These ladies continue to develop very nicely and lucky stopped stretching pretty much in the beginning of this week and the buds are forming super nicely. Since I also don’t observe a stretch in flower anymore, I decided to feed pk13/14 for the next week. It continues to surprise me how hungry these autos are, much hungrier than my glookies fro example. Unfortunately I realized that the plant on the very right of the box produces much smaller buds than the other two. I am pinning that on the fan right above her, so have pointed it slightly higher, but I guess the damage is done:(.

FBT 2401 is going good. She has gotten acclimated, and found the solution. 🤞🏻 it isn't too strong. Hopefully she takes it well, and explodes in growth. Estas plantas se desarrollaron de esquejes. Hay dos plantas en cada balde de 10L. L a técnica que utilizo es ninguna técnica, solo espero a que se desarrollen y maduren. Lo único que hago es controlar el ph y cambiar la solución nutritiva cada semana. Todos los días verifico que el ph esté cerca de 6. A veces puede ser 5.8 o 6.5 de ph y eso no es un problema. Lo único que se me está complicando es la extracción del aire. No tengo dudas que en algún momento lo soluciones adquiriendo nuevos productos. El sistema que utilizo es la hidroponía. Se me hace más cómodo el sistema. No me gusta mover o utilizar tierra ya que es muy sucio y se mueve mucho volumen.

The data shows that the number of terpenes in dried Cannabis flowers increases with a “No Red” light treatment for the final three days of production. Based upon these findings, we feel confident in recommending a spectrum control program that eliminates red light output from fixtures for the final 72 hours of the Cannabis flowering cycle. Terpenes are aromatic compounds that give cannabis some of its most distinct aromas from citrus and berry, to more earthy tones. Many species of plants produce and emit terpenes in a diurnal, or daily cycle that is regulated by a complex web of signaling. There are also many plants that emit terpenes at night to attract nocturnal pollinators (Marinho et al., 2014346). Regardless of when the terpenes are produced or emitted, these processes are often dependent upon cues derived from natural light/dark cycles via a native circadian clock (Dudareva et al., 2004). Several light-sensitive pigments are involved in these processes of production and emission, and the different photoreceptors are dependent upon different wavelengths of light to be activated or deactivated. Emission of terpenes is a process that is entirely dependent upon phytochromes and red/far-red light cues in most plant species (Flores and Doskey, 2015). For example, repeated light/dark phytochrome signaling is necessary for the emission of terpenes in tobacco plants (Roeder et al., 2007). Based on previous findings, we hypothesized that a lack of red light and phytochrome-mediated light/dark signaling on the part of the plant is responsible for an increase in terpene content in cannabis. The plant continues to synthesize terpenes, but a lack of red light to trigger the Pr-Pfr shift results in a lack of terpene emission by the plant, thus causing the terpenes to accumulate in the maturing flowers. Ok so this week I did a defoliation and a tigh down too the netting , I really was not planning on doing such a big defoliation but the leafs became thick and dense and there was almost no light penitration down too the lower branches of the plant , so she is opened right up now and the humidity and temperature has dropped loads and the air is moving alot better around the leaves and branches , I will not take anything more off her now , I have also added Cal mag too the nutrients for this week only , she is well into pre flower now but the stretch has not yet started so I figured it's no or never too defoliate and tigh them down , I am very happy with them so far and being new too all this it's all very exciting , Thanks for looking :)

This week plant continue growing and Blooming, i Can see the very first small pistil, i've reworked my lst and made a top crop superguano top dresses

Crazy week growth-wise. Carl's exploded with growth, fan leaves are now relative to pot size. Another outstanding plant is UKBS 1, which has recovered from topping very vigorously and should make for an incredible indoor plant. In other news; UKBS 2 is still stretching. It's about 4" from the light now while the other plants are around 12". God knows why. The timelapse is up for this week, you can really see the incredible growth the plants have all undergone over the course of the week. Some LST may be taking place over the course of this next week, we'll have to see how the branches on namely UKBS 1. Had to move Carl 2 a little bit into the center of the tent as it was shading out/being shaded out by Carl 1. Carls are showing incredible symmetry, despite the top/fim/whatever the fuck I did lol. Updates are coming throughout the coming week; as usual. -3/21/2021 - Started LST on UKBS 1 and gave UKBS 2 some kushman's chiropractic -3/23/2021 - Topped carl 2 again at both pre-topped nodes, in the hopes it'll bush out some more. I'm thinking it'll be a very nice indoor plant. Also topped UKBS 2, again in the hopes it'll bush out a little bit and stop growing so fucking vertically.

This is the week of thanksgiving. Due to me being gone, my heat was a little high around 89 and got higher as the day got brighter. I messed up and think I have caused Northern lights to have heat stress on the roots. I'm hoping that she'll bounce back in a week or two. Resolution is crappy on my video and I apologize for that.

Buds are getting bigger. It's developing well. This strain have a nice structure.

The blue kush is a savage auto from dinafem. This plant almost died in week one of flower and I missed that weeks entry because I was more interested in saving it than that weeks diary. She’s at week three day four and a beast. Filling out nicely even though her neighbor is crowding her. She’s required very minimal pruning and all of her bud sites are producing worthy keepers.

Tent has been heavily neglected....will pick up routine this week. Just been a busy week and hopefully settling in the next coming weeks. Have to up nutrients and sort out these deficiency's or PH you inbalance is what I think the culprit is She lives in the other tent now with some photos for a different diary in the making. Week 8 of flower is in the books and this show is quickly coming to an end. I said last week we had about 7-10 days and I was spot on at the 10 day mark. I was only wrong about the order. The cheese is ready to chop before the rest and the gorilla cookies, cherry Bomb and lemon haze will follow in due course. The cheese is a beast and it’ll take a little time to get it all run through the bowl trimmer. At least the big one goes first. Her tallest colas have foxtailed like mar, despite the late supercrop. You can tell where the sweet spot for the light is at about 10” distance from the canopy. Any closer than that and the tails begin to show prominently. It’s a good example of just how close you can get to these fixtures with a little bit of prior experience. It’s been noted for the next run😎👍😎. The res. is on an h2o2 only flush for the remainder until the rest are ready to come down. Not a moment too soon either - the pollen chucking project has stalled out waiting for these girls to finish and now that we’ll have a little extra room, we can start running our cuts in the aerocloner🤟. I love hardware mode😉. Background/Repetitive Nonsense The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru.
