WEEK 11 - (05/09/2021 - 05/15/2021) Week 3, Day 17 - FLOWER: 05/11/2021 Doing 2 gallons of water per 5 gallon pot this watering due to lack of runoff in weeks prior. I’m thinking I could be letting the pots dry out a little too long in between so the 1.5 gallons hasn’t been enough for each watering. When I stick my finger into the medium 2 or 3 days after watering it still seems like the soil has plenty of moisture so I wait another day or two. I know fabric pots are supposed to dry out usually in 2-3 days, but the soil still seems too moist, and I don’t want to overwater. It seems like ever since transplanting into 5 gallons and switching them to a 12/12 light cycle, watering got more complicated. Maybe I am overthinking the whole process. I just don’t want to risk ruining my crop, you know? Tap water: 223ppm, 8.6 pH, 70℉ (9 gallons total) + HydroGuard: 9ml/9 gallons + pH Down: 30ml/9 gallons Mixture: 267ppm, 6.0 pH, 70.4℉ ppm/ppm = runoff/soil JB#1 - 1330ppm/1063ppm, 6.3 pH AP#1 - 1310ppm/1043ppm, 6.3 pH AP#2 - 1160ppm/893ppm, 6.7 pH GC#1 - 1350ppm/1083ppm, 6.3 pH -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Week 3, Day 20 - FLOWER: 05/14/2021 Watered a day earlier than I usually do, with .5 gallons less water per plant. So each plant got a total of 1 gallon of water for their 5 gallon pots. This is really just to take the question out of the back of my mind: Am I letting the pots dry out too much going four days until the next watering? I will check on the plants shortly after they wake up tomorrow to observe their reaction to the watering. None of the plants produced really any runoff, which was boggling to me, because when I water there is usually anywhere between 10-20%, and that’s after watering on the fourth day. Needless to say, I was unable to take readings this time. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Week 3, Day 21 - FLOWER: 05/15/2021 5:30 p.m. - Decided to check on the plants since I watered a day earlier (yesterday) than I have been since transplanting into the 5 gallon fabric pots. This was kind of an experiment to see how the plants would react to watering on the third day rather than the fourth, because I keep doubting myself. Anyway, when I checked in on the plants, a few leaves looked ever so slightly droopy. Not terrible. It appears that some of the leaves had begun to swell up a little as well. Not 100% sure if these are actually early signs of being overwatered this time, or if it’s something I have simply overlooked until now. Just to be sure, I’m going to water once more on the third day to see how the plants respond. The plants seem to be doing well this week. I've finally installed another ScroG net on the second level to help maintain the canopy. Since I cut the first layer of net the plants quickly started to get out of control and began to grow unevenly across the canopy. The trichomes are starting to appear on all of the plants, with the exception of the American Pie #1. This pheno is a little behind. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with how differently this plant was trained compared to her sisters (The manifold/mainline technique was applied). Possibly could have even defoliated her a little too heavy and she's taking a few extra days to bounce back. She's still producing early buds though, which is good. 👌 That just about wraps up this week. Things just keep getting more and more exciting with each journal entry. All the girls should have about 5-7 weeks left in flower before they are ripe for harvest. Hoping to have another tent and light setup by the end of flower so I can get some more seeds started. Starting to get heavy in here. Starting to fatten up like crazy putting on some more colors. They all have their own sweet smell with something in background but way sweet. Just doing build a bloom and molasses 1 time this week mollases is almost every watering. Just popping off leafs when dead and make sure Noone falls over lol.

Insane plant, so frosty. It getting more colorful every day Purple Lemonade: First pheno is insane! Shape, size ,color, bud hardness, appearance, frostiness' all attributes to become photo model! They are doing fine and are stinking nice. Smells like cookies rite now not sure if that’s gonna change! I didn’t take much off during the pruning process so whatever popcorn buds can be used in the press. Took clones and plant to use one as a Mom plant, wish me luck!

A bit of pain, trying to not over water her while it's steaming hot inside. She is looking beautiful, and hopefully just finished streching. I hope for some cooler days so I can bump the lights to 100%

Todo y habiendo unas temperaturas en el exterior de 0ºC en el interior se está bastante bién. 😋 Así de primeras diria que esta luminaria me parece de lo mejorcito que he tenido nunca, reparte la luz como ninguna otra penetrando mucho mejor. Otra es la comodidad para bajar o subir la potencia y la posibilidad de añadirle un controlador que monitorea la temperatura de la sala de cultivo, el fotoperiodo y la intensidad, así como la atenuación de potencia. Esta semana cansado de ir bajando o subiendo la potencia del extractor durante todo el año he decidido probar un SMSCom Smart Controller. De esta manera espero no sufrir tanto por las subidas ni por las bajadas de temperatura. Muchas veces son las que por A o por B descuido el interior y casulamente son los dias que el tiempo cambia repentinamente. Un primer foliar con Delta9 para que se pongan fuertes para lo que les viene.

Starter to flush a week ago, one more before harvest !

Well, marking the first week of flower. Lots of pistils, flower has begun. Just wildly hot weather, 33c days, full sun every day, we've had 6mm of rain in 2 months, average rainfall for June / July should be 60mm. As much as I love the weather, climate change / water scarcity worries me. Luckily we have a good clean glacier fed reservoir with strict water restrictions in summer. Made a compost tea in 5g bucket, compost, molasses, kelp, Epsom, some coir, and aerate for 24hrs. Removed some inner nodes not catching up to the cannopy, and some lst clips for the tallest nodes. Cannopy is looking really great and FLAT! Drones the only way I can get up there to see, must be pushing 7ft easy by now. Stalk is insane, biggest i've ever grown, going to need a chainsaw to remove it! Fingers crossed for a dry August / September. Hoping weekly spray of LCPT will keep Botrytis away, last fall we had 98% humidity, not much hope with that!

These ladies are in holding until the train wreck grow in Cab A finishes out. Then I'll rip clones and toss these ladies on the flip.

this week was not very favorable, not much sun, rather cool nights 12°, but the girl is growing a little :) she still has a lot of time :) so for now everything is fine:).

The week starts Monday, Dec-9 in vegetative stage. Started lowering the distance from the light to 45cm (18") over the coming week. The extraction fan on its lowest setting is too strong for the current growth environment so the humidity levels have been rather low (35% -> 50%). An attempt to stop/start the fan with 30min intervals caused both temp and humidity levels to swing wildly. The environment inside the tent is now stable, albeit low temp and humidity levels since the fan has been left to run continuously. Added a large tray of water with an aquarium heater warming it to raise the humidity level inside the grow tent. And added a large hanging wet towel. Both methods helped. The plant is recovering very well and stretching in its growth. The side branches are reaching out to the light. Starting to increase the frequency of fertigation to daily as the plant seems to be sucking up water/nutrients well. Run-off was measured at EC 0.94 and pH 6.2. Topping at 5th node - start of LBH’s Famous ScrOG Tutorial. Cut the stem above the 4th node. The topping should probably have been done a few days ago but I wanted to see the plant recover first.

El 10 de mayo pusimos las 4 semillas en un vaso de agua para germinarlas, y el dia 15 salieron en el sustrato, con una maceta de 2 L , a partir de la primera semana bebieron bionabis, este cultivo vamos a seguir la tabla de elicitación y nutrición como el anterior, ademas probaremos el enzynabis y el living soil de terranabis ! Ya vamos por la segunda semana de vegetación, en breves nos ponemos al dia ! Saludos.

They are growing very well . I trues top and lst on one og the plants. Just triumf to get a frem for it. Proberbly dosent make sens when the rest is not lst or topped. But had to try

Week 15 is over :) Everything looks very good, the girl looks really very beautiful, that violet color of the leaves is amazing, the flowers are getting bigger every day :) I also feel its very delicious aroma, to be honest I can't wait to taste it: D but she still has a lot of time left until the harvest, I think about 2 weeks :) good luck to everyone.

5/11 I DID NOT WATER. A COUPLE LOOKED DRY BUT STILL HAD HEFT AND I COULD FEEL MOUSTURE IN THE SOIL. I should've taken more pictures. I forgot it's a new week. Oh well. I'll be back over and I'm planning to bring the girls outside for the first time if it warms up a little more. It's windy as fuck but I can put them in the garage with the doors open. As long as that's not the direction of the wind. I raised the L.E.D light and lowered the hps. I also TRIED to FIM a 10th planet and an mk ultra. I may have just topped them. We'll see how it turns out before I do anything to the others. Pink kush grows slow and compact. Very similar to my experience with purple punch. I have two plants that have slightly twisted leaves. Nothing else is wrong with anything. Looking at the stippling on the leaf I think it might just be either low humidity or slight wind burn or a combination of the two. Now that I've looked again I think it might just be the first 5 finger leaf on those pink kush that I mat have mistaken. I'll keep an eye out. I feel better having done some research. I'll put some more pictures up and I'll update what it is that I get done. EDIT: WENT BACK OVER AROUND THREE. EVERUTHING LOOKED GREAT AND THE LEAVES WETE PRAYING ON SOME. I MAY NEED TO WATER SELECT PLANTS TOMORROW. I'LL PLAY IT BY EAR. LOWER THE HPS AND RAISING THE LED WAS A WISE CHOICE I THINK. OH AND THE "TWISTED" LEAF I WAS WORRIED ABOUT IS NOTHING. JUST THE FAN TO CLOSE AND A FOMBINATION OF LOW HUMIDITY AND MINOR HEAT STRESS. ITS BEEN TAKEN CARE OF. I WANTED TO BRING THE GIRLS OUT TODAY. ITS SUNNY AND 60° BUT THE WIND IS WHIPPING! WE'VE GOT GOOD WEATHER COMING UP THOUGH WITH TEMPS IN THE 70'S. I THINK TOMORROW ILL CLEAN/SANITIZE THE CAGE AND WASH/SANITIZE THE GROW BAGS. 5/12 Looking and lifting some of the pots I found some that were pretty much totally dry. I watered the majority of all the plants. If soil was moist I left it alone. If it looked a little dry I gave it a little water. I didn't measure the water but it wasnt even ALL of what I had left from LAST WATERING (which was like a qtr gallon If that). I just don't want to over water. The ones that I went light on last time were the ones that were dry. Plants seem to explode after watering but this wasn't nearly as much. Everything is looking great. It's easy to tell these are all indicas due to the structure and leaf shape. Much different than even the Chem Dog #4 which doesn't LOOK as "indicay" as some of the others. I wanted to bring them outside today but it's only 50 out. I'm not going to make the same mistake as years past and stress the plants. When we get a nice warm day I'll bring them out. Other plants are ready to be topped or fimmed but I haven't done it yet. Also need to clean the cage and wash the bags. 5/13 It's 60° at 9am so I think the girls will be going outside for a little bit. Didn't fully water but I used what was left of the gallon and gave them that. Some are much drier than others. I'll probably give them a full watering tomm. I only gave them a little today because I didn't want them drying out. I FIMMed a Special Kush today. WE'LL see how the hst turns out. EDIT: WENT AND BROUGHT THE GIRLS OUT FOR FOUR HOURS IN INDIRECT SUNLIGHT. THE TENTH PLANETS WERE THE ONLY ONES THAT LOOKED LIKE THEY HAD AN ISSUE. JUST MINOR HEAT OR LIGHT ISSUES WITH A COUPLE FAN LEAVES. EVERYTHING ELSE SEEMED LIKE THEY SHOT UP IN SIZE. THE LARGER CONTAINERS STILL SEEM KINDA MOIST BUT SOME ARE DRY. I NEED TO GET ON A STABLE WATER SCHEDULE. ITS HARD WITH DUFFERENT PLANTS OF VARYING SIZES. STILL HAVE A LOT OF WORK TO DO. 5/14 One plant was super light today and was a little droopy. I WATERED EVERYTHING TODAY USING APPROX A HALF GALLON. I brought them outside for the second day. I left them out for about 3hrs. It's hot today. I'm still floored that chatgtp gave me exact directions for hardening my plants off at my exact location taking the weather into consideration! That is awesome. They're all doing good. Pink kush is the slow starter this year. Kind of like purple punch was. The only plants that had ANY damage on them was the two 10th planet's and its not really damage. It's just a LITTLE mottling on the leaf and the serrations pointing down. It's weird because this strain did great here last time. The Special Kush #1 and the Pink Kush would probably be fine to leave out soon. Hindu Kush parents make those strains extremely resilient. The one chem dog #4 looks out of place with all tjis big fat indica leaves. I'm hoping the topping and fim-ing will take. It looks like it will. 5/15 Everything is looking great! I have some work to do bit then I'll be over to bring the girls out for a few hours. I'll edit this when I do. EDIT: BROUGHT THE GIRLS OUT FOR THREE HOURS TODAY. I THOUGHT THE TENP WENT DOWN TO 73 BUT TUAT WAS INDOORS. OH WELL. THEY STILL DID GREAT! THEY WERE ALL LOOKING OUT OF THE LEAN-TO LIKE SUNFLOWERS! THE STRAIGHTEN OUT AFTER BEING UNDER THE GROW LIGHTS. I'M PLANNING TO CONTINUE TO HARDEN THROUGHOUT THE WEEK. STILL NEED TO CLEAN BAGS AND GROW AREA. I HAVE 'A' CAMERA DOWN. TRIED TO FIX IT TODAY BUT I WOULD GET RO THE LAST PART BUT THE CAMERA WOULDNT READ THE QR CODE ON MY PHONE. I EMAILED THE COMPANY BUT IF I DONT HEAR BACK BY TOMORROW AND I CANT FIX IT ILL JUST BUY ANOTHER CAMERA TO ADD TO THE SYSTEM. ITS THE OLDEST CAMERA I HAVE AND ITS DONE ME 5 GOOD YEARS. MAYBE ITS TIME TO RETIRE IT. 5/16 I watered a few of the girls this morning with a small ring around the pot. I brought them outside and am leaving them for 3.5 hours today in the lean-to. They get indirect light without all the wind this way. I'll slowly increase the hours outside until there is enough daylight for them to go outside without revegging. When I put them out I noticed that a few were light and since it was close to 80° I watered most everything. I used under a half gallon. I'll see how they do from here and then move forward. I fixed my down security camera and secured my cage. Now I just need to finish hardening off, clean/sanitize bags/environment and put them in tjeir final homes. I'm not rushing it though. I've learned my lesson with that. 5/17 Plants did great yesterday and were perky and praying this morning. It was HOT yesterday too. Got into the low 80's. It's 57° degrees at 9am and it's overcast and sprinkling. I haven't decided if I'm going to bring the girls out today. It might be a good day to try some direct sunlight. I'll update whatever I decide to do.

She was looking sad and droopy before transplant (probably overwatering) but after about 10 days in her new home she’s looking much happier. Getting good growth.

Ya empecé esta semana regando con un litro un día si y un día no y alternando también los fertilizantes un riego con ellos y otro sin. Al poner le el led a la carpa pequeña para el final de la floración ha subido mucho la temperatura pero espero que aguanten.. creo que esta será la última semana que eche fertilizantes como lo veis?
