Transplanted into 6.5L pots for now until I figure out where to put them in the garden. I did a top layer of more Sprout Island Blend and then my own homemade compost the rest of the container. I figure keep it nice and mild on nutrition at first and then they can reach down for more if they need it. The compost has a lot of worm activity. I also put them down a couple inches because they were so leggy to give them more support. I have them in a wire dog kennel with deer netting around the outside to keep critters from munching. They're much happier with actual sun and are taking in the fresh air well🌞 2 out of the 3 have red stems so maybe an indica hybrid?👀

saw some yellowing, tended to it with some terp tea, and put some potassium and magnesium in the res.

This week sees the start of Flowering. This should be week 4 but I lost pics of seedling stage. I changed my mind and decided to defoliate and allow more light penetration. I also took off the lower stems that had not yet reached out to the light. I am hoping the energy of the plant will be focussed upwards. My lights are sitting around 550-600 Ppfd and will sit around that mark until the end of vertical growth. DLI is around 25-30 on 19 hours of light. VPD is in the zone with temp of 23C and humidity of 47%. The HiparGero 800W LED is an excellent fixture for the price and the optic 1XL is a nice new addition. New week! Tips and help from last week, I had around 1500 ppm and I did flush my roots in water and change everything. Now is around 1000 ppm and dropping 150 ppm a day. Did read about water level in DWC and how to increase the grow with water. I had the water almost up to the root or the level of there the basket is. Now I have 1-2 inch (2-5 cm) below where the roots come out. This create air roots. I'm not sure if it's the air roots or the ppm but my flower is boosting. Can se buds grow!! Trimming so I can keep the same hight. Have any tips or rekomandation? Only have one question for next week and this is: it's looking a bit thigth between the buds and all of the leaf is cristal on it. Should I cut some more leaf? And what leaf should I trim? Is so thigth in there. Or will it grow fine?

The girls survived. Always the biggest stress in the beginning. Getting sprayed with water twice a day. Gonna do the first watering soon. Hoping for growth!

Man! I am definitely hooked on my new hobby. Harvested 96 grams of smokable bud and 93 grams of bud/leaves that I will be using to make dry ice hash. Took a third of that second weight (31 grams) to account for pure bud (which is more on the low end) and added to my 96 grams of good flower to get the 127 grams total. Made plenty of mistakes that I’m sure dropped my yield, the biggest being the lighting situation. Plants grew right into my light and even got bleached. The height of the plants made the outer colas grow past the high light areas, which made the buds very airy. But overall it was an amazing experience. I learned a lot of things, some that I have already incorporated on my second grow. And even with my drop in yield, I still ended up with more than enough flower to last me to my next harvest, so this was a great grow for me. Thanks to everyone who followed, liked, and commented. Your words were helpful and meaningful.

This week started strong. Some small concerns due to small orange spots appearing on fan leaves which on researching indicates a calcium/magnesium deficiency. Will add a small amount of cal mag to their next feed

End of week 9, harvest time! She has dense heavy buds for the most part. Just the lowest and most inner bud sights are fluffy and small, compared to the rest. I will update with dry weight results and smoke taste review in about 2 weeks. Update - March 7 - today was the first smoke and then weigh-in for the OG Kush. Total dry weight 242.2 grams, not including the smoke sample.

We harvested one of the Tropicana XL girls , this is going to be a weird entry because I decided to not make a harvest entry till the other one lady finishes. Unfortunately because of my sticky fingers from all the trimming I did not make many pictures/videos of the grow itsels, to fill this void I decided on including the harvest videos and photographs. Although the final weight will be summed up in the final harvest. We finally see that our problem with the plants may not a deficiency but overfeed...decided to leave the reservoir as it is for this week and add only fresh water next week we will flush the system and for seven days the girls will only drink water. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The SE7000 runs at 520 Watt and about 33cm from the canopy and is doing an astounding job. Weiter Daumen drücken hoffentlich wirds kein Müsli. Pheno 2 zeigt Anzeichen von Kaliummangel (gelbe Spitzen an den Blatträndern) dem wird mit 1ml/ Canna mono Kalium und 1ml/l Plagron pk13/14 entgegen gewirkt. ph wert und Leitwert im Drain passen. Pheno 1 bekommt vorbeugend 1x die gleiche Mischung. Interessant wie unterschiedlich neben dem äußerlichen Erscheinungsbild auch der Nährstoffbedarf der Beiden ist. Am letzten Tag der Woche 6 wurden die Pflanzen etwas entlaubt. Im Laufe der nächsten Woche wird das Blätterdach weiter geöffnet.

03/01/22: All main colas and smaller colas have an abundance of white trichmomes - looking very well and are sticky. Defoliated for the final time and Lollipopped removing all of the bottom veg to promote bud growth. Pistils are still hairy - just waiting for them to flatten down. only a very few pistils throughout are turning brown - hopefully this will increase within the next few weeks. Overall I am happy with the way things are going - and should only be 2-3 weeks more til harvest.

Day 37 06/08/24 Tuesday De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today with calmag only. Pre flower stretch initiated, pre flower female sex pistils forming 😍 She is shown in video next to her stunted sister, she is in with my other diary 2L GreenHouse Run. Day 39 08/08/24 Thursday Feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 with Plagron PK13-14. Showing her pre stretch 😍 Day 41 10/08/24 Saturday De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today again with calmag. 400ml with run off now. Day 42 11/08/24 Sunday End of week De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today again with calmag. 400ml with little run off this time Pistils on pistils now 😁 Starting to see the beginning of bud formations 💚
