Second week of flowering

Hello Diary, Purple Lemonade has reached its fifth week of flowering, I am now very close to harvest. I would say one more week and it will be ready for cutting. The appearance of Purple Lemonade is amazing and it would be a shame not to take a picture of her on a black background now that it is the grand finale. The flowers are hard to the touch, sticky and full of trichomes. Especially the main cola which looks impressive. This week I started checking the trichomes with a microscope and so far they are still transparent. The smell is very intense at this stage, the whole room smells of plants when I open the grow box. Watering is still every two or three days. This week I stopped adding nutrients, I just lower the p.H. to 6.0 and water the plants with clean water. Here is what the previous week looked like. 13/09/2024 - Day 51. Watering. I prepared 9 liters of water, lowered the p.H. at 6.0 and I watered all three plants on the farm with that amount. 16/09/2024 - Day 54. Watering. I repeated the same procedure as three days earlier. 18/09/2024 - Day 56. It's the end of the 8th week, taking pictures of the plants. Auto Maxi Gom is starting to flower more heavily now. She has been growing well. Everything has been really stable, and doing great. 🤞🏻 she keeps up the rhythm she is in and produces some dense frosty colas. Nothing else to report at the moment. * ************** Week 8 - May 30 to June 5, 2020 - Days 50 to 56 from germination **************** * This was a good growth week. KK has many white hairs on bud sites she is filling in and bulking up. pH numbers still higher so keeping an eye on the amount of base nutes to minimize lockouts. Leaf color is doing good and she is on her way. When the medium is in the correct range she is swelling and looking happy. She has been good with heavier feedings but she is also outwardly happier when the pot is on the dry side. More oxygen around the roots is my assumption. She is a beautiful little plant and is bushy.....trimming will take a little bit of work but its all good......not bending over her top is giving her a nice shape. Lots of leaves😀 She tight nodal spacing and is certainly growing as a little bush. Great strain for those concern about height restrictions!!! Note: I have running with the Green Plant line for nutes and I am very happy........I also have some Advanced Nutrients bottles that have not been used so I am fitting them in as it seems appropriate. I really like Piranha, Voodoo, Tarantula, Sensyzme, and Overdrive......don't see me stopping having those bottles around garden. Little more detail.......... May 30/20 - Day 50 - 4L feed with Sensyzime @ 1.5ml/L = 315ppm and 4.4pH - runoff in the pot before feeding was 7.1pH. - runoff after feed was 5.8. - leaves are an okay color, not too dark, and she is doing well. - bud sites getting larger. May 31/20 - Day 51 - 4L heavier feed: CalMag & Rezin & Lwt @ 1ml/L, Rhino @ 1.5ml/L, Vita & Kelp @ 2ml/L, Massiv @ 3ml/L = 700ppm - fair bit of runoff, not checked. - good growth overnight......happy getting their medium down to 5.8 yesterday. - This girl seems happier when her pot is on the lighter side. June 1/20 - Day 52 - 3L feed with Massive @ 2ml and Dual Fuel @ 1.5ml = 1300ppm, pH 4.4 - Pulled a few leaves.....take more on weekend. - She is wide but not going to be too tall......under 24" idea I suspect. - Bud sites are a medium size and her hairs are white but not huge. June 2/20 - Day 53 - 2.5L feed: Terp & Massive @ 3ml/L, Vitathrive @ 2ml/L, Rezin & LWt & Dual Fuel @ 1.5ml/L = 1300ppm 4.6pH. - she is doing well......buds continue to get bigger. - still don't know what the hell with the pH? June 3/20 - Day 54 - 2L feed: Sensyzime @ 2ml/L = 315ppm and pH to 4.9 - she has reacted well to take some of leaves and her branches are more defined all the time. - just gave her some enzymes today to keep the roots clean of the salts. - raised her up more in the tent to get closer to light. Set her on another riser. June 4/20 - Day 55 - dry out day - her leaves are growing back quickly and she is appearing happy. - she has reacted well to the increased light intensity!! June 5/20 - Day 56 - 3L feed: AN Big Bud & Vitathrive & Rezin @ 2ml/L, Liquid Weight @ 1.5ml/L - 1050ppm and 4.4pH going in. - no run off from the girls......they are eating!! - crazy.......4.4pH going in and she loves it!! - took more leaves to expose some more sites. - She is firming up well. Not rushing to take more leaves. That will wrap up week number 8 already! The girls are fighting a few issues but overall they are performing well. Killer Kush plants would fill in a 4 x 4 nicely and create a great canopy with 6 plants. As always with the girls I have grown.......@Sweet_Seeds has selected nice characteristics for this strain!! 👍💪

Have had some challenges this week. In my lack of experience, I have struggle to discern whether my plant is deficient in nutrients, suffering lockout or approaching harvest. Symptoms were yellowing leaves... The cause of which can be, of course, many different things. I decided to flush last week, thinking that a nutrient lockout was most likely. Leaves less yellow this week so think it may have done the trick. I have spent some time researching and considering flushing as a technique to improve final bud quality. I have decided that there simply isn't enough evidence to deny my girl of nutrients at a critical phase of her growth. I am therefore continuing a reduced feeding schedule of - 1mls topmax - 2mls BioBloom - 1 scoop biosys ecothrive - 2.5mls Cannazym. And, unless indicated otherwise, will continue with this schedule up until harvest. Today I have tested PPM of the run off and measure it to be approx 1050ppm. I will measure again in 24 hours to monitor change after a feed. Purchased a 60x microscope and am able to see that 90% of trichomes are still clear. I am therefore anticipating at least another couple of weeks before harvest. Buds look fluffier than I'd like, but resin and trichome production haven't disappointed. I'm hoping that over the next few weeks the buds will continue to fatten. 19/11/2021 - Day 79. Have a few days off so have managed to catch some photos in day light. Have also uploaded a video. Feel that she isn't particularly happy... But on the other hand, she is showing the resistance and ability to adapt to less than ideal growing conditions; as promised by the strain genetics. Plenty of trichs, plenty of resin, plenty of buds. Just need them to fatten and fill out for maximum yield and quality. 23/11/21 - Day 83 - Still some deficiencies but she doesn't seem to be using much water so reluctant to feed at risk of overwatering. Noticing lots of new pistil formation. Looking frosty, but all trichomes still clear. Temperatures dropping to around 2°c overnight here. Managing to maintain temperatures around 10°c in the shed. Appreciate that this is too cold for growth but she seems to be coping with it well. I think that a gradual reduction in temperature has been tolerated better than fluctuant or sudden drops would be. Fingers crossed that her hardy nature keeps her strong. Fed today: 1mls BioBloom 2mls Topmax Half scoop Biosys Ecothrive Filtered water - pH 6.5, TDS 320 Run off 953 TDS 29/11/21 - Day 90 - no sign of any amber yet. Still mostly clear with a splattering of cloudy. Really worrying about the night time temps now and holding out hope that it doesn't die off before the trichomes mature.

Ooohhhweee! This is a pretty plant! Perfect bud structure, great resin production, and the terps are sweet abnd earthy. One of my favs in the tent right now! ✌️🏻💚

Last phase of flowering now reducing ppms to 1050, RH to 55% and next week will be lowering wattage from 380 to approximately 300 which will help lower day time temps which will bring out any colours if she fades that way. Smells of cheetah piss with a sweet following.

Hello. There were difficulties in growth. Corrected the mistakes of the past days. The ground was too wet. Very few useful items. 4 bush came to life. I'm fighting for the other three. I created a new report with the same sieve bank, but with a new earth.
