Just letting her branches get a little longer/stronger before i start to pull her side ways more. She's generally a taller/lankier strain compared to the gelato 41. With how its been raining i wont be watering her for a while easily until next week if not longer depending how hot its going to be getting as were expecting 33 degrees plus coming in this week.

Week 19 - Flowering week 9 Perfect time for harvest CaliFunk. One of the only plant not really affected by pests : the flowering was good and the final product look great despite of the little yield.

All right guys today's day 71 and from here on out she will only be getting water.. Zamnesia Seeds I must say I am extremely impressed this flower looks phenomenal.. the smell to the color hues to the trichome production to the bag appeal etc looks like this girl has all the boxes checked obviously we won't know until after our cure but I am most excited for this plant out of any other plant in my tent.. mind you the strawberry coughs in a different tent LOL and I'm only looking forward to that because it has sentimental value to me.. but back to this I love watermelon strains I was so excited to give this a shot using organics I'm not super pumped at the yield but I must say the quality does look superb... Oct. 23 - Week 3 begins. While watching the time lapse from week 2 I noticed the plant would perk up right after receiving nutrient solution so I have decided to increase from 20ml twice a day to 30ml 3 times per day. I keep the solution in a 1L bottle and shake thoroughly before applying to ensure it is well oxygenated. This is hopefully temporary as I hope to figure out some sort of mini drip irrigation system for the near future or soon I won't be able to leave her side. Oct. 29 - It grew fairly well this week but still has spots appearing on older growth.

Week 4 and she is in the last week of training as we can see all the side colas coming out nicely. She has taken 2 lots of feed no problem and is now flowering. I think this is going to be a good plant.

26.12.24: I have noticed light stress on my plants. I had moved the lights further away and increased the light intensity to 70%. Unfortunately that created some issues. Namely severe palour of the leaves. To try and rectify the situation, I've dimmed the lights to about 30%, staying at the same distance, about 30 inches away. I measured the par levels, after I did this. They should a reading of anywhere between 40 and 150, at the canopy of the plants. They are all different sizes. This seems to have improved the colouring on all plants. After this evenings watering, I will monitor recovery and increase lighting intensity again slowly. I am also using the light cycle of 21/3, so the plants have many hours more light to absorb, than for example 12/12 or 18/6. I am pleased with the progress, considering all of my mistakes! 29.12.24: So I finally gave LST a shot, it's probably a bit too late, however I really want to get the most of the triploid pheno, and I went a little crazy and LST'd all plants except 2, as they're too small. I did that late last night, this afternoon I was amazed to see the plants turn their leaves back to the light source. I'm glad I overcame my fear of trying it. I'm very excited to see them adapt and progress! 😁 there are videos above with before and after of my LST process. Thanks for checking out my diary 🍃 ✌️

Had to do a scrog because it is a monster plant. Had to kill the other two, because this baby now with a light late scrogg fills rhe 120x120cm tent from edge to edge, not mich space left so hoping it will stop stretching now and produce fat buds, never seen so many budsites on one plant, ordered plagron powerbuds cause have no bloom booster thought that might help, and a small waterpump so i can easily change water, cause now its kinda hard haha, but did it anyways today, fresh solution. But it keeps eating, some spots on lower leafs but otherwize its a very healthy planty 😎 if i had not scrogged it would be about 130-140cm tall so. But singe im new to hydro and the otherone i did yielded over 300 g dry, hoping i will beat that record 😇 but that plant was way smaller snd compact.. See you guys in a week, much might happen ;)

On the final few days of a 10 day flush. Will be chopping down this week to harvest and hang dry. Really excited to try this one. The smells in the room are unreal.

Hey everyone! It’s been another fabulous week of the girls fattening up getting ready for the ever looming harvest time! The colas are huge and glistening like a glitter ball! The back right girl has been on flush since day 51, 2 more went on flush on day 53, and the final girl front right went on flush today, day 56! Over the week I gave 3 girls a really heavy defoliation taking the majority of fan leaves off to allow good airflow and try fattening up those lower buds. It’s still impossible to tell if I prefer defoliation or not but we are getting close to harvest so should have a definitive answer to that soon! The back right girl has had absolutely no defoliation or trimming through her life cycle. I still regularly think back to when we broke one of the girls and transplanted, the cannabis gods were on our side warning us 4 girls will be huge, we were very lucky or would be seriously short of space as of now. As the girls are going to be harvested at slightly different times to ensure each are at their optimum, I have had to construct a dry box. How I built my smell free DIY dry box: Take a large cardboard box, cut an extraction hole in the top at one end and mount some ducting and seal the gap around the edge. Cut a flap in the opposite end at the bottom which will be the passive intake and promoting a draft through the hanging buds. Poke some holes in each end of the box using a screwdriver and thread some thin rope or string through the box tying the ends together once finished to give you sturdy locations to hang some pegs from. Finally I attached an extra bit of card on one of the flaps at the top; this overlaps the slight gap in the top between the flaps that could allow light to enter. Once completed I put the ducting into one of the lower intakes of the tent; the negative pressure in the tent then uses the air in the dry box as a passive intake creating a smell free area to dry your cannabis outside of your grow tent. This also keeps a slight breeze flowing through the box to ensure even drying. Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend and staying safe. Another great week for the ladies, as they are now about 2 weeks into flower, and the stretch is winding down. I am still feeding them silica, cal mag, and flower nutrients maxi bloom by GHE. I will start to add a PK booster this week. I also will be switching to light from V1 to F1 sometime this week, and also integrating the UV/IR bar into the light cycle later this week. I will run the UV/IR bar for approximately 30 minutes prior to lights off to get started. The 5X5 is really starting to fill up nicely, I am running two dehumidifiers outside of the tent and I am able to maintain around 50% RH in the tent during lights on, and around 55% RH with lights off. Still very happy with the Spectrum X from Medic Grow. I am running her at 90% in the V1 cycle and will be transitioning to the F1 cycle later this week. Overall, the plants seem very happy and healthy. The temperature and humidity is significantly dropping so that helps keeping the tent cool and not overly humid. This is by far the best time of year to be flowering plants in my region.
