week 5 when the thrips first showed themselves. I noticed them cuz some silver stains started appearing on some leaves. you can see them better under LED light. So, I sprayed Neem Oil all over the plant. I could notice that if you don't do it well, spraying and rubbing the leaves with a piece of cloth, the oil will also create some stains. 2nd topping. killed some thrips this week, they're cute and didn't seem to harm the plant seriously. Neem oil worked fine to control them. No other pests that I could notice + Defoliation + LST Flowermind (4ml + 0.5g)

Week 2 Started feedig the full plagron range according to the custom feeding chart i generated on the Plagron website https://plagron.com/en/tools/grow-schedule-calculator Also topped her, as i think this is perfect time to top her

Straight water now and they're drinking less as they fade and ripen. Still popping some fresh hairs here and there but I've been keeping an eye on the trichomes and looking forward to harvesting whenever they're ready. Won't be long by the looks of things.

Every video and picture were taken on the same day (113/ week 16). If you look at the bottom branches and colas, the pistils are nearly finished and there aren't many clear pistils left. I have attached microscope photos as well. It is important to check many sites on the plant, as only checking one or two colas may be deceiving as to if the plant is ready to harvest or not. I have taken the lower branch and chopped it about two days ago and will sample it in a few days. I'm excited for this plant to be done soon.

Yoyo 🤙🏽 I've been away for a while, but the next update of the project is coming, after some minor problems with the lamp settings, I gave the bushes a little over 2 weeks more veg to regenerate and recover, which made my veg much longer, but oh well... the selection is over was also done and only the prettiest and strongest plants remained, already 11 liters of pots, it's getting dense, so today I change the light to 12/12 and let them start blooming. Apart from that, everything is fine, the girls are nice and healthy. In week 7 the 12 plants have filled out the space inside the HOMEBOX grow-tent very nicely and therefore its time to switch to flowering. I change the timer, which I put infront of the supply of my SANlight EVO4-120 LEDs, to 12/12 hours of light/darkness. This will induce the flowering of my babies and they can start to develop buds. The BIO NOVA nutrients work very well, which can be seen in the nice healthy green color of the plants. I follow the SOIL-CULTIVATION chart from the BIO NOVA website, but use only half the recommended dose, because my tap-water already has a very high EC-value of 0,8 when it comes out of the faucet. Since I have used REGULAR seeds for THE PURPS from BC-BUD-DEPOT, I have to check for males on a regular basis. Two plants show clear male pollen-sacks already now (see above in video) and have to be culled right away. I cut the plants off at the main stem right above the soil and take away the plants and throw them into the trash right away. This way I make sure NO pollen can mature inside the male pollen-sacks and be released later and inseminate my babies on accident. In the places of the male PURPS plants, I put a MAC and KK-plant into the AUTOPOT-system, so all 12 placed are filled again. Now its time to wait until the first flowers start to appear. 👍😎

Holaa, cuarta semana de la Negra44. Esta semana hubieron varios cambios. Primero hice el segundo y ultimo transplante a una maceta de 7 lt al hacer esto aplique Great white en contacto directo con las raíces. Luego le hice LST y al día siguiente le realice una defoliación para dar mas espacio a las ramas que pretendo mantener. Hago los riegos 1/1, uno solo con agua(EC: 0.4) y el otro con los fertilizantes. En los riegos estoy utilizando Sensi cal-mag para llegar a una EC base de 0.4 y luego aplicar los fertilizantes. Regulo el PH con los reguladores de BioBizz. Decidí sacar la malla para Scrog por la poca homogeneidad de las plantas en la carpa. Pretendo hacer esta semana la primera aplicación de Delta9 (estimulante floral) la cual será de manera foliar, está se hace 10 días antes de cambiar el ciclo de luz a 12/12. Va quedando menos para la esperada floración. Estos días está haciendo más frio por lo que la temperatura en mí carpa a bajado, no puedo hacer mucho frente a esto así que espero que no afecte tanto. La única solución seria alguna fuente de calor pero la cuenta de luz se me dispararía. Por lo demás todo va bien, no presenta carencias ni ningún posible problema. Se a adaptado muy bien a los cambios de esta semana y ya esta creciendo con mas vigorosidad. Cualquier recomendación sera bien recibida!! *Great White se mide en gramos. (Dosis: 1gr/3lt)

Decima y ultima semana, solo aplico un riego con nutrientes y el resto con agua. Ha sido un cultivo muy divertido en el cual he aprendido mucho. Se ha formado una gran cola cargada de blanca resina y tiene un olor fuerte afrutado. 📅 Dia 64: Riego con nutrientes EC 1250, EC escurrida 1650. Comienza el lavado de raices... 📅 Dia 66: Riego con agua, EC escurrida 1200 📅 Dia 67: Riego con agua EC escurrida 450 📅 Dia 68: Riego con agua EC escurrida 380 📅 Dia 69: Riego final con agua EC 📅 Dia 70: meto a oscuras 48horas antes del corte. 📅 Dia 71: Mañana Día de corte.

Day 43: Smells ultra-strong in tent. I didn't know plants could smell like they are at this stage!👍 Found out I was under dosing the h2o2. Upped the dose and am now hoping for the best Day 45: Bud development is strong!!💪 Can't wait to see how hard the plant will let me push cola size.

My lady is a Royal Queen Seeds Purple Queen. It sits in 9l of water with temp of 19°C. Water temp is maintained by using a copper tube within the reservoir connected to a peltier device with a water block. Lamp used is Viparspectra 450W led. All nutrition is from Vitalink. I have recently started using a homemade co2 generator made from yeast and sugar with water. I use Sonoff TH16s for automation incl water cooling and humidity control. The only problem I have ATM is that air temp goes too low but to 19°C at night.

This girl is nearing the end... Very happy the buds are the hardest.I have ever felt.. looking forward to this one.Hope everyone is doing well, happy growing ✌️

More Fantastic Grow News! They have been still doing great and developing the flowers and buds - I am VERY happy with how everything has been turning out! When opening the tent you are immediately hit with the subtle smell of maturing, ripening ganja - Each flower has a mixture of white hairs, orange hairs and an incredible amount of frosty leaves and trichomes. I notice that my Cherry Gorilla x Sol Sonic #2 is sprouting the red hairs faster than the rest - I hope she can hold off until the rest of the girls are completely finished! The Cal-Mag seems to be working - I am noticing dark, dark green leaf color right next to the biggest buds - I am guessing that this is the Cal-Mag doing its thing. I see that the leaves that were damaged from the deficiency are slowly turning back, however I feel as it is this far along, the plants are most likely focusing on the flowers rather than the leaves - which seems to be what I wanted. The dark color next to the buds give me hope it was a good remedy. When touching each of the flowers, you are left with a VERY sticky, leftover goo than stays on your fingers. Each flower smells extremely distinct - which is somewhat unexpected. This just goes to show you the power of phenotypes! These seeds came from the same dispensary bag, and each one seems to be just a little different. You can especially see what I am talking about from the Macro shots I took this week - look at the descriptions for the full breakdown. Wish me luck!
