As of day 28, the NYC Diesel is growing vigorously and seems healthy. The post LST branching I was hoping for a week ago has occured so I am happy with the width and evenness of the canopy as well. I am regularly removing and tucking foliage which is helping with how dense this plant is (lots of branching with minimal internodal spacing). I feel like it is on the cusp of flowering, so I am preparing to change up the nutrients over the next week. I will continue with the LST if there continues to be quite a bit of stretch. Day 29: Switched to GH Flora for nutrients. Starting low and will dial it up. Thanks for reading!

Que locura de variedad , me encantó cultivarla , aún con la plaga de trips que sufrí aguantaron y sacaron unas flores alucinantes. Las flores aparte de piedras, se ven resinosas. a sido una genética con la que disfruté bastante, no fue complicada cultivarla. Os la recomiendo si os gustan las genéticas con alto thc. Eccoci qui... Per problemi di lavoro ho tardato un pò la pubblicazione delle foto, le piccole sono molto in forma ed ho fatto molto bene a puntare su di loro mettendone 2. Sono entrambe molto stabili e stanno iniziando a formare palchi di resina, sono molto entusiasta e credo di avere tra le mani ottime strain. These girls sprouted and then had no light for 2 and a half days, so a little leggy. Put them under 25% power LED to see how they respond will increase as needed over next few days, to 100% blue spectrum.. The genetics are either, selfed (G T H), or stray Skywalker that also selfed.. Soo a selfed GTH or sky ghost train. I think I like the possibilities.🙏 03/27/2018 Day 6, 100% blue spectrum, 25% red, perking up watered.

Day 17F-24F (Day 19) Man it’s such a shame that bbb#1 stunted out. It was so damn vigorous until it’s most recent feeding. I will make sure to cut back on teas next round as they can be a wild card sometimes. All 5 plants are packing on some serious early frost. But I’m not seeing too much chunk to the buds yet. My other grow that was flipped on the same day has almost no frost yet so that’s a good sign. (Day 21) Big strip today. I will pull off as many leaves as I need to ensure nearly all bud sites are exposed to adequate light. I’m still seeing excess N so I’m going to water in 2 gallons each until I get some runoff. The plants seem to be up taking water pretty decently so I’m going to push it a little with a heavier watering. Wow do the plants look amazing after that strip and flush! Everything is praying up beautifully, including #3 in the back. Let’s hope that gets it back on track now. (Day 22) I want to give a PK boost but all my bloom nutrients have way too much N and I don’t really want to risk it toxing anymore. I could give it a little bit of 0-18-0 bat guano and some 0-0-15 kelp extract but it could be completely unnecessary. I can’t see any signs of deficiencies but a small surplus couldn’t hurt either. (Day 23) I like how the ladies responded to the thorough watering. I will up my watering to 1 gallon every 48 hours from now on. It sucks to see how short bbb#1 is. I was expecting such a huge stretch but it never came because of that fucking tea! I should have leached the medium as soon as I saw stunting. It’s too bad because it definitely had the most potential for yield. (Day 24) I’m starting to think the main problem with bud size this round is all the topping I did early on. Not to mention they were vegging for nearly 3 months. I will try to pick off most of the larf before it wastes anymore energy. I think the ideal style of growing for bud size and veg time is a semi sea of green, or 6-8 plants per 25 square feet. I’m not a big fan of these giant plants as it’s a lot of wasted veg time and smaller bud size overall. The smell is really ramping up!

They’re getting juicy, just feed some compost tea made from Dr Earth Tomatoes Veg and herb fertilizer and some Molasses. Just seen a Nat so I don’t think I’ll be doing the tea again, I want to prevent bugs as much as I can. I’ll be putting up a sticky trap to catch it I only seen 1 but 1 is enough for me

The temps outside have been all over the place from hot to cold. She is doing well, but the environment has been crazy. Just sitting in living soil

Lookin good, no more herms so far as I’ve tightened things up hopefully that’s the last of them for good. I installed a 4Inch AC infinity fan and filter as an intake so I have been able to close all of the vents. At this point the leaf strip has proven to be a solid method, I have nothing to compare bud size at this point but just the extra space it opened up is a plus. I’m sure the lowers will be a little more firm and the plants obviously haven’t had to be fed as often as usual so its saving time, water and nutrients. The added microbes have also allowed me to keep my ppm around 1000 instead of 1080ish without any sign of deficiencies. The Mandarin cookies x Dionysus has a little cal-mag issue but that was a trait from the mother which out of 10+ grows all had a cal-mag deficency. Easy to grow. Only issue I ran into was the other strain being a male. If I grew this strain alone I would’ve filled out the tent with just this strain the yield would’ve reflected that. Keep in mind if the other plant didn’t get the chop this yield would be almost double. I will grow this cut again.
