Hey growmies, this was unexpected but the plants were ready for harvest after just 8 weeks. I bought a new tricome microscope and checked the trichomes on the three Mimosa ladies. To my surprise all three plants had milky trichomes and even amber ones already. There were still many white pistils on the buds but looks can be deceiving 😁 With milky and amber trichomes the plants have reached their full potential so it’s time to harvest them. The late bloomer and the fast grower had the most buds, but the hash plant had the most trichomes by far. It took me 3,5 hours to wet trim the buds and after trimming I had enough scissor hash to load my Pax vape and try it out. The taste was unmistakably orange/tangie and really sweet. The effect was a strong head high, almost trippy and slowly fading into a super relaxing body stone. This will be my new favorite strain for sure ✌️ Smoke report The Mimosa Orange Punch has a very nice taste. It's mostly tangie/orange with a citrus taste that lingers in your mouth minutes after taking a hit. The effect is also great. At first the effect seems a very mellow and pleasant head high, after 30 minutes it changes to a more relaxing/sedative state where I almost fell asleep on the couch. After this it changes back to the very uplifting and clear head high. I made some rosin from the keef in the trimbin and it had a stronger body effect compared to the flower. But also excellent taste! This is an excellent smoke for both day and nightime. I can recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty smoke while getting things done.

It has been a strange week alternating rains and high temperatures... and in the garden all kind of bugs appeared like it is Spring :( In the last 3 days of this week noticed some leaves with aphids, and some powdery mildew but hopefully not touching the buds, as are covered in a lot of resin and thc, so gotta clean the plant removing all the afected leaves when harvesting and hash is discarded with this plant.. So... the Royal Cheese had to be harvested as soon as possible... but no worries at all as the plant past the middle point of the harvest window(as i say lol), with practically all the trichs milky. Would like to keep the plant like 3 or 4 days more until amber appearing, but the taste of the Cheese is better if you harvest earlier so it is all fine. The colas are so big, did not expect this kind of production with a revegged plant ( but she did not fully flower ), 3 months ago when the plant started to flower. The smell is insulting hahaha, it is stinking all the sorroundings... The neighbours probably are mad about it 😅 But they are kind, did not complain about it.. Esa familia, finalizamos la 3 semana de floración la verdad que poco cambios en la flor, en verdad odio la autoflorecientes en indoor, me parece que son mejor opción os un Exterior o un balcón pero, ante todo os tengo que mostrar la experiencia con autos también y que mejor genética que la misty gorilla autofloreciente de Zambezaseeds. Y es que entre la variedad y la alimentación que estamos aportando, gracias a AgroBeta están respondiendo bastante bien, en las próximas semanas imagino que empezaré a notar diferencias ya. Ph regulado en 6.2 temperatura entorno a los 26.5 grados y la humedad está en 50%. Sufro de una pequeña placa de mosca del sustrato, a estas alturas poco afectará pero vaya, que sepan que con el calor del verano pues también sufrí algún problema respecto a esto anterior. Me despido entre buenos humos, hasta la próxima semana.

Went from 450w to 150w blue for a week due to heat and too much height gain. Weather got cold so I put the 450w red back in as they seem to be thickening up. Feminising was very easy on the ones I chose, I chose only three that had thicker faster flowering and more THC but will cross with the more sativa dominant ones.

Added a bunch of amendments to the medium and reloaded mineral content. Giving it a few weeks to let everything break down, settle in, and balance out before beginning, I'll be doing a thorough pH and EC prior to placing anything in the final pot and making sure to give it a good till in the top soil once everything is broken down into a more palatable size. Added this grow. 500g Horticultural charcoal. 454g Elite Shungite Coal (Fullerene C60). 1kg Spirulina is approx NPK 10%, 100g/1kg (N), 20% 200g/1kg (P), and 20% 200g/1kg (K). In 1 kg (1000g) of spirulina, you can expect approximately 50 mg to 177 mg of Zeaxanthin. 1 kg of moringa powder, approximate NPK : 4.8% N, 0.5% P, and 1.9% K. 500g Azomite.
