Día 18. Estoy en la 3ra semana de crecimiento. Apliqué HST en las dos ramas altas para poder igualar la altura con las otras dos. Por el momento viene todo en marcha. Solamente hubo un poco de stress con hojas un poco arrugadas por exceso de nutrientes. Así que hoy rebajé la solución con un poco de agua. En 3 o 4 semanas debería estar en condiciones de cortar los esquejes que voy a necesitar para el sistema completo. Inicialmente voy a usar un módulo que ya tenía armado que hice con un cajón plástico. Ese es para 4 esquejes y la madre. Pero es muy chico para el espacio que tengo. Así que inicialmente usaré este y luego armaré uno para 9 o 7 plantas. Veremos cuan cómodo queda con 5 plantas por ahora, porque quizá prefiero hacer 7 plantas cómodas y no meter 9 y después no poder manejar el espacio. La idea es que la madre vaya al medio y los esquejes alrededor. Día 21. Rocíe la planta con tierra de diatomeas como preventivo. Sigo aplicando HST para lograr que las ramas bajas tomen protagonismo,y ya que van a ser los esquejes que use. De todos modos estoy viendo en el crecimiento que la genetica no está bien estabilizada. Los bancos de semillas argentinos, hasta ahora han sido decepción en cada siembra que hice, por lo cual no me sorprendería que esta también lo sea. Estoy analizando la idea de pasar a floración la planta así cómo está en el indoor grande y arrancar con una genética europea que tengo guardada para la próxima. Porque correr riesgos innecesarios me costaría mucho tiempo. Por el momento mantengo la solución, ya que en crecimiento la suelo hacer durar 10 o 15 días. Principalmente cuando la planta tiene menos de 4 semanas. Esta semana que arranca voy a definir que hago con esta genética. De paso subo un video con la configuración casi terminada del indoor. Pero cuando esté funcionando se va a entender mejor.

9/8/2024 day 1 of veg. looking happy and healthy. im dealing with fungus gnats from other plants in the tent. i think the peat pellet wrapping is keeping them from damaging the young roots at the moment. im using diatomaceous earth in an attempt to keep them at bay. 9/11 day 4 theyre starting to show small differences. excited to see where these 9/12 so far im noticing one plant that stands out from the rest. she has longer petioles than the rest and seems taller and lankier. its still early on though so hard to say anything yet for

May 12th, - Starting the 5th week above ground. She looks strong and healthy - building a Tea this evening for Dinner tomorrow - transplant to 3 gal pot tonight. Root pics May 14th - fed this morning. Big changes again for this lass. Pics tonight - foliar has been on Odd days… -transplanted to a 3 gallon pot finally after being forced into a 2gal bcuz of no space. That tight. Day 35 - RT 86F RH 58% - All 3 ladies are still doing amazing, really starting to fill out! Doctors Choice #1 looks like it had a bit of a nitrogen deficiency so I gave it 1.5 tsp of grow big by fox farm! All in all extremely happy with this grow so far! Day 02 - Tuesday - 09/23/25 - Total Days: 163 ----------------------------------- Daily Averages ~[+01:00] - Temps: 86.0°F [30.0°C] - Humidity: 78.4% - VPD: 0.92 kPa - Soil %: [49, 41, 34, 53, 43, 40, 43, 45] ----------------------------------- - [13:03]: Time to start prepping for my first attempt at tissue culture! --- Ordered and received the AC Infinity PH Meter PRO [AC-PHM7] --- Since this is a brand new unit, the probe sensor needs to be cleaned and conditioned for calibration. --- For proper storage and conditioning, the meter includes a bottle of KCL (Potassium Chloride) storage solution. --- For a basic 2-point calibration, the pH meter also includes 7.00 pH [Mid] and 4.00 pH [Low] calibration solution. --- The pen does support a 3-point calibration, but does not include the 10.1 pH [High] calibration solution. For growing, the pH should never get that high anyways. The ideal averages are all below 7.00 pH [Mid to Low Points]. --- The meter also includes solutions for conductivity calibration, but don’t need these for tissue culture. --- Okay let's go! - [13:09]: Took the cap off of the unit and examined the new sensor probe. --- There was a tiny bit of condensation and a micro drops of the KCL storage solution in the cap. --- The glass sensor was clean, but the seal for the cap had a bit of mineral build-up. This is apparently normal for new meters. --- Swirled the probe in distilled water for a bit making sure to fully saturate the sensor and to rinse off the old KCL solution. --- Wiped the mineral deposits off with a clean paper towel. Made sure to be gentle around the glass probe and tried not to touch it much. --- Also cleaned and rinsed the cap with distilled water and dried with a paper towel. - [13:16]: Opened and poured about 3/4 of the KCL solution into the cap. --- Placed and probe cap back on making sure the sensor is fully soaking in the storage solution. --- Done! - [13:19]: The unit should be ready for a first-time calibration after a 30-minute soak, but going to be soaking for a lot longer. --- The probe needs to stay stored in this KCL solution and will top off with more as needed. --- Plan to calibrate the meter right before checking and adjusting the pH for the establishment media. --- Compared to my last pH meter (cheap Amazon pen), this one is a huge upgrade in both accuracy and complexity. --- Will need to do a bit of research on how to calibrate and use this meter properly. - [16:36]: Evening check on the 3x3 veg tent. --- With the recent TKO disaster in the main tent, glad that everything is looking healthy in the veg garden! --- All mothers (including TKO) are looking green and getting bigger! --- Now that the watering system is working again, the Heady OG mother is looking a lot better and she is starting to perk up. She finished up just in time for a round of some real bad weather rolling on twice this week. I had to bring inside one night or else they would have been hammered. I took them out the next morning because they were so stinky and got some a few solid last days of sun before another bad storm. I cut down the morning of and is drying whole in my studio around 65F and 60% humidity. I may press a little rosin with this one but plan on keeping this one mostly for the flower as Its been a whole since no fresh flower. Looking like a pretty decent harvest. May be my best auto flower harvest yet.

I am 2 days into flushing , the buds look nice and frosty and are smelling good , I will flush for 9 days before trimming. The pictures are not the best in the world and don't quite do them justice . I will get some pics posted during lights out . This has been the longest grow I have ever done , I really hope she's worth it ! I've taken these girls as far as I can go , by looking at the pictures when lights are of I can clearly see they are finished . They are turning purple but that's because of the cold climate here and that temps are dropping to 9c once lights are off .

Hi there fellow cultivators, Here we go with flowering week 9 in our garden of chill. This week the focus was on let the girls shine and show off their lovely colours. They were able to give the most beautiful experience in this mature phase in terms of appearance.🍁🌱 I feel lucky every day when I open the tent and marvel at one of nature's most beautiful creature.🙏💚 I will miss growing in the next few months very bad. This week just watered with PH-d de chlorinated tap water. Day 60: One lady is going in to a darkness with the Shogun warrior. Flowering Day 62: This Girls are pretty much ready to harvest, i am letting them mature for a few days and in to 48 hours dark before harvest. On day 65 i am gonna make the chop chop.⚔️ The smell is very strong in the whole house if I open the tent even a little.😎 Is completely unreal and I am so very excited to sample each pheno. Plants are finishing up, maybe another week and I can wrap things up. Buds didn’t get as fat as I would have liked but everything looks really nice and frosty. cleaned up all the plants with some defoliation.

……during the last 3 growths, I worked to mix the best foundation. I think I succeeded 😊 …..it is a mix of coconut, light mix of biobizz and organic nutrients that I tried to harmonize into the best that I can provide to the plants in my modest conditions. How? simply by observing all the growths and looking for the right setting, creating nature in the growing room.

Flower week 7

She continues to show good growth. I had to do some more defoliation this week to remove the bigger fan leaves...again. She's showing good bud formation and I am enjoying watching her grow. She is nice therapy after my heart attack. Growing relaxes me and gives me almost as much relief as the medicine I am growing.

Super hot the last week 32c, coming along, no issues. Some light LST using bud clips, light defoliating on growth tips below canopy. Drip irrigation, top dress of Gaia Green 50/50 AP/PB and spray of LCPT.

Further sinking humidity

Another great week for Hokuzan. The buds are noticeably thicker now, and resin production has gone into overdrive. Trichomes are covering nearly every surface, giving the flowers and sugar leaves an incredible frosted look. More pistils are starting to turn orange while fresh white ones continue to appear, showing that the flowers are still developing and packing on weight. The calyxes are swelling nicely, and the buds are becoming denser with each passing day. The aroma is getting stronger and more complex, filling the grow space with a rich terpene profile that becomes more noticeable every time the tent is opened. Plant health remains excellent, with strong structure, vibrant colors, and impressive resin coverage across the entire canopy. The next stage will be all about ripening, resin maturation, and bringing out the full potential of this cultivar as harvest gets closer. Week 02 Introduction This week has been a bit of a struggle. Had my first experience dealing with slime and brown algae. But I think adding enzymes and increasing the beneficial bacteria helped to fix the issue. Also experienced nutrient burn for the first time. My nutrient solution strength got as high as 671 PPMs. So backed it down to about 430 PPMs during the end-of-week reservoir change. Also cut Hydroguard (expired?), CaliMagic, and Superthrive from this grow. Now she's still stunted, but is starting to recover. Hopefully... [START OF WEEK 02] Day 01 - Monday - 08/10/20 - Total Days: 008 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Still looks a bit yellow. But getting larger! --- Solution strength was at 248 PPMs. --- Just topped off with a bit of distilled water --- PH went up to 6.1 so PH'd down to 5.8 --- Ran the top feed for a bit to wet the hydroton. - [2130]: She's looking even more yellow now. --- Even the new leaves are really yellow. --- Decided to add more base nutes. --- Added 4ml of Sensi A --- Added 4ml of Sensi B --- Now at about --- Solution Strength went up to 304 PPM. --- PH was at 6, --- Also raised the water level a bit more. --- I really hope it's a nutrient deficiency and not an over-watering issue. --- Please live! Day 02 - Tuesday - 08/11/20 - Total Days: 009 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Looking less droopy. But still yellow. --- Decided to do a reservoir change. --- 4.5gal of distilled water --- 8ml of Sensi Grow A --- 8ml of Sensi Grow B --- 8ml of Voodoo Juice --- 4ml of B-52 --- 4ml of CaliMagic --- 4ml of Hydroguard --- 4 drops of Superthrive --- PH'd down to 5.8 --- Solution strength: 302 PPM --- Since I didn't want to risk over-watering the rockwool, I did not to do a top feed, may do one tonight after the sleep cycle (lights are still set to go off at 10am and back on at 4pm). --- As I was doing a reservoir change, I noticed that the tubes and bucket were a bit slimy. Didn't really stink or anything. Is this normal? Maybe due to the Hydroguard and Voodoo Juice? --- I hope she gets better soon! - [2215]: Getting larger! But still yellow. --- Also can see a root growing through the net pot! Tiny little thing but it's there! Will have to start dropping water once more appear. --- After looking over a few DWC diaries using AN nutes, seems like my solution strength is still too low. Most around this stage average around 500 PPMs with about 4ml per gallon. --- Top fed for a minute to wet the top of the hydroton. --- Solution strength went down to 263 PPM. --- Added 8ml more of Sensi A --- Added 8ml more of Sensi B --- Now base nutes are at 16ml for 4.5 gal of water. --- PPMs went up to 411. --- Still lower than 500 PPMs, but that's okay. --- PH was at 6. Not sure if I should adjust PH using AN nutes. So going to not ajdust unless PH goes above 6.1. Day 03 - Wednesday - 08/12/20 - Total Days: 010 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Looks like more root growth! --- She still looks yellow. But leaves are perky. --- PH was at 6.2 so lowered down to 5.8. --- Solution strength was at 394 PPMs --- Since roots are still growing, I decide to lower the water level a bit. Now water level is a bit below the net pot. - [2200]: Root is getting longer! --- Slime is returning. Not sure why. --- Solution strength: 357 PPMs --- PH: 6.1 --- Decided to add an enzyme along with more beneficial bacteria to hopefully cure the slime. --- Added 16ml of Sensizym --- Added 5ml of Hydroguard --- Added 8ml of Voodoo Juice --- New solution strength: 430 PPMs --- New PH: 6.1 --- Top fed for a minute. --- This slimy residue is really freaking me out! I hope the added enzymes will help eliminate the slime. --- Going to do a full reservoir sterilization/nutrient change over the weekend. Please survive until then girl! Day 04 - Thursday - 08/13/20 - Total Days: 011 ----------------------------------- - [0930]: I think the enzymes worked! There is little to no slime now! --- Although I think the root was also dissolved in the process. It's now just a little stub sticking just below the net pot. The enzyme is also suppose to dissolved dead roots too but guess that root was too weak? Not sure what happened there. But I think the slime is cured! --- Solution strength went down to 395 PPMs. Decided to add more base nutrients. --- Added 8ml of Sensi A --- Added 8ml of Sensi B --- Added 4ml of B-52 --- Solution strength went up to 598 PPMs. --- PH was at 6.1 --- As long as the PH is between 5.5 and 6.3, I'm not going to use PH Up or Down. But still will monitor PH levels. - [1715]: Checked up on her after her nap and shes looking alive but stunted. But no slime! --- Decided to add some sugars to help maintain the enzymes and beneficial bacteria. --- Solution strength was at 587 PPMs. --- PH was at 6.2 --- Added 8ml of Bud Candy --- Solution strength went up to 671 PPMs. --- PH also went up to 6.3 --- Lowered water level a bit to hopefully promote more root growth. --- Top fed for a minute. --- She is getting bigger, but still looks yellow. Day 05 - Friday - 08/14/20 - Total Days: 012 ----------------------------------- - [0915]: Leaves look a little burnt on the tips. Still no slime. --- Going to back off on the PPMs to hopefully fix the nutrient toxicity. --- Solution strength was at 632 PPMs --- PH was at 6.3 --- Added/Removed water until PPMs were at 536. --- PH was still at 6.3 --- Raised water up a bit, then top fed for a minute. - [2200]: Looking better. Still yellow though. --- Solution strength: 514 PPMs --- PH: 6.5 --- Added PH down. --- New solution strength: 518 PPMs --- New PH: 5.2 --- PH was kind of high. So decided to PH down. Had to use quite a bit to bring it down. But eventually got it to drop down to 5.3. A little low, but so far, the PH has always gone up so wanted to start it really low. --- Ran the top feed for a minute to re-saturate the top of the hydroton. Day 06 - Saturday - 08/15/20 - Total Days: 013 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: She looks stunted. leaves are still yellow. --- Solution strength: 514 PPMs --- PH: 5.6 --- Top fed for a minute. --- Not sure what to do at this point. Going to do another reservoir change soon. Hoping she lives until then. - [2145]: Looking pretty much the same. --- A bit of slime has returned. Since I've been diluting the nutrient solution, the enzyme ratio has dropped. So I guess this is expected. --- Also noticed that slime build up was on the air-stones. Never really checked the stones so not sure how long that has been there. Looks brown too, which can't be good. --- Going to do an H202 sterilization of the system (minus the net pot) tomorrow so did not add anything. --- Lowered the water level to below the net pot. --- Then top fed for a minute. Day 07 - Sunday - 08/16/20 - Total Days: 014 ----------------------------------- - [0900]: STERILIZATION DAY! --- Decided to skip today's night cycle for a deep clean. --- I'm hoping that skipping a night cycle won't be too stressful. --- Temporarily moved her to a new bucket. --- Used about a half of gallon of straight distilled water to flush out the net pot. --- Drained the system and wiped up all the brown sludge. Also removed the air stones and cleaned up all the goo. --- Filled the system with 2 gallons of distilled water and at least 30ml of food grade hydrogen peroxide (35% strength). --- Yea its a lot, but since I'm not going to sterilize the system overnight, I went with a really high doseage. Basically I kept adding until I started to see little bubbles start to form. --- Then I ran the water pump. - [0915]: Boiled the air stones in tap water for about 10 min. Then reconnected them to the airlines. --- I let the air stones and hose soak in the sterilization solution for about 5 minutes so the peroxide can absorb into the stones. Then ran the air stone to help mix and agitate the solution. --- Occasionally, I'd repeat the process of turning the air pump off for a few minutes to let the stones soak. - [1000]: Covered the top two row of holes of the net pot with some aluminum tape. Hopefully this solves the light leaking in through the hydroton. - [1200]: Used an old toothbrush and scrubbed the pump clean. Then drained the system. --- Refilled with more distilled water and peroxide. Again added a lot. --- Ran system again to sterilize even more. - [1530]: Drained the system and refilled with distilled water to rinse. --- Ran the system for a few minutes, then drained and rinsed again. --- Did this a few more times over about an hour. - [1630]: Added 4 gallons of fresh distilled water. --- Added 15ml Sensi Grow A --- Added 15ml Sensi Grow B --- Added 12ml of B-52 --- Added 16ml of Voodoo Juice --- Added 16ml Sensizym --- Solution strength was at 430 PPMs --- PH was at 5.6 --- I was going to add Hydroguard, but I think the bottle is expired. Since 2017 or 2018!? I think Hydroguard is good for up to 2 years from the date on the bottle or 6 months after opening. So not going to use from now on. I wonder if this could have contributed to the slime build up. --- Also removed the CaliMagic and Superthrive too. Going to only use AN products to eliminate the chance of incompatible nutrients. --- Placed her back in the bucket and top fed for a minute. --- Here's hoping for the best.
