~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2203 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/1- I soaked both seeds for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged roughly 24 hours later. 12/3- Today their tap roots were about 1/4 to 3/8" so at 11 am I transferred them into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph using a tine off of a plastic fork as a 'mini trowel' to make a hole in the pellet and to gently cover the tap root, leaving only the seed head slightly exposed. This method accomplishes most of the initial work the seed has to do by eliminating having to orientate itself, push it's root down and head up. By 10pm the #1 seed had her cotyledon leaves opened ...waiting on the #2. 🧐 12/5- Well this is Day ONE for the #1 FBT #2203 and I anticipate seeing her sister poking her head out real soon! I'll keep them in the covered/heated Jiffy tray until I see their roots beginning to emerge from the peat pellet, then I'll transfer them gently into their respective fabric pots. The #1 will be going into the 4g Gronest pot from FastBuds and the #2 will reside in a 3g pot by Wraxly, which I'm trying out for the first time. 12/7- Yesterday I checked the #1 tester and she had roots starting to emerge from her pellet so tomorrow I'll transfer her into her 4g Gronest pot. The #2 tester has finally made an appearance and this will be Day One for her! She looks great and I'm confident that she should be ready to transfer into her fabric pot in the next couple of days! 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Starting the swell. They have about 2.5 weeks left and they are doing very well I've been letting the pH drift on its own and the plants have been enjoying that over keeping the pH at a solid 5.9. I set it to 6.3 and let it drop down to 5.8 then bring the pH up when I top off the res. It is definitely getting loud in the room but that's not a bad thing. This grow has been fun. And surprisingly very easy. Thought I was gonna have a hard time with hydroponics and I'm living it. Hopefully the taste and quality is that of organic if it is I'm switching Appreciate everyone checking me out see y'all next week enjoy

The plants are drinking more Still trying to find the best nutrient feeding schedule. I noticed the leaves were turning light green after i took the nitrogen level down so i put it back up a little. I defoliated this week only removing the leaves in the middle and top that are blocking other bud sites. took only a few off each plant so the plant doesn't stress out. I left the bottom larger leaves on the plant so it takes the nutrients from the bottom first before the rest of the plant when its deficient, That way only the bottoms will turn color instead of my whole plant. Thats just the way i like to do the defoliation but i know everyone has their own ways :) Next week I will defoliate once again.

All but the cpie auto has germed. I didn't like using the rockwool. I realized I like to see Taproot. Before just putting it in medium. So I put all of the seeds out of the rockwool and put em in their forever home. But the cpie had not even begun to open and it still hasn't and I can't find it. So I'm putting another one of my bx2 skunks in called temporarily called skunk v3. I got seeds from five different back crossed with Mexican and afghan phenos I created from breeding the original seeds my gpaw got in the late 80# after my gpaw came back from war he started growing So yes I have og genetics. But I'm creating my own line of f1s -f4s and bxs. Skunk v3 grew really short. 2 foot gallon fabric pots and after 14 weeks at chop ( I know it's early for a photo but I did this grow natural to see had the best natural traits I'm looking for. And it only grew to maybe MAYBE a foot. And yielded the most densest and biggest colas out of all of them despite being more than a foot shorter than the rest of the phenos I had going. So now I will have two bx F1 skunks growing instead of just one. MY GOAL IS TO IDENTIFY THE SKUNKIEST OF THEM ALL. AND ENHANCE IT WITH SOMETHING GASSY ANNNNND SOMETHING LEMONY. HENCE GROWING THE CRITICAL THUNDER. AND THE SPECIAL QUEEN AND THE Royal GORILLA I HAVE HORROBLE MEMORY SO I APOLOGIZE IF IM LATE ON WEEKLY UPDATES. Welcome back to week 3 of my mutant girl. Nothing much to say about the week, I enjoyed seeing the growth of new leafs and a more darker green Color. The plant is vital but still very tiny. At the end of week 3, I will move her to the final pot an start giving BioBizz Bio-Grow nutrients. Hopefully that will increase the size. Keep in touch ! Cheers, HighZenBerg

I used half the recommended dose of Indo products for each plant through this grow. The monkey juice is half recommended making it every week rather than full dose every two. The sticky bandit was fed with it every week at half dose till later on.

Over the last week I was stressing over overcrowding but I seem to have got this 12-12 timing correct as the stretch has come into play so I’m pretty sure by Friday I’ll have pistols and be able to call it day 1 in flower! I have a nice sea of green coming on now too and as I said I won’t trim anything or top as I want to grow naturally (organic)! If you like hit me with a like thank you buddies merry Xmas! Had to do a root wash, again, also cut some really bad roots of, also saw lots of new healthy root growths since last week, upping ORP and wash last week seemed to have helped. Overall still very unhappy but that is on me, learned that prepping a plant in DWC and then transplant it to NFT is not a good idea, better do it as usual directly in NFT so that the roots follow the stream better, usually at this time there would be at least 3x the amount of roots. Also switched back to the 10cm diameter tube, will stick with that one from now on, very good experiences in the past and this one does not, maybe RH does not rise enough in a 16cm diameter tube. Also changed the light cycle to 18/6 from 24/0, in the timelapse I see phases where the leafs droop slightly and come back, kind of like the night cycle but less, seems to me like the plant wants to go to "sleep" even tough it was raised in 24/0 and I have good experiences with 18/6. Woche 5 Der Pheno hat sich von alleine aufgeteilt in 2 Seitentriebe o.O der wurde nicht getoppt sondern ist einfach so gewachsen (Siamesischer Zwilling). Sowas habe ich bis jetzt noch nicht gesehen 😁 Ansonsten läuft soweit alles gut, ich habe mittlerweile den Düngerplan durch KI verändern lassen und bin gespannt, wie es bei diesem Durchgang läuft. Die Ladys wurden ein bisschen entlaubt.

Harvest day ! The plants are chopped and are hanging to dry. I put in a dehumidifier and a humidifier to control the humidity around 60%. The goal is to dry for 10 to 14 days. Then i will trim and cure them in grove bags for 6 weeks. I put the mutant straight in a zip lock in the freezer. I will make fresh frozen bubble hash (full spectrum) out of this one. I will update if the buds are dry en trimmed 🍀✌️

Ok just finnished a blunt of this a out an hour ago, and I do not smoke blunts lol But it seems only right too do a real smoked reveiw , So the fbt7 has been dry now for about 2 weeks and in a jar and today was the day too take the first bud too try so I rolled a fat one " fat one in photos lol , So for me the flavour just isn't there yet and am hoping that will come after a cure , So I smoked this all too my self and qiukly , Within a few minutes I went white as a ghost as was twitching the the corner hehehe, This is very strong bud and I would go as far as saying it's probably the strongest bud I've had in years , I am what I would describe as a joker smoker , as I turn my bud into oils and do not smoke it , But any serious cannabis smoker will absolutely love this strain , Well done fast buds and thank you :)
