the growth and see it all .... they look kinda small, but the entire under canopy of leaves is all full .... i'm moving the huge sized leaves out and pulling each branch up over them as they grow..... this is 21 THC and 19 CBD, so it's all the good stuff for medicine ... the smell is getting abit noticable and i'm hoping the exhaust fan arrives from china soon.... just got positive ventilation into a carbon fil. ... and daily air out........ i think i had the led lights too low..... so i'll raise em abit more and see if i can get em to stretch .... Day 30 -- added some video's...... daylight vids... worth watchin for a laugh ...... first grow, so idk what i'm doin, ... any help/comments appreciated Day 32 -- added some pics of the late night trim and LST,... idk looks ok.... The Afghani has filled out really well. The smell coming from this plant is sweet and skunky. The cold night temperatures are causing the leaves to turn purple and some of the hairs are starting to turn orange. I'm having a hard time with identifying the difference between milky and clear trichomes. They look cloudy to me with a few areas that are still clear. I'm hoping to harvest next week but I may have to go another week.

But today, the sun finally made a solid appearance, and the top layer of the substrate dried out just enough. Perfect timing to introduce the effective microorganisms I had waiting! 🌿 Looking ahead, the forecast is calling for some serious heat. With that in mind, I’ve decided to kickstart the flowering stage manually on the 12th of June. Starting bloom a bit early should help me dodge the risk of mold during the damp September and October stretch. Better safe than sorry! 💡🌺 Overall, she’s been developing beautifully—strong, healthy, and ready for the next phase. Through germination and was delighted to experience 100% success rate👍 Two girls this run and now have a GSC and a GSC2 this run. GSC was chosen for the first to break the surface and while the second GSC to come up is now GSC2, she was actually the third to break the surface. Excited to run this strain from Fast Buds.......there are newer strains but sometimes a classic is good😃 Greater focus on VPD this run. Already pushing the humidity higher than I ever have with having controller set at 72% with temperature at 79 degrees. I have been reviewing the numbers and I have normally been close but it looks like I have to raise everything by about 10% and for a few weeks long😬😬😬😬😬😬 Trust the science and lets learn some more from this grow!!! *****Daily Detail: Apr 11, Day 1: - VPD - 1.2 - 500ml first watering given with nutrients as listed. (minus Velokelp) - pH water to 5.6 - Girls up and looking like they are ready to go. Apr 12, Day 2: - VPD - 1.0 - 500ml feeding with VeloKelp @ 2ml/L, Piranha & Voodoo @ 2ml/L. pH to 5.6 - lowered light intensity a bit more. - Both girls are doing very well. Nice leaf colour and tips are turning up now!! Apr 13, Day 3 - VPD - 1.2 - 500ml water with 0.5ml/L each of Piranha & Voodoo, Dual Fuel. - 300ppm with 5.4pH. Apr 14, Day 4 - VPD - 1.1 - 500ml water with Virtathrive and Piranha & Voodoo Juice @ 1ml/L, VeloKelp @ 2ml/L, and SensiCal @ 0.5ml/L. - 210ppm with 5.5pH. - the girls are very happy and colour looking good. Tips are pointed way up on GSC and GSC2 seems happy but may have a little more going on below the soil right now so a little slower looking. Apr 15, Day 5 - VPD 1.0 - 250ml water with VeloKelp @ 1ml/L. - 95ppm with 5.4pH - GSC really looks happy and hope she is pushing out some serious roots below:) - GSC2 is holding her own looks fine. Apr 16, Day 6 - VPD 1.0 - 500ml water with Piranha & Voodoo @ 1ml/L, Vitathrive @ 0.5ml/L, Dual Fuel @ 0.5ml/L. - 300ppm with 5.8pH - GSC still looking pretty happy and continues to point tips up. - GSC2 is standing up a little more and over looking like a nice. - Moved all the girls today one spot in a clockwise rotation. - Noticed more residual moisture on the bottom of the pots than anticipated. Apr 17, Day 7 - VPD 1.1 - Turned on flower light on UnitFarm this afternoon and they are happier. - Both ladies up and proud to be alive this afternoon. - Dry out day today and no added water/feed, just misting. - Let the medium dry out a bit and give a nice week 2 feed tomorrow.....they are ready for a little more nutrients now.

This is now the one before the last week of my grow. Since it's my first grow, I'm not sure when to harvest, I wanted to wait another week and then harvest what do you think ?!

1 GC last stunted survivor, 1 SG stunted survivor and remainder 2 SG and 3 SS are going good let's see where this grow will take us. I tried germinating Gorilla glue 4 but both of them didn't push through after sowing them. I might be doing something completely wrong while sowing. Can't push more seeds through germination because the rest of them are at different stages of grow and everything will fall apart. Let's hope the 7 plants make it through fingers cross. Review: Plants aren't as green as I would expect them to be either the medium is too inert that they are turning yellow and stunted. So I tried fixing it with aggressive push of nutes and checked the EC and now it's at a comfortable 0.70 average among all the pots improving from meager 0.20.
